Abstract

E-commerce or electronic commerce is a process of selling and buying digitally. Its fast development is followed by the high internet usage in Indonesia. Lazada, Tokopedia, dll are ones of existing e-commerce that are most-used in Indonesia. These 5 applications offers 5 values for the users which in fact, still have certain lacks. This research is held with means to analyze value given by these 5 most-used e-commerce applications. To evaluate the values of these e-commerce applications, this research applies UX Honeycomb method which is a tool with 7 value terms which are useful, usable, findable, credible, desirable,accessible, valueable. These values is used to explain the quality of users' experience.The result of comparing proposed value and perceived value of the applications is the needs to increase credibility for Lazada, desirability and usability for Tokopedia, and desirability and usability for Mataharimall. In the other hand, the 7 values of Bukalapak and Zalora have been successfully perceived by the users.

Abstract

Coal price prediction is needed as support for coal user industrial to buy coal. Prediction result can be used to make next budgeting. This research uses Support Vector Regression (SVR) method to predict coal price. SVR is applied through data normalization, hessian matrix calculation, α searching through sequential learning, and regression function calculation. Kernel for hessian matrix stage can determine accuracy of prediction, so in this research Gaussian RBF kernel and ANOVA kernel are used and analyzed the effects. To obtain predictive results with good accuracy, testing of each parameter is performed and evaluated by mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). The average of MAPE for testing are 9,64% with Gaussian RBF kernel and 8,38% with ANOVA kernel, which are categorized good, on 48 training data for 12 testing data and optimal parameters are ε 0,00001; cLR 0.01; C 0.5; λ 0.5 with Gaussian RBF kernel and 1 with ANOVA kernel. SVR gives the most optimal result when predicting the next month price. The predicted results of the two kernels are not too different, but the ANOVA kernel works better on this coal price data.

Abstract

IoT middleware that used to solve syntactical interoperability, face a limited storage resource due toRedis implementation which used RAM as a data buffer. This problem can be solved by adding a clustermessage broker to distributing data to several Redis. The goal of this research is to develop a clustermessage broker from several Redis that already configured into cluster mode, in order to randomlydistribute data or topic into several Redis. Besides that, Ioredis also added the middleware to integratecluster with the middleware. Testing was done to test the capability of the sensor node as a publisher,cluster message broker in the middleware, and subscriber also to test the distributed data or topic inseveral Redis. The results show that data sent from the publisher can be received by middleware andmiddleware can send data from the publisher to the subscriber. Besides that, data or topic received bymiddleware can be distributed to the several Redis in the cluster.

Abstract

Play Group & Kindergarten Permata Iman is a private educational institution established in 2005 and located in Malang city. One of the work units of Play Group & Kindergarteen Permata Iman is the financial section operated by the treasurer and monitored directly by the principal in relation to management record of fund, disbursement of funds, recap for each recording fund and make monthly financial report. Problems that occur in the funding process when the principal not present in the school because of some errand, causing the long wait for the fund request to disbursement the fund. For the financial recording process, the treasurer conducts all income recaps and disburses funds based on the notes that have been collected and recorded before by the treasurer. Resulting in considerable time and effort before recapture results before it can be reported to the principal each month. Based on these conditions, a Financial Information System developed by researchman was developed to facilitate the operational activities of financial units. Financial information systems provide funding facilities, recording of funds, and delivery of financial report monthly. Software development method used to develop this information system is using waterfall model. Then to test the results will be blackbox testing with method validation testing, user acceptance testing and compability testing. Validation testing result got valid on all 9 test case, user acceptance testing got 94.6% for all criteria, and compability got 2 critical error, 2 major and 7 minor issues.

Abstract

Awareness of Malang City's people to the consumption of animal protein increased as with the increase level of population growth and living standard. Purebred chicken eggs become one of the preferred animal protein foods because of its cheap price. However, the price of purebred chicken eggs in the market is fluctuating, thus affecting the number of egg demand. Therefore, in this research, a system that can project market conditions is made to determine the market price of purebred chicken in thext period.The data used is the average daily data of the price of purebred chicken eggs in Malang from 2012-2017. This research uses Fuzzy Time Series method for forecasting with GA to find optimal interval value of the fuzzy subsets. The fuzzy subsets are represented by chromosomes with real code value encoding, then they are processed by crossovers, mutations and selection. The crossover, mutation and selection techniques used are one-cut-point crossover, uniform mutation and elitism selection. Based on the test results, the optimal parameters obtained are the population size is 40, chromosome length is 25, the combination of crossover and mutation rate are 0,4 and 0,5, and the number of iterations is 500.The results obtained by applying the optimal parameters indicate that the Fuzzy Time Series-GA method works better than the Fuzzy Time Series. The best MAPE obtained using the Fuzzy Time Series-GA method is 1,3347731.

Abstract

Employee shift scheduling and machine scheduling are two things to keep in mind at a factory. Employee shift scheduling is needed to manage employees' working hours so that the work quality of employees is well maintained and has a positive impact on the company. So it is with machine scheduling. Machine scheduling is needed to regulate the order and process of machine work in goods production activities, in order to shorten production time of goods and increase production of goods. The crossover method used is one-cut point crossover, mutation method used for shift scheduling is reciprocal exchange mutation and insertion mutation for machine scheduling, and selection method used is elitism selection. There are 4 scheduling systems used in this study, testing the value of popsize, testing the value of generation, convergence testing, testing the combination of cr and mr values, and testing of global analysis. In testing the value of popsize obtained the highest popsize is 70 with a fitness value of 0.6198. The generation value test got the highest generation in generation 400 with fitness value 0,5624. As for testing cr and mr get the best value at cr of 1 and mr of 0 with a fitness value of 0.5926. Results obtained from global analysis is the fitness value of the system has a higher yield of 0.5162. It can be concluded that the application of genetic algorithms in the optimization of machine scheduling and shift employees is very influential in the process of obtaining the best solution. The greater the fitness value obtained the better the solution obtained, and vice versa. So that the engine optimization system and employee shift scheduling can be used as a reference for the schedule for the company.

Abstract

Medicinal plants contain active substances aims for healing and preventing of various types of diseases. Various types of medicinal plants each has certain criteria which result in difficulty in determining the alternative medicinal plants as the best priority. This research aims to select alternative medicinal plants which have nutritious substances for hypertension disease treatment. Not only nutritious substances, but also considering the price, availability and taste of the plant. Hypertension is a disease caused by high blood pressure. The selection of alternative medicinal plants for hypertension disease using Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. Analytical Network Process (ANP) method is used for determining the weights of each of the supporting criteria and Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method is used for ranking of alternative medicinal plants selection. This research uses 10 data of medicinal plants to be tested. The result of Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method use Spearman Rank correlation test with rs = 0.964 that means a relationship system and expert approach perfectly.

Abstract

In software defined network architecture (SDN) there is an open source protocol called Openflow. Openflow can be added to the open interface device. The Linkysys WRT54GL and TP-Link TL-WR1043ND routers can use Openflow by installing open-source firmware such as Openwrt. Several previous studies have tested the performance of LInkysys WRT54GL and TP-Link TL-WR1043ND routers based on network resource parameters such as throughput, round trip time and jitter. This study is conducted testing the performance of the Openflow protocol on the SDN architecture with adding parameters of computational. Computational parameters include the use of CPU and memory resources then, network parameters include round trip time, throughput and flow table formation time. Based on all test results, the addition of Openflow on the Linkysys WRT54GL and TP-Link TL-WR1043ND router who installed openwrt, can increase the use of CPU and memory resources and can degrade network performance such as round trip time and throughput. The decrease performance of router is due to the addition of the Openflow process on the router who cause decreased the switching performance and the mechanism of the Openflow hybrid switch who cause increased forwarding data processing time .

Abstract

Code smells are a characteristic of a software that indicates problems in the code structure and system design that result in the software is being difficult to develop and maintain. The quite famous kind of code smells is refused bequest, which is a condition in the concept of inheritance that subclasses do not use the derived functionality of the superclass so as to happen inheritance rejection. Generally, code smells only can be identified through the program code structure. However, in this study developed the detection code smells in the stage of software development is design. Design is a very important phase in the software development phase because the success of a software depends on good analysis and design. At the design stage performed detection code smells with the kind of refused bequest is on the design of components, namely class diagrams design. The design of the class diagram in the .vpp format of the UML Creator Visual Paradigm application is converted into the xml language. Once converted, the xml file is detected on the detection software by parsing and finding the code smells refused bequest level referring to the smells thermometer as the measured refused bequest intensity meter. Development of this system follows the stages of software development starting from the needs analysis phase, design and implementation, as well as system testing. The tests performed on this system use testing whitebox testing for unit testing and integrase and blackbox testing for validation testing.

Abstract

The challenge of dealing with illegal copying and distribution of multimedia documents is an important problem to be solved. Different techniques have been introduced such as encryption and digital watermarking to protect the data from unauthorized parties. In this study, data encryption is carried out in image format through web-based applications by using the Grain algorithm. Grain algorithm has an advantage of that it reduces the value of complexity and increases the speed of computing. Tests carried out are test vector validation testing, encryption and decryption validation testing, encrytime performance testing and security testing. The result of test vector, encryption and decryption validation test are valid. For encryption and decryption execution time of each image file extension resulted the longest execution time is on JPG extension files while the shortest execution time is on BMP.While for security testing obtained sniffing results using Wireshark which shows that the encrypted data is unknown to an authorized party. The conclusion of the above test is that the Grain algorithm can be performed by applying an image encryption mechanism that can protect data confidentiality.
