Abstract

In the era of globalization, western culture has established itself in Indonesia. It has become a common occurrence and has had a profound impact on the lives of the Indonesian people, particularly the millennial generation, which should be the nation's next generation. Internet-based inculcation of the Pancasila ideology's values is vitally important in the digital age. All Indonesians, even the millennial age, may comprehend and implement the Pancasila ideals in the life of society, nation, and state if they are taught the necessary formulas and procedures. This study employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology. The results demonstrate that Pancasila, as a philosophy, may be stated in a variety of basic living forms. As an open worldview, Pancasila cannot be divorced from the impact of contemporary societal values. The growth of fake news, such as social politics and racial hatred, is currently putting Pancasila to the test. As a result, as members of the millennial generation born during the digital era, they must be proficient with technology and social media. In addition, social media platforms offer opportunity for millennials to adopt Pancasila values. By sticking to the significance of Pancasila, the state's position is secured and national integration is maintained

Abstract

In 2024, regional elections are scheduled to coincide. Transparency and accountability must be referenced in the election of regional leaders so that the results inspire confidence among all parties. E-voting is one of the debates that arise to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the election. The e-Voting system can be deployed beginning with the collecting of voter information, the registration of prospective voters, the performance of voting, and the calculation of voting results. This system can be linked to the National Population System during the data gathering phase for prospective voters to recruit candidates who match the standards. Consequently, this study attempts to highlight the topic of research on the difficulties of regional head elections utilizing electronic voting technology. This study employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology. The results of the study indicate that the E-voting system in general elections is a system that is utilized more effectively and has complied with the election principle, namely Luber Jurdil, so that in the implementation of E-voting, a unique and explicit regulation can be formulated, both in the form of laws and Perppu. Because the election legislation itself has not been precisely regulated concerning electronic voting until this point, this study also illustrates the benefits and drawbacks of electronic voting

Abstract

This study used an ex-postfacto descriptive study research method. The research instrument used a heart rate monitor based on the POLAR M600 smartwatch with Global Positioning System sensors to calculate the total distance traveled by the referee and the assistant referee, the average of the maximum speed, and analyze the physical intensity performed by the referee during leading a match to measure physical fitness. Data analysis used Normality Test and Norms Reference Assessment. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical activity profile of the referees and assistant referees when serving in Liga 1 Shopee 2019/2020. The physical activities of 5 referees (FIFA) and 7 assistant referees (FIFA) were analyzed in 12 shopee league 1 matches in the period January to March 2020 with the status of the top-ranked match. The results of the findings of this study indicate that the distance traveled by the referee is greater than that of the assistant referee. The average heart rate of the referee is higher than that of the assistant referee, and the maximum average heart rate of the referee is greater than that of the assistant referee. Then the maximum speed of the assistant referee is higher than the maximum speed of the referee. In general, the referee's average running speed is higher than the assistant referee's average speed. In conclusion, there is a difference between physical activity between the referee and the assistant referee. Therefore, a different fitness training program is needed to prepare them to lead the match

Abstract

In the context of developing tourism in various regions in Indonesia, many areas are developing the potential around them to be used as tourist attractions that can attract visitors or what are then referred to as "tourist villages." In its introduction, tourist villages also need promotion through digital media. One of the efforts to market to the wider community and make it easier for people who want to visit tourist villages to purchase entrance tickets for rides and find out information about what types of rides are available. By using the Agile-Scrum development method, it is possible to produce a product Implementation of the Tourism Village Mobile Application for the Ticket Management and Tourism Rides Management Module, in the form of an application where visitors can purchase tickets and tour packages through the tourist village application on their smartphone. The application does not only sell entry tickets but also sells ride tickets available in the tourist village

Abstract

Policy is a reference for the government bureaucracy in carrying out its functions and duties. Public service phenomena and problems are a serious concern in Indonesia, and this is indicated by how low public expectations are for public services. There are still many problems with public services in Indonesia, and this causes shallow public expectations of public services. The common public choice of alternative public services is also one of the causes of the birth of a hybrid organization. Besides that, during the era of disruption known as the industrial revolution 4.0, public policy could not be separated from public service innovation using communication and information technology through the concept of e-government for the creation of good public services. This is also included in the invention of health services for the community. Therefore, this study takes the theme of Optimizing the Utilization of Information Technology and Application of Hybrid Organizations in Health Service Innovation. This study uses a qualitative approach using a case study analysis strategy at the First Level Health Facility in the Nunukan sub-district, the Nunukan district, North Kalimantan. The results show that the use of Information and Communication Technology in public services, especially in health services, is proven to be able to help the community in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability through the availability of accurate and comprehensive patient health information, so that providers can provide the best possible treatments. Meanwhile, in terms of providing health insurance costs amid limited resources owned by the government, the Hybrid Organization concept is a solution to the problem wherein a hybrid system, financing comes from the basis of public resources, and non-profit organizations and the form of control requires government and private supervision as well as good practices professionally organized

Abstract

This research aims to develop website-based digital teaching materials for junior high school mathematics in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The current teaching materials are still manual although some are already in digital form. This type of research is development research or known as Research and Development (R & D). To achieve this goal, the process of developing this device will use the Plomp Development Model consisting of the preliminary investigation phase; design phase; realization/construction phase; test, evaluation and revision phase; and implementation. The implementation of this research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Barru, South Sulawesi Province. The validation results obtained are the level of media feasibility in terms of usability (82.5%); functionality (83.3%); and Visual Communication (73.3%) with an average feasibility level of 80% or in other words the feasibility level of this media is in the "FEASIBLE" category. The results of the media expert assessment show that SchooLearn in terms of all aspects can be declared valid, but there are still suggestions for improvement that need to be considered for the perfection of the developed device.

Abstract

Many Indonesian people live in coastal areas in a country with a vast sea. However, unfortunately, the vastness of this sea does not cause Indonesia to become a salt exporting country. North Sumatra can still not produce salt optimally as an area with an enormous enough salt-producing potential. This study aims to analyze the policy strategies that need to be carried out to optimize the economy of salt farming communities in North Sumatra and Aceh. This research will use a qualitative approach. The data used in this study came from various interviews and literature studies. This study found a potential for salt production in North Sumatra and Aceh. However, unfortunately, this potential still cannot be optimized due to various factors. The government then provided training and assistance for salt farmers in North Sumatra and Aceh to increase the optimization of salt production in the two provinces.

Abstract

The game of golf takes place in various conditions of land contours that vary greatly and must be adapted to different distances, these are all challenges that must be faced by golfers to understand the variables that underlie performance. The main objective of this research is to improve putting skills effectively through the development of a synthetic grass-based golf putting learning model at STKIP Pasundan. The method used to uncover this problem are the Research & development (R & D) development method from Borg and Gall. The sample of this study amounted to 40 students, 20 people as the control group and 20 people as the experimental group. Based on the gain index calculation, it was found that the gain for the experimental class was 0.705. This value is interpreted as being in the high category. Soit can be concluded that the development of an effective synthetic grass-based putting golf learning model
