Abstract

File management is very necessary for an institution, namely as the information center of a company. The existence of files or documents that are old will certainly make it difficult for companies to obtain data quickly and accurately. Based on the results of interviews with employees from the Foreign Investment Tax Service Office Dua, the appearance of the file management system in the office is not good and office staff also find it difficult to access the system. This implies that there are usability problems that arise because the system cannot be used by users to achieve their interests in accessing the system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of users who are used in designing a web-based file management system at the Two Foreign Investment Tax Service Office, then design a solution from the File management information system at the Two Foreign Investment Tax Service Office, and evaluate the results of the system solution design. File management information at the Foreign Investment Tax Service Office Two. This study uses an interactive system development method, namely Human-Centered Design. The research stages start from planning the human centered design process, analyzing the context of use, analyzing user needs, evaluating the usability of the previous system, making a solution design, and evaluating the usability of the solution design. The results of this study are the usability value of the previous system was 43.25%, while the solution design increased to 77.25%, and the prototype of a web-based file management system at the Foreign Investment Tax Service Office Two Jakarta.

Abstract

One of the problems experienced by MSMEs is conventional recording. Conventional recording problem causes a discrepancy in the recording of production and transactions of goods. This situation can make it difficult for MSMEs to compete with their competitors. The MSME information system can encourage an increase in the competitiveness of an MSME compared to its competitors. This study aims to develop a mobile application for MSME information systems in the city of Malang. The MSME information system was developed using the SDLC waterfall, the Android operating system, and the Firebase data storage service. This research was conducted in 4 stages, namely needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. The needs analysis carried out resulted in 17 functional requirements and 3 non-functional requirements. The design stage produces activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, pseudocode, data design, and interface design. In the implementation phase, the database, program code and interface are implemented. In the testing phase, 4 tests were carried out, namely validation with black box, usability with SUS, portability (Android version 9.0, 10.0,11.0 and internet connectivity), and localization (translation). Blackbox testing shows 100% valid results for functional requirements. Usability testing with the SUS method produces an average score of 89.5 (best imaginable). Compatibility testing and localization testing show valid results. The results of this study can make it easier for MSME actors to record production and transactions of goods and reduce the risk of recording mismatches.

Abstract

Social assistance is the provision of assistance in the form of money or goods distributed to certain individuals or groups. As a form of responsibility in alleviating poverty, the government allocates costs to handle this, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). PKH is a program to provide cash assistance to poor households. One of the villages that has received PKH assistance from the government is Mlirip village, Mojokerto Regency. With the help of PKH, people with low incomes feel very helpful. Unfortunately, until now PKH is still considered not optimal because many aids are not well targeted and the village head's office does not yet have a reference in choosing a truly worthy family. Classification is carried out to determine the eligibility of PKH beneficiaries so that they are not misdirected. The data used is data for 2020-2021 with a total of 357 data from 7 hamlets in Mlirip village. Based on the results of the confusion matrix, it produces 71.1% accuracy, 90.9% precision, 70.4% recall, and 79.3% f1-score. The results of the classification process are visualized using a dashboard which produces a SUS Score of 87.5 which indicates the dashboard is acceptable to stakeholders

Abstract

Social media is currently almost used by every individual to communicate with friends or collegues. During this pandemic, social media is also used as the main source of information. The ease of access to find information about COVID-19 is one of the reason why every social media user is the main choice to find news. However, the information about COVID-19 on social media is increase everyday and have some bad impact for its users. The impact for cause the users of social media those get too much information can take action to avoid information untul the termination of information sources. From the problem above, the researchers identified the effect of information overload on information avoidance until have an impact on termination. In addition, this study describes the mediating effect of information avoidance on the discontinuance use of social media. This study is using the SEM-CB method by distributing questionnaires to 322 respondents. From the results of the study, all of the hypotheses were accepted with a P-Value of 0,000 and individuals were partially mediated by performing information avoidance actions when experiencing information overload before decided to discontinuous the sources.

Abstract

Vital sign checks in today's technology can be implemented anywhere, such as at home, in hospitals, and outdoors (while traveling). The proposed vital signs monitoring system can assist clinicians by delineating traces of critical physiological parameters, generating early warnings/warnings and indicating any significant changes to the data. The monitoring system developed has the advantage of being able to wirelessly interconnect between sick patients and their families at home. The development carried out is to make a monitoring system capable of taking readings from the body and heart temperatures of the patients being examined and providing early warnings if the parameters that are read are abnormal. The system is able to send data from the reading of the two aspects to the data processing center. In the data processing center, the system will analyze the patient's condition based on the patient's temperature and heart rate. And from the results of the study, it was found that the system that has been built can measure the patient's body temperature and heart rate according to the selected sensor port and the system can store patient data. The system is able to communicate well where the sensor readings can be displayed on the GUI system according to the pre-set port and identify the patient's condition by comparing the patient's body temperature and heart rate data with normal human conditions.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the country with the most waste in the worlds. Most of the waste come from organic waste. One way to reduce the organic waste is using help from microorganism such as black soldier fly larvae (Hermetia Illucens). The living environment of the black soldier fly larvae greatly influences the amount of organic waste consumption, such as temperature, height of the media, humidity, and water content of organic waste. Using smart trash can help to monitoring the environment of the larvae so the condition of black soldier fly larvae is maintained well. This system using DS18B0 as temperature sensor, VL53L0X as height sensor, DHT-22 as humidity sensor, and YL-69 as moisture content are connected to the nodeMCU microcontroller. The data from system is continuous data so it must implement gaussian naive bayes first before implementing naive bayes. There are three classes of system output classification, namely “Optimal”, “Medium”, and “Bad”. Sensors data and classification result are sent through the firebase server which is then sent it to the android application and displayed on the lcd screen. By using 32 training data and 17 test data, the accuracy of the gaussian naive bayes classification is 82,3%. The average computional speed of gaussian naive bayes classification is 5,2 ms by performing 10 times tests. Meanwhile, the accuracy of sending data to the firebase is 100%.

Abstract

PT Sea Mobile Indonesia is a private company engaged in the wholesale trade for fees or contracts which includes the business of agents who receive intermediaries, commissions, auctions, and other wholesalers. Meeting activities are one of the communication processes that are often carried out to negotiate or resolve problems that require a good management process. However, at PT Sea Mobile Indonesia meeting activities still experienced several obstacles such as uneven distribution of meeting information and the attendance and recapitulation processes still using the manual method. Based on these problems, a solution was found, namely the development of a web-based meeting management information system. This development uses the waterfall method with an MVC architecture that uses the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The system is integrated with WhatsApp where WABLAS is the WhatsApp gateway service. Then system tested by using validation, compatibility, and usability testing. Validation testing using the black box method with a success rate of 100% valid. While the results of the compatibility test are compatible, showing that the system can run well on various web browsers and the percentage of usability testing is 82%, meaning the system is in a very feasible category. While the results of the analysis of the efficiency aspect obtained a value of 3.97, meaning that the system has provided satisfaction to the user in finding the information sought and the ease of navigation of the meeting management information system menu.

Abstract

Learning is the main activity in the whole educational process in schools. Because learning is done at home (online), the success of learning will be disrupted, especially in the aspects of learning motivation, technological literacy, and collaboration between students. The purpose of this study is to compare aspects of learning motivation, technological literacy, and student collaboration when they are still doing face-to-face learning, compared to online learning. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Interviews with students and teachers relate to these three aspects. Then the analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman method, namely collecting data, reducing research data, and presenting data. Based on the results of interviews that have been conducted, there are several keywords that appear in the research. Among them are limited internet quota, and also network problems. The conclusion in this study is that most students at SMK Negeri 12 Malang feel they tend to experience a decrease in learning motivation in terms of attendance and doing assignments, compared to when they were still in school face to face. Then for technological literacy, most students admitted that they only knew about learning applications when distance learning took place and not a few had difficulties in operating. Meanwhile, in the aspect of collaboration between students, most of the students admitted that they had difficulty communicating with other students.

Abstract

Bagikata is a question and answer platform that can connect users with various contributors or counselors who are experienced in the mental health field. In its use, users still experience several problems, including the limited platform owned by the user and the absence of a unified system to provide all the services needed by the user. While Bagikata wants an interface design that can meet the needs of its users, Bagikata has never researched what is needed and what are the problems of its users. This study aims to produce a design for the BagiKata mobile application using 5 phases in the Goal-Directed Design method. In the research phase, needs analysis from stakeholders and users is obtained. In the modeling phase, one persona is generated from a group of users and a user journey. In the requirements phase, scenario context, requirements, and information architecture are generated. In the framework phase, a system design and a mobile application design framework are generated. In the refinement phase, a high-fidelity prototype is produced and tested using the User Testing and User Experience Questionnaire. Testing with the User Experience Questionnaire resulted in a mean value with a positive category on each UEQ scale. In the UEQ Benchmark, the Attractiveness, Efficiency, Accuracy, and Stimulation scales are classified into the Excellent (Very Good) category on the Benchmark. Meanwhile, the Clarity and Novelty scale belongs to the Good category on the Benchmark.
