Abstract

Daarussalaam Muslim Development Foundation (YPM) is an educational foundation located on Jl. Jendral Sudirman No 1, Swarga Bara, Sangatta Utara, East Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan. In YPM Daarussalam there are several schools, namely integrated Islamic kindergartens (TKIT), integrated Islamic elementary schools (SDIT), and integrated Islamic junior high schools (SMPIT). To help the departure and return of kindergarten and elementary school students, the foundation provides school transportation services that can be used for students in need. At present the number of students using school transportation services is 160 students out of a total of 832 students. Based on this number the foundation provides 8 cars with a capacity of 20 students per cars. This study aims to determine the optimal route for the Multiple Traveling Salesman Problem (M-TSP) problem using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. In this study the school route is represented as particles which are divided into 3 segments, namely departure (segment 1), return 1 for grade 1,2 students, and kindergarten and (segment 2) and return 2 for grade 3-6 students which then the particles will be update the speed of each iteration to find the route with the best fitness value. The parameters used are the number of iterations = 538, particle size = 80, C1 = 1, and C2 = 1.5. The average fitness obtained is 2,297 with the best fitness value of 2,393, and with these results the foundation can cut the distance by 210,884 Km.

Abstract

Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Malang City is a drinking water provider company with one of its services through the website. The results of initial interviews with website managers and users indicate that there are problems, namely the display has not been developed, the user is confused about several features that are not suitable, one of which is the menu that has not been dropdown, login designation, and menus such as advertisements can affect the level of usability. So, it is necessary to evaluate the interface of the website by involving the natural point of view of users and experts to find problems and recommend improvements. This study uses usability testing and heuristic evaluation methods. Usability testing uses 3 measurement aspects, namely effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The heuristic evaluation uses 10 principles of Nielsen's heuristic utility. The results of usability testing found 14 interface problems and heuristic evaluation found 25 interface problems. Usability testing shows the measurement of effectiveness at the level of error that is low and the level of completion which is above average. Measurement of efficiency is high, and measurement of satisfaction is less satisfactory. Then, heuristic evaluation shows that the most interface problems are the H8 (aesthetic and minimalist design) principle. Based on the results of the evaluation, 30 recommendations were made using the guidelines for a better level of use.

Abstract

In a high-volume market like Spotify, it's important to understand what makes an artist valuable. One way to measure the success of a song or album is to check the rankings and charts. Spotify, for example, publishes several charts. Notably, Today's Top Hits, the first number one playlist in the Spotify ecosystem, has 18.2 million followers (about 7.5 million more than the second place playlist, Spotify Global Top 50), and has about 2.5 million daily active listeners. The use of the K-Means Algorithm because this method can handle large music data effectively. The results of the clustering are expected to be used for Record Labels in showing the proportion of Artist popularity that is included in the Today's Top Hits Playlist which is expected to find out what percentage of an Artist who has a certain followers and popularity to enter the Playlist, or maybe to find out the Artist segmentation on the Playlist. As a result, in the clustering process using the K-Means method, it was found that the proportion of artists on Today's Top Hits Playlist was 28.79% for Very Popular, 42.42% for Popular, 28.79% for Unpopular. Meanwhile, in the cluster testing process using the Silhouette Coefficient, the value is 0.536, which means that the results of the cluster are well formed. Meanwhile, using the Davies-Bouldin Index shows the value is 0.554, which means that the results of the cluster are well formed too.

Abstract

Heart failure patients can experience re-hospitalization caused by several factors, one of which is the recurrence of the disease suffered. This recurrence occurs due to patients with heart failure who do not comply in carrying out recommended activities such as not taking medication in accordance with the doctor's orders and not carrying out the recommended therapy. To improve the compliance of heart failure patients in caring for themselves at home, a reminder and education is needed for heart failure patients. The method used in this research is Waterfall software development method. This method was chosen because the functional needs of the system have been clearly defined from the beginning. In this study also used MVVM architecture and Clean Architecture. Tests conducted in this study include functional, usability and compatibility testing. Functional testing produces a 100% success percentage. In usability testing resulted in a success rate of 87.5% in test cases of heart failure patients and 100% in the case of health workers test. In addition, usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method produces a score that falls into the category of Good or Acceptable. The compatibility testing resulted in a good success scale of the overall device tested which has an android version with an API level of at least 21 (lollipop version 5.0).

Abstract

The potential for disasters in Ponorogo Regency is handled by the Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD). Recording of post-disaster reports at BPBD Ponorogo Regency is still done manually using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point for disaster publications to the public through the WhatsApp application. So we need a website-based system to facilitate reporting and publication of reports to the public as a form of data transparency. TRC (Quick Reaction Team) can record reports directly on the system. After being reviewed by PUSDALOPS and verified by the Kepala Pelaksana, the results of report verification can be accessed by the public via the website and using a GIS (Geographic Information System) to facilitate accurate reading of data by the public by directly looking at the affected areas on the map. This study uses the Waterfall method, data collection for needs analysis is carried out by interviewing one of the BPBD employees of Ponorogo Regency. The requirements analysis resulted in 23 functionalities which were implemented using the PHP programming language and the Laravel Framework, Leafleat js as a library for displaying maps, and the mySQL database. The implementation results tested using white-box, black-box testing, usability testing, Pearson product testing, split half testing and testing matrix model testing. From these tests, it was obtained valid results for white-box testing, one test was invalid from a total of 23 test-cases in black-box testing. For usability testing, a score of 62.5 was obtained or it was in the 'good' category. Meanwhile, for the feature validation test, there are 4 valid features, 6 invalid features and the rest cannot be calculated because there is a costant variable. The accuracy of GIS (Geographic Information System) using a test matrix model, the value is 80%.

Abstract

In an effort to utilize technology in public services, the Malang Office of Communication and Information has launched the SAMBAT Online web application (Integrated Questions Society Application System) to accommodate criticism, suggestions, and complaints given by the public. To improve time efficiency and make it easier for admins to classify incoming complaints the text classification method is needed. The Naive Bayes Multinomial method is widely used because this algorithm is very simple and efficient. But the Naive Bayes Multinomial algorithm has the disadvantage of having dependence on the amount of data. To improve these deficiencies researchers used a support method as feature extraction, N-gram. The test results using the Multinomial Naive Bayes method and N-gram show that the unigram n-gram can provide the highest accuracy rate of 88.23% with an average overall accuracy of 80.88% with an f-measure value of 0,8013.
