Abstract

Cookies are one of the most sought-after gifts by the public. Ahead of the Eid holiday, Yanies Cookies are overwhelmed in fulfilling orders that come. Therefore, Yanies Cookies requires customer service that can help in ordering cookies. This service was eventually developed into Chatbot. Chatbot Yanies Cookies developed with prototyping metode. Chatbot was developed with Dialogflow as a program to develop dynamic and doesn't need to handling the conversations needed to manage natural languages processing. Python and Flask framework are programming languages ​​that are used to develop the middleware APIs using webhook. The Middleware API working as a bridge integrating Dialogflow and Google App Engine (GAE) where the Chatbot application is run by GAE which is run on cloud computing. The Google Sheets API is also used in development as an API that is used to help send user order data from Chatbot to the google sheets database. This research resulted in: (1) Chatbot deployed on the Facebook Messenger platform; (2) Chatbot Yanies Cookies Functionality Test consisting of viewing features of cookies menus, ordering cookies, and checking order; (3) Scale the results of the Usability Scale test are used to measure the feasibility score of Chatbot Yanies Cookies based on the results of the respondents' coverage of the respondents. Chatbot Yanies Cookies showed a score of 86 from the range 0-100. Chatbot Yanies Cookies can be accepted as "Acceptable" because it is included in the score range 71-100.

Abstract

This study was used to determine the results, effects and differences of the application of gamification in the blended learning model to the learning outcomes of Basic Graphic Design with a case study of SMK Negeri 10 Malang. The population was based on the research, namely students of class X in the field of expertise of MM with the sample taken, namely two classes, X MM-1 and X MM-4, which amounted to 15 students each. The two classes were given different labels, namely X MM-4 as the experimental class which was given different treatment, and X MM-1 as the control class which was given learning as usual. The data were taken using pretest and posttest instruments which were then analyzed using the T test. The results of the data analysis were the application of gamification in the blended learning model to the learning outcomes of Basic Graphic Design, which increased in value but did not significantly affect it. This is because the t-count value of the experimental class is 1.911 smaller than the t-table value of 2.14479 for an error level of 5%, while in the control class the t-count value of 2.347 is greater than the t-table value of 2.14479. Based on the results of the t test obtained, the control class and the experimental class experienced an increase in value, but not significantly in the experimental class. In contrast to the control class, the scores obtained by students have increased significantly.

Abstract

The café nowadays not only provides food, but also plays an important role in the political, cultural and social aspects of daily life for tourists and the citizens itself. The number of cafes in Malang which recorded by BP2D is 144 cafes, one of them is Sedudam Cafe which is located in the Soekarno-Hatta area. Sedudam Café uses a cashier application called SPOTS to assist sales transactions which can only carry out cashier transactions in general, such as menu selling and receipt printing transactions. SPOTS has problems in terms of financial calculation, such as calculating profit and tracking raw material stock problems. Based on these problems, there is a solution that can be used, which is the web-based Point of Sales (POS) system. In the POS System, there are features found in the system, which are the features of sales, inventory, raw material stock tracking and reporting modules. In this study, the waterfall method is used for system development. There are 48 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement in this development. Functional testing used in this development is validation testing and unit testing which produces 100% valid. Non-functional testing uses compatibility testing which results in the system running multiple browsers, they are Firefox and Chrome. This development is expected to be able to help solve the problems in Sedudam Café.

Abstract

The increase in the number of population is a problem for the local government. This encourages the government to improve the quality of public services, one of which is health information. One of the initiatives undertaken by the Malang City Information and Communication Office is by implementing the Smart city concept in Malang City which is targeted to be realized in 2020. Therefore, it is necessary to create an interaction design of an information system in the form of a mobile application based on health information object. Information object has centralized and integrated by information on the concept of technology with health, thus presenting health information that can be accessed by the public efficiently and effectively. This interaction design design applies the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method which involves users and stakeholders in each stages. The solution design was evaluated by testing using the remote Usability testing technique and System Usability Scale (SUS) qustionnaire on 20 participants who obtained a score of 98% on the aspect of effectiveness, 92% in the aspect of efficiency and 75 in the aspect of user satisfaction based on the results obtained it falls into the “Acceptable” category with a grade scale of C that was included in the 'Good' category of adjective ratings.

Abstract

Langgeng Motor car repair shop customers have high mobility but do not have sufficient information about the workshop capacity which makes customers uncertain about getting car service and causes the workshop to get poor reviews. This study aims to design a Langgeng App's User Experience as a solution that has good Usability and User Experience values. The Human-Centered Design approach is used with due regard to the User Experience element. Starting from analyzing the user context, analyzing user needs, and creating a solution design. Design evaluation using Usability Testing produces an effectiveness value of 96.9% for the customer user group and 97.5% for the workshop employee user group and is in a good category or above 78% and an efficiency value of 90.7% for customers and 90.83% for workshop employees. Customer satisfaction is positive or above 0.8 which is known from the UEQ Hedonic Quality aspect. User Experience Questionnaires are given after testing and get a "Good" category on the Perspicuity and Efficiency aspects for customer user groups, and a "Good" category on the Efficiency aspect and the "Above Average" category on the Perspicuity aspect for workshop employees. The "Excellent" category in the aspects of Attractiveness, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty is in both groups of users. Thus, design solutions have positive values ​​in terms of User Experience and Usability.

Abstract

Mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a collection of wireless mobile nodes that are connected through radio waves without a central access point, free moving nodes, and dynamic. But this kind of network still has several problems, power consumption is one of the most important design problems in MANET as a node on MANET that has a limited battery. Based on the problems described earlier, we need a concept of implementing energy saving on MANET and analyzing the effect of energy on protocol performance when reducing energy consumption. This study compares the implementation of the concept of saving energy using the sleep mode method with protocol performance, namely Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR), packet loss, and average residual energy using Network Simulator 2 (NS2) in the Destination Source Routing (DSR) protocol. Testing is done by making sleep mode implemented and without the implemented sleep mode for the variation of the total node and data rate. This research successfully implemented the concept of energy saving in the DSR protocol in MANET with the sleep mode method. How to implement energy saving on the system is to configure the source code protocol by changing the MAC protocol using Sensor MAC (S-MAC) and writing the source code to enable the sleep mode feature. This study concluded that the performance of the DSR routing protocol without implementing a sleep mode was an average of 87.5% better than the implementation of sleep mode on the testing parameters of PDR values and packet loss. However, the DSR routing protocol with the implementation of sleep mode was better on average 91.67% than without the implementation of sleep mode on the testing parameters of average residual energy.

Abstract

PT Eratex Djaja Tbk is a garment factory that located in Probolinggo. The main operation for the factory is apparel manufacturing and finishing. IT department is an unit that provides tech support services such as configuration, utilization, dan problem solving concerning IT problems in the factory. The Applicant of the request for IT services must fil out a request form that provided by IT Department before IT Department could carry out the service request. Periodically, IT Department must go through the request forms one by one in order to make summary report of their work of a certain period of time. That work requires a long time and there is also risk of missing the request form before being archived. Based on the problems mentioned, this study conducted information system analysis dan design on web-based service request form and management of request of IT service. Rational Unified Process (RUP) used as a method to carry out the system design process. The system design process was conducted using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) approach and Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system design that have been built evaluated using Requirement Consistency Analysis (RCA) and Cognitive Walkthrough (CW) evaluation method. The RCA evaluation result shows that the assessment results is 100% which means the relation of the design and all elements of the system requirement from the four layers frameworks have been consistent. The result of CW evaluation performed by the Supervisor and the Staff of IT Department shows that all the features of the system is fully in line with their expectations.

Abstract

Learning activities require supervision and attention from the teacher as a facilitator. In general, one of the learning media, e-learning, only able to carry out learning activities without more supervision from the teacher. This can encourage students to do things that should not be done in learning activities, such as plagiarizing or cheating when the exam is carried out. Junior High School of Situbondo 3 as a school that does not have e-learning until this research is carried out, has problems in supervising students during exams. It is not uncommon for students who have below-average achievements to get high score on exams. Based on this problem, the researchers developed an e-learning that is able to detect potential of cheating when online exam is carried out. The method used to detect this potential is the Semantic Textual Similarity (STS) method for essay type exams and Angoff's B-Index method for multiple choice exams. The implemented module produces a value of up to 0,92 on the STS method and the right detection on the Angoff B-Index method. The module also reduces the actions of potential cheating with the potential for occurrence of 11,54% and 19,52% of the two classes with the same conditions.

Abstract

Definition polution defilement related to the environment that is lived by humans. This defilement may caused by many factor examples are from gas emission in public transport and forest fire that is near with citizen lives. Solution is necessary to informed about ISPU anytime to people directly through their android smartphone. Time become important indicator in monitoring system, that monitoring system are activated and deactivated based time who ruled by government. In monitoring there is color which is strong indicator about environment around. Using low power mode to aimed a lower consume of electricity on the system then utilized the work principle of system which are in sleep condition and wake condition. Based test which has been done the coefficient of determination from read value MQ 131 sensor is 99,1% rated output voltage, MQ 136 in the amount of 98,5% rated output voltage and GP2Y1010AU0F sensor output voltage accuracy of 98%. Then for MQ 7 sensor average error of 18,55%. Furthermore there is system performance tests when power down sleep for 10 times and then testing on average to get 7,5% lower consumed energy by the system. Calculation from PPM value in to ISPU value had an accuracy 100%
