Abstract

Day by day, the development of fintech is getting faster and make human's life easier. Even in Indonesia, fintech provider has massively proliferated. Under that reason, PT. Maslahat Ummah whose company working under the basis of sharia developed a website to make investation easier. But then, the lack of coverage for the user, and how people less prefer accessing website from their mobile phone. Because of business market that offered were mid to low class businesses. Therefore, developed an android based sharia investation application named Maslahat Kita to act as an alternative to do some finances activity through their android based mobile phone. The android based Maslahat Kita apps was created with a goal to make user feel a lot easier when it comes to transactions or contractual agreements in their businesses or investations they desire. This application also integrated real time with firebase. Therefore communication between users with specific access right is possible to be done with various devices under this application. And then, the usage of charts going to make monitoring easier for our partners. So that is why The Maslahat Kita application has gone through several testing process such as compatibility testing, integrity testing, validity testing and unit testing. Where unit testing and integrity testing used as valid indicator for the program as a whole. But in validity testing, to measure whether agreed functionality is working or not. Last but not least compatibility testing to test every versions created. We are proud to declare that the testing result should be categorized as valid, because there's no significant changes to the system's design and there is no errors at every functionality agreed, when it is being tested on different Android version.

Abstract

The internet is a set of Autonomous Systems that are connected to each other to send data packages. In choosing a route to send data, a certain routing protocol is needed. This research is important to know which routing protocol has the best performance. In this study using OSPF, RIP and EIGRP routing protocols that are implemented in the mesh topology and measured performance based on delay parameters, update routing table, packet loss and throughput. Simulation and testing results show EIGRP has the lowest average delay value compared to OSPF and RIP. The results of testing the update routing table, EIGRP has the fastest update routing value compared to OSPF and RIP. The packet loss test results in OSPF, RIP and EIGRP in mesh topology are 0% or there is no packet loss. Throughput test results, OSPF has the highest throughput value compared to EIGRP and RIP. So EIGRP has the best performance based on delay parameters and update routing table. And OSPF has the best performance based on throughput parameters.

Abstract

The Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Lumajang has the task of carrying out examinations on Civil Servants such as competency exams and requesting test applications called Web-based Computer Assisted Assistance Test (CAT) with displays that can be used for the current examination process. CAT BKD that is suitable for the user's purpose using the Goal-Directed Design method. In implementing the Goal-Directed Design method there are 6 stages, the first stage is research to get the needs of the application from stakeholders and 6 users. Stage modeling that produces persona which contains 6 variables from CAT application users, namely examinees and exam committee. Stages of the requirement definition that produce CAT applications and information structures from the CAT application. Stages design framework that produces the results of designing a CAT application using wireframe. Stage design improvements that produce a hi-fi prototype. And the support design stages that produce the analysis of the results of the prototype testing qualitatively are user testing and quantitative, namely the experience of the user questionnaire (UEQ). The results of UEQ on the exam participants' interface yielded very good categories on the scale of attraction, efficiency, stimulation, and novelty and gained categories both on the scale of perspicuity and dependability. While the appearance of the exam committee produced a excellent category on the sixth scale of UEQ. From these results it can be concluded that the CAT BKD application is good for the examinee and the exam committee providing a perception that is good for the user.

Abstract

Food is one of the energy sources needed by humans. The type of food consumed greatly affect the immune system. But the diversity of existing food causes people to be difficult to recognize the type of food they want to consume. The need for a system that can recognize types of food to make it easier for people to regulate their diet. Before entering the feature extraction process, the first step is to do preprocessing by separating the background from the food image object. Furthermore, color feature extraction is performed using the Grayscale Histogram method. The Grayscale Histogram method produces the mean, standard deviation, skewness features. Then form feature extraction was performed using the Simple Morphological Shape Descriptors (SMSD) method and produced area features, length, width, aspect ratio, rectangular N. After extracting feature results, classification was done using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. Based on the test results if only using the Grayscale Histogram method produces an accuracy value of 60%. If only using the SMSD method produces an accuracy value of 54.8%. If using the Grayscale Histogram method and the SMSD method produces an accuracy value of 77.8%. The Grayscale Histogram method and the SMSD method can be used to process images using the K-Nearest Neighbor classification method.

Abstract

The world of banking develops according to recent advancements in technology which focuses on improving the quality of service by transitioning from conventional transaction to electronic-based service (e-channel). The Electronic Channel Operations (ECO) of Bank Mandiri in Region IX Kalimantan is one of the operational units that run the e-channel service, especially in ATMs and EDCs for users in Kalimantan. Based on the achievement reviews in the November 2018 period, in the operational activities, there were indicators that achieved an SLA and there a few indicators that did not achieve SLA. One of the indicators were based on how well the incident was resolved and if it achieved SLA towards the users. In order to support the completion of performance achievement of an incident, l, therefore a measurement of how ready the service provider operations are needed, especially in incident management and problem management. This research utilized a framework which is considered a best practice on IT management services which is ITIL version with Service Operation Domain. Based on the analysis of the rate readiness of the Service Operation Domain which has an average score of 2.42 or equal to level 2 (Repeatable). However, to ensure that every activity in the service operations was defined entirely in the procedure and could be communicated to every staff member, therefore it needs to be raised to level 3 or equal to the defined level. The aim of providing recommendations to Region IX's Eco Unit is to improve the current readiness rate and to optimize the IT service management on the electronic channel.

Abstract

Banyaknya pengguna smartphone membuat perusahaan dibidang perbankan bersaing untuk menghadirkan layanan yang memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan aktivitas perbankan dengan menggunakan layanan aplikasi mobile banking. Salah satu jenis aplikasi mobile banking yang ada adalah aplikasi JakOne Mobile yang dimiliki oleh Bank DKI dan aplikasi BCA Mobile yang dimiliki oleh Bank Central Asia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kedua aplikasi sebagai analisa pengalaman pengguna jangka panjang yang memiliki karakteristik dan proses bisnis yang sama dalam memudahkan pengguna dari sisi kegunaan juga pengalaman pengguna saat menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan analisis perbandingan user experience dengan skenario testing dan menggunakan user experience questionnaire (UEQ). Skenario testing dilakukan kepada 8 orang responden yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok pengguna aplikasi berdasarkan empat parameter yaitu task completed, error during task performance, time per completed task, number of clicks during task performance. User experience questionnaire (UEQ) memiliki 6 aspek skala pengukuran yaitu attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, novelty. Kuesioner tersebut dibagikan kepada 30 responden. Setelah melakukan pengujian responden diwawancara untuk mengetahui tanggapan dan permasalahan yang dialami selama melakukan pengujian skenario. Hasil dari pengujian skenario testing menunjukkan aplikasi Jakone Mobile lebih unggul pada parameter error during task performance, time per completed task, dan number of clicks during task performance. Sedangkan aplikasi BCA Mobile unggul pada parameter task completed. Hasil dari kuesioner UEQ menunjukkan aplikasi JakOne Mobile memiliki nilai yang lebih unggul pada aspek percpicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation. Sedangkan pada aspek attractiveness dan novelty aplikasi BCA Mobile memiliki nilai yang lebih unggul. Setelah data diolah dan dianalisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi JakOne Mobile memiliki pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik dari aplikasi BCA Mobile.

Abstract

Band Activity Unit of Brawijaya University (UAB UB) has a website that is used for publication media and disseminates information about work programs and information about UAB UB. The use of the UAB UB website is also to disseminate information about events organized by UAB UB starting form the scale on campus and nationally. The importance of increasing user experience on the website is by analyzing existing problems and generating recommendations that are useful for maintaining old user and adding new users so that information can be spread. The purpose of this research is to analyze and redesign UX UAB UB website to improve UX using Focus Group Disccusion and Extended Goal Question Metric. Focus Group Disccusion is used to analyze the problems that exist on the UAB UB website with 12 participants for 2 hours, then the result are entered into Extended Goal Question Metric method to determine rhat goals to look for and raise recommendations for improvement. As a result of the study it was found the positive increace in difference in the old design to the highest new design is the “Exciting” item.

Abstract

In the Software Engineering (RPL) class X of SMK Negeri 8 Malang, it can be seen that the learning process is still conventional so students cannot understand basic programming materials, students have difficulty learning independently because they do not have learning resources. So it is necessary to conduct research on Interactive Learning Media Development for Class X Basic Programming Subjects at SMK Negeri 8 MALANG Using the APPED Model. The APPED research model has 5 steps: initial analysis and research, design, production, evaluation and dissemination. The results of ongoing evaluations with three aspect criteria get valid results. At the alpha testing stage the material validator obtained a value of 70.00 in the "good" category, 72.00 in the "good" category by the media validator, and a value of 92.00 in the "very good" category by the instructor validator. The results of beta testing conducted on 3 students based on the level of student ability on an average pretest obtained by 70%, while the average posttest results obtained by 86.6% so that there is an increase in student learning outcomes. The normality test results have normal distribution data with sig> 0.05. The standard deviation results are 9.21, the significance results are 0.00, so it is concluded that at the level of sig there are differences. Based on the results of different trials conducted, the interactive learning media can be disseminated.

Abstract

Layanan Dataku is a service center for statistical data in the Communication and Information Agency of Sidoarjo Regency. Layanan Dataku has three business processes which are: data mining business process, data processing business process and data publication business process. In the service implementation, there are several stages that interfere with the business process. There are 7 potentials problems were considered with the highest RPN (Risk Priority Number) values which are when the Head of Service received a letter and gave a decision to extract data manually, the OPD gives a decision to permit data mining manually, the organization gives access to a limited data mining, the data processing section obtains data from third parties, prepares the data to be processed, gives a decision data publication feasibility, entering the website page. The first stage of this research is to identify the business processes, then to make a model of business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), then conduct analysis and evaluation using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to sort the problems based on the highest RPN values to be evaluated. The preparation of business process recommendations is improved by using the Business Process Improvement (BPI) method supported by Streamlining tools. There is an increase of 42.64% in data mining business processes, 31.99% in data processing and 0.18% in data publication. So that it can produce a faster duration of problem-solving and produce recommendations that can be applied to minimize problems that occur based on the results of evaluations that have been carried out.

Abstract

Information management is the main thing that must be met by an agency, company, and certain institutions, especially if you have a lot of data and complex. Information systems have been widely used in various fields in Indonesia, including the field of psychological accommodation. The number of children with special needs who have received education is 18%, around 300,000 children. From these data there are still 82% of children with special needs who have not yet received educational services in Indonesia (KEMDIKBUD, 2017). In the registration process is still implemented by the patient's parents come to the clinic and fill in the patient's personal data on a sheet of paper that takes 1 day in the process of filling out the data. The data will be stored in a special archive for these patients. In the process of inspection by employees, it takes at least 2 days for inspection, and 1 day to check inspection data by experts. Therefore, the authors undertake research by proposing the development of a psychology clinic information management system which includes recommendations for patient diagnosis. The writer uses prototyping model because in Psycho Care Malang clinic all activities are still done manually and there is no system or application whatsoever. This research resulted in unit testing with three sample experiments, integration testing with one sample experiment, and validation testing by testing all functional requirements resulting in a value of 100% valid and in efficiency testing with four test scenarios resulting in an increased value of 67.8%.
