Abstract

Any organization's success is contingent upon the activities of its staff. This results in ongoing changes in human capital management, where knowledge is viewed as critical for developing appropriate responses to market changes and uncertainties. This study will examine the theoretical underpinnings of knowledge management in the Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSME) sector from this vantage point. This research focuses on the importance of knowledge in business, human capital management, and knowledge management for MSME players in order to accomplish this goal. The methodology utilized is qualitative in nature and entails a review of theory and literature to establish a determined viewpoint on problems pertinent to the research object. The findings indicate that human capital management is frequently informal, resulting in an insufficient understanding by MSME actors of the importance or low value of their workforce, which is treated as an operator or manual worker rather than as a subject, thereby underestimating them by failing to recognize that they possess the necessary knowledge to strengthen their creativity and innovate in response to competitive demands. We argue that this technique violates fundamental knowledge management principles, most notably adaptability, self-confidence, leadership, and human resource development, all of which contribute to business-to-market uncertainty.

Abstract

Machine learning is one of artificial intelligence that is used to solve various problems, one of which is classification. Classification can separate a set of objects based on certain characteristics. This study discusses the classification of objects in the form of facial images with the aim of the system being able to recognize a person's face to access a room for security reasons. The application of machine learning using the support vector machine algorithm with the support vector classifier technique is implemented on a raspberry pi-based security device.  The results of training using this algorithm produce a model with 99% accuracy in 0.10 seconds based on testing data of 525 face images. The model evaluation got 99% precision, 99% recall, and 99% f1-score. Testing the model made from the training process using the raspberry pi model 4b is can recognize facial images in real-time.  If the security device detects someone at the door and then recognizes the face image then room access will be granted and an alarm is activated indicating the door is open.

Abstract

Inside the equipment there are many electronic components such as resistors, transistors, capacitors and so on. When used in the production of electronic equipment, PCBs are very influential in the manufacture of these electronic devices, for example, when there are only a few broken or damaged PCB paths, the electronic device cannot be operated properly. So it is very important in the PCB Quality Check process to check whether there is damage to the PCB or not. Usually in PCB inspection only direct checking is used in the conventional way. Therefore, in this study, the author tries to create and analyze a PCB flaw checking tool with the help of a camera that has a high revolution to replace human vision to make it easier and save costs. The application of this PCB checking tool uses a technology called a laptop and a camera. With these two technologies, Image Processing can be used to detect objects using the OpenCv and Tensorflow libraries.
