Abstract

ABSTRACT The role of entrepreneurs in advancing the Indonesian economy is an important thing that cannot be denied. Various programs to raise the spirit of entrepreneurship have been carried out. It is hoped that students as young people will be able to print jobs and no longer be oriented as job seekers. The settings used are natural settings which are also called field research. In terms of time dimensions, this study belongs to the cross-sectional research category. The sampling technique uses a non probability sampling type of purposive sampling. The sample in this study was an economic high school student in Yogyakarta. The analytical model used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis model following a variant-based structural equation (SEM) model which can simultaneously test the measurement model while testing structural models. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial education variables have no effect on student entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial education variables affect student self-efficacy, risk tolerance variables affect student entrepreneurial intention, and risk tolerance variables affect student self-efficacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis waktu yang tepat untuk melakukan entry dan exit pada saham PT. Unilever Indonesia, tbk (UNVR) menggunakan gabungan indikator Stochastic Oscillator dan Simple Moving Average (SMA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan empat instrumen yaitu: candlestick graph, trendline; Simple Moving Average (SMA); dan Stochastic Oscillator. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, paparan data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu ideal bagi para Trader dalam melakukan trading invest yang paling baik yaitu antara 2 Juni 2017 s.d 21 Juni 2018 dengan menghasilkan sembilan rekomendasi entry dan exit, dari kesembilan rekomendasi terdapat delapan rekomendasi tercapai target exit dan dua rekomendasi belum tercapai. Abstract

Abstract This research is aimed to examine and analyze the difference of the principal leadership style, compare the work motivation, discipline and performance of honorary employees of SMP Negeri 4 Pakem, and find out whether the work motivation, discipline and performance of the honorary employee of SMP Negeri 4 Pakem have fulfilled the school need or not. The analysis method is conducted through questionnaires and given to the 16 honorary employees of SMP Negeri 4 Pakem. The data analysis on this study uses the help of SPSS version 16. The technique applied in this study uses editing in which editing is the process of checking and adapting the obtained study data. Coding is a marking activity in the form of numbers on the questionnaire answers to be classified into the same category. Scoring is changing the qualitative data into the quantitative one. Tabulating presents the obtained data in tables. Conclusion is to conclude the presented SPSS result. The analysis result shows that, first, the leadership styles of the principals of SMP Negeri 4 Pakem are different. WoroTriwulanAmbarwati has paternalistic leadership style and Ponidi applies democratic leadership style. Secondly,there is a difference in the work motivation, discipline and performance of honorary employees in conducting jobs. The third is that the motivation, discipline and performance conducted by the honorary employees have fulfilled the school need to improve the school. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang penciptaan nilai tambah atas akuisi Sara Lee oleh Unilever. Kinerja keuangan akan dievaluasi berdasarkan nilai current ratio, cash ratio, total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin, rentabilitas ekonomi dan return on equity. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis berupa uji beda Wilcoxon sign test untuk melihat kebermaknaan perbedaan rasio Unilever, diperoleh perbedaan nilai rasio yang tidak berbeda secara statistik baik sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi. Abstract

Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is a method for calculating all direct and indirect costs incurred for the production process as financial statements on sales results. This study aims to minimize costs when going to carry out production process activities. This analysis model uses the full costing method by calculating all costs incurred in the production process of plastic bottles, which in this full costing method takes into account all production costs, such as direct raw material costs, direct labor, variable overhead costs and fixed overhead costs. By using the cost of goods sold calculation method both the full costing method and variable costing can help management determine the selling price of the product in the sales process. The result of total production cost calculation using the full costing method is Rp 1,889,682,559 with total sales of 15,000,000 units multiplied by the selling price per bottle of Rp 150.00 then the selling price of Rp 2,250,000,000.00. The profit after tax was IDR 249,084,826.69 obtained from the sale of plastic bottles.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to see if there are service quality affects customer satisfaction in using the services of Pharmacy Fitri Temanggung. Subjects in this study is that consumers Pharmacy Fitri Temaggung aged 18-60 years; purchase drugs at private expense; able to read, write, and communicate well; and willing to fill out a questionnaire. The samples used in this study was 116 subjects. Measurements in this study was performed using a questionnaire based on the variables used. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion of the quality of service showed that the appearance of Pharmacy, Hospitality Officer, Drug Information Service at the pharmacy, Availability of Medicines in Pharmacies, Pharmacy Services and Speed affects customer satisfaction in using Pharmacy Fitri Temanggung.Keywords: Service Quality, Appearance Pharmacy, Hospitality Officer, Service Drug Information, Drug Availability, Speed Service, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Is the confidence, the strength of the brand (brand equity), satisfaction and service quality significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions lightweight steel roof truss (Pryda) Raka Mitra Jaya CV and analyze which of the dominant variable influencing consumer purchasing decisions. The population in this study is a customer CV. Raka Mitra Jaya taken as many as 63 respondents using simple random sampling technique sampling technique based on respondents who had ever bought a product steel roof truss (Pryda) CV Raka Mitra Jaya. Based on the research results, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 0,136X1 + 0,177X2 + 0,107X3 + 0,062X4. Based on statistical data analysis, indicators in this study are valid and are reliable variables. In the analytical testing validity, reliability and regression analysis. Calculation or testing the hypothesis by using statistical computer program SPSS 17.00. Individual sequence of each variable is the variable most influential brand power with a regression coefficient of 0.177, confidence with a regression coefficient of 0.136, satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.107 and quality service with a regression coefficient of 0.062. This research is the dominant variable is the strength of the brand, with the results of the regression of 0.177. The research results that all independent variable positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions through F test. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer satisfaction Borobudur Central Java Temple Tourism Park. This study uses service and facility quality variables to analyze customer satisfaction at Borobudur Tourism Park. The sampling technique used by multiplying 5 times the number of question items, then the sample results obtained by 155 people. The result was that 150 questionnaires were answered by visitors to Borobudur Temple Tourism Park while 5 questionnaires were not filled out by visitors so they were not included in the data analysis. Then the response rate in this study was 96.77%. The analytical tool used to test the research instrument uses the validity and reliability test while to test the hypothesis is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test and F. The result is that Service Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction of Borobudur Temple Tourist Park Consumers, Facilities do not significantly influence Satisfaction Consumers Borobudur Temple Tourism Park Consumers and Quality of Service and Facilities simultaneously affect Consumer Satisfaction Borobudur Temple Tourism Park Consumers Keywords: Service quality, Facilities and customer satisfaction, Borobudur Temple

Abstract

Tourism has become an industry that can enhance the economic growth in Indonesia. As one of the main tourist destinations in Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta has many attractions that can be offered to satisfy the traveler’s need. Recognizing the potential of Tamansari, it is necessary followed by optimizing condition of Tamansari. Development of good visit management concept would optimize the traveler deployment in visiting all the attractions. Visit management is an opportunity to influence the movement of visitors, meet the needs of visitors, encouraging the spread of visits evenly and provide the best travel experience.
