Abstract

Villas & Homestay kota wisata Batu is a rental agent for villa and hotel in Batu city which was established in 2014. which also provide guide service to facilitate the tourists to find villa or hotel for vacation, and to ease the process of rental transaction they made website of villahotelbatu.com. From a known problem is that many consumers who use sms or whatsapp rather than the booking feature on the website villahotelbatu.com, so the booking feature is considered useless, for that problem we need a method of analysis that can explore the perceptions of consumers related to existing problems. This research uses webqual 4.0 method and importance performance analysis (IPA). This research uses questionnaire using 23 attributes from webqual 4.0, and for analysis uses IPA method consist of gap analysis, level of conformity analysis and quadrant analysis. The result of evaluation of villahotelbatu.com website has a level of <100% compliance that is equal to 93,78%. It means that visitors are not satisfied with the current performance of the website.

Abstract

Tourism has an important contribution in the Indonesian economy. City of Batu is one of the place that have a great tourism potential. Having a cool characteristic of the weather becomes one of the more values for city of Batu. Batu has various tourist destinations, both natural and artificial tourism. Many choices of tourist destinations is a good thing for tourists. On the other side, because of the many choices of tourist destinations, can cause tourists difficult to divide travel time in accordance with expectations. The problem is often experienced by tourists is when they want to visit a tourism place, but did not have time to visit the other one. Tourists need to have an overview of the travel route in order to get an effective tour schedule. Looking for the best travel route with minimum cost, but it can visit some tourist places optimally. Looking for the best tour route considering time variables can be called Traveling Salesman Problem With Time Windows (TSP-TW). TSP-TW can be solved by using a method in the concept of Evolutionary Algorithm, Evolution Strategies (ES). Based on the results of tests that have been done using the following parameters are the number of population size is 90, the number of offspring is 7µ, and the number of generation is 6, that generate the highest fitness value of 0,0011223345. The final result obtained in this research is an optimal tourist route in the city of Batu.

Abstract

Radjawali Sport is a manufacture company which enganges in the field of clothing line. Radjawali Sport has consumers which spreads all over Indonesia. The large number of consumers had lad to the demand of providing the best services to the consumers. However, the services that had been given to the consumers are having some problems such as delay of production process and some complaints received from the consumers. These problems are taken as serious problems for the company. The company needs to make evaluation for improving their services. The evaluation will be done by using Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) method. The activities inside the company will be identified by value chain method. After the activities are identified, they will be decomposed and then they will be modelled by using Business Process Model and Nation (BPMN). The result of quality factor calculation which doesn't conform to the target will be analyzed by Root Cause Analysis (RAC). RAC contains of fishbone diagram method that will be used to identify the source of the problems. The result shows that there are 7 quality factors which doesn't conform to the target. These factors are shipping duration of raw material, duration of product checking in sewing devision, sewing process, duration of product checking in embroidery division, packing, product improvement, and remanufacture. The root problem analysis found that there are 7 root problems which found in limited employees, no regular checking by the company owner, no official rules, the application of manual methods, no expert employee, supporting methods is still traditionally and no regular checking.

Abstract

Cyberbullying is one of the actions that violate the ITE Law where the crime is committed on social media applications such as Twitter. This action is difficult to detect if no one is reporting the tweet. Cyberbullying tweet identification aims to classify tweets that contain bullying. Classification is done using Support Vector Machine method where this method aims to find the dividing hyperplane between negative and positive class. This study is a text classification where more data is used, the more features are produced, therefore this research also uses Information Gain as feature selection to select features that are not relevant to the classification. The process of the system starts from text preprocessing with tokenizing, filtering, stemming and term weighting. Then perform the information gain feature selection by calculating the entropy value of each term. After that perform the classification process based on the terms that have been selected, and the output of the system is identification whether the tweet is bullying or not. The result of using SVM method is accuracy 75%, precision 70.27%, recall 86.66% and f-measure 77.61% on experiment iterMax value = 20, λ = 0.5, γ = 0.001, ε = 0.000001, and C = 1. The best threshold of information gain is 90%, with accuracy 76.66%, precision 72.22%, recall 86.66% and f-measure 78.78%

Abstract

Rapid technological developments make the business began to process buying and selling online, this makes a lot of e-commerce began popping up in Indonesia which makes business competition was moved to online. Three e-commerce websites with high number of visitors in Indonesia is Lazada.co.id, Blibli.com and JD.id. This research aims to compare the three e-commerce websites that have the same characteristics and business processes in terms of usability and user experience, using the website media Lazada.co.id, Blibli.com and JD.id. In this research, there are 2 evaluation methods used, first objective evaluation by using direct test to the respondent in website usage using scenario task with parameter of task success rate, time per completed task, number of clicks during task completion and error during task performance, which was given to 10 respondents and UEQ Questionnaire which has 6 scales: attractiveness, efficiency, perspicuity, dependability, stimulation and novelty, given to 20 respondents. Respondents have different backgrounds with age range 16-65 years old who have never used the three websites tested. Second, subjective evaluation using focus group discussion for getting more detailed user perception and problem. From both tests performed it can be concluded that the website Blibli.com is superior to Lazada.co.id and JD.id.

Abstract

Chili pepper (Capsium annum l.) is a commodity many vegetables that get attention because it has a fairly high economic value needs increasing the longer the chili annually in line with the development of an industry that requires Chili, raw material of this plant to be one of the types of plants that are desperately needed by everyone in Indonesia because the majority of the population of Indonesia likes spicy food. In the last few years there have been many farmers began to plant the cabaisebagai one of the alternatives in the farm. Almost every citizen of Indonesia need a chili pepper used to add spicy flavors in the dish. Cabaibesar is a one of a kind hybrid chili pepper which is very sought after by farmers to cultivated because it has a high economic value. Drew poduktif and have a broad market. This system design method using Forward Chaining and Dempster-Shafer to provide suggestions or considerations to farmers to determine superior varieties of chili peppers. The result of this method of the form perangkingan. Method of Forward Chaining inference engine functions as based on the facts that exist after it was calculated with the method of Dempster-Shafer. In this study performed a test by measuring the level of accuracy that produce value the accuracy of 90%. So that the system that is created by using the method of Forward Chaining and Dempster-Shafer can be applied to diagnose diseases in crops of chili.

Abstract

There are some problems that had been found in the current information system canteen Faculty of Computer Science (Filkom). These problems can affect customer's satisfaction, for instance the business process of food order takes a long time and the sellers are confused while delivering the order. Hence there is a need for developing a system which can overcome these problems. This study uses modules on the operational Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sales force automation (SFA) and Service Automation (SA). Rational Unified Process (RUP) is a framework which will be used for developing the information system which has iterative and incremental techniques. RUP method has several phases, the first phase is inception phase, then elaboration phase, construction phase and ending with transition phase. The implementation of the system is mobile device-based with android platform and firebase as the database server. The results of black-box testing with 47 test-cases were succeeded, compatibility testing with 12 different devices using Test Lab was successfully executed and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) shows that the value of acceptance from the buyer is 85,92% and 82,86% on the side of the FILKOM canteen and time testing showed that the business process to-be faster 4 minutes 30 seconds than the as-is business process. From he results of these tests by implementing this information system can facilitate and speed up the order and sales of the FILKOM canteen.

Abstract

Fire is a disaster that often occurs in the community but there are still many lay people who do not know how to use and the types of fire extinguishers or APAR. According to interviews with the head of the Technical Implementation Unit of Fire Brigade, in the training and the introduction of the Fire Fighter Department and Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) there are shortcomings such as the number of APAR that amounts to a little, so employees can not try. APAR training also has an accident risk. Therefore, case studies in this study are the general public who do not understand about the type of APAR and its usefulness. Based on the problems described, this research will design and build a simulation and game using Virtual Reality technology. By utilizing this technology the user is not required to deal with real fire. This simulation can minimize accidents during APAR training and save the use of APAR. This simulation can visualize events so that the user can still feel how to extinguish the fire and the use of light extinguishers or APAR. With this simulation users will be better prepared when the fire occurred in the environment. Then for testing the usability of the implementation in building the Simulation and Fire Extinguisher game is obtained satisfactory results with an average above the standard that is 80.

Abstract

Obesity occurs due to buildup of fat in the body is very high. Thus causing weight gain be not ideal. Obesity can also cause disease complications, some of which can endanger lives. To get the ideal body weight and the minimum cost incurred, the patient needs to control the amount of food intake is by regulating the composition of food that enters the body. The research was done by optimizing food composition for obese people in adults using Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm (PSO). In this study, the initial particle formation of the particle random based on the amount of food so there is no need to convert that into food index. The results displayed by the program is actual body weight, ideal weight, nutritional status, energy needs, the needs of protein, fat and carbohydrate needs needs. While the test results obtained the optimal parameters such as the number of particles = 80, the number of iterations based on testing convergence of 703, = 0,4, = 0,7 c1i = 1,5 and c1f = 0,3, c2i = 0,3 and c2f = 1,5. The results of the program with the first patient parameters produce an average difference between the actual data with the data from the program registration -2,08% and it can reduce the cost of expenditure up to 6,85%. While the second patient the average of the actual data difference with data from the program amounted to -1,06% and it can reduce the cost of expenditure up to 5,93%.

Abstract

Traveling has become a lifestyle for someone to fill their spare time or hobby. Tourism activity can not be separated from the documentation as a means to commemorate the tourist event. Nowadays, the development of mobile technology has been equipped with a digital camera in it, so it can be used easily to take photos of tours for the visitors. With the support of Internet network, it is possible for tourists to distribute photos in order to be enjoyed by many people in a short time through intermediaries of social media. Mobile devices such as smartphones currently supports cameras that have geotagging feature, so that the location of shooting can easily to known. There are some various references are scattered in various print and electronic media. These media are less effective in providing information, it is because of the searching of information from unregulated sources, so it takes a long time to look for them. So that the information can be obtained easily, with a reference tours are collected in a container in the form of community is easily to accessed by recommendations provide based on supporting factors such as distance, time, and cost. This research begins by analyzing system requirements, then performing design and implementation phases. In this study apply the geotagging feature to get the location of the tourist photos and haversine formula to search the nearest location. The testing is done by using unit testing, validation testing, and compatibility testing. The results of the validation testing indicate that the built system has been run in accordance with its function in both of normal function and alternative conditions, and compatibility test results indicate that the built system runs well on different versions of Android operating system.
