Abstract

Seeing the implementation of the 2019 General Election, where a lot of sad news became public news, the 2019 Election was given the wrong label by the public. In addition, with the development of information technology (ICT), the results of a general election are also required to be known immediately. E-Voting promises that information on election results can be obtained quickly and in real-time through ICT in sending and counting votes and can minimize bad election results that occurred in 2019, as in the case of vote counting recapitulation. Therefore, this study aims to discuss the application of E-Voting according to the perspective of constitutional law to obtain legal certainty. This research is normative legal research. The results show that implementing elections with E-Voting is better because it will minimize the use of human resources and costs, facilitate vote recapitulation, already has legality through the EIT Law, reduces implementation, and prevents fraud. From the perspective of constitutional law, general elections with e-voting do not violate the principles of elections and the constitution; where this has been tested through the Constitutional Court with the issuance of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 147/PUU-VII/2009, which was further legitimized into Law Number 10 of 2016 concerning Regional head elections which state that voting for elections can be done by voting through electronic voting equipment.

Abstract

Adaptations were necessary as a result of the new family structure, which saw the mother taking on the role of primary breadwinner in addition to her other responsibilities. This was especially the case in order to ensure that the family continued to be financially successful. Maintaining and even improving the family economy is possible thanks to the ability of women to make use of economic resources by utilizing their social capital stock in the form of social networks that exist within the social environment. As a result, the purpose of this study is to investigate the function that women's capital plays in enhancing the economic standing of low-income families. In this investigation, a qualitative strategy is combined with a descriptive research approach. The findings demonstrated that women were able to raise the economic status of low-income families by utilizing their social capital stock in the form of social networks in the social environment. This was accomplished through the application of the concept of economic assistance to empower women through the operation of small and micro businesses. It will be easier to gain access to financial resources if one makes use of social networks and maintains positive relations with kin, among other social connections.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the obligations that need to be carried out by Muslims. Baznas has made significant advancements and advances in the zakat program through the use of digital technology, such as online zakat payments. It is the goal of this research to determine whether or not the digital zakat system's installation and impact on Baznas's acceptance of zakat funds. As a result of the study, Baznas and muzakki can save time and money by digitizing zakat and using it to collect zakat funds digitally. The collecting of zakat funds should also be made more open to the public, transparent, enormous, and effective. Through bank transfers, websites, QR code scans, and social media, Baznas aims to digitize zakat. Due to lack of socialization and promotion by Baznas to the community and some people's unwillingness to pay their zakat digitally, the community hasn't felt the full impact of the digitalization system from its website and QR code.

Abstract

In most cases, the ability of a government to carry out its mission and run its operations hinges on the administrative reality that is the result of administration and its formulation. Achieving the principle of human protection is the overarching goal of the law. Law and administrative law often reach their final conclusions through the imposition of sanctions. In order to protect and strengthen national unity and integrity in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and in the best interest of the country, the use and application of Information Technology (ITE) must continue to develop. This law was passed in 2008 as part of Law No. 11. Moreover, the government must back the objective by fostering the growth of IT and legal infrastructure and regulations to ensure that IT is used safely to prevent its misuse, respecting the religious and socio-cultural norms of the Indonesian people. When it comes to state administrative law systems, what exactly do "legal actions" mean, and how do electronic and information systems factor into the administration of these systems? Information technology systems, electronic documents, and electronic certificates are used in accordance with legal, social, and philosophical principles as part of Electronic and Information Systems' role in implementing the State Administrative Law System
