Abstract

A service definitely requires a system that can help in running its business. Therefore, every business person can develop their business by using the system in it. D'Coin laundry is a coin laundry service company that was only established in mid-2021. In running his business already using the system that is available for free in the application store. But the use of such systems is still not fully used and focuses on manual recording because it is not in accordance with the wants and needs. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a system to handle the process of laundry services at D'Coin laundry, which can meet the needs, and provide a good experience for its users. This research uses a Human centered design (HCD) approach. The results of this study are in the form of prototype designs and evaluated with usability testing techniques. After the evaluation, the value of the effectiveness aspect was 100% in 3 respondents and 86% in 1 respondent. The results of the efficiency aspect in the owner respondent group were 100% and in the employee respondent group it was 89.8%. Then for the satisfaction aspect there are 3 problems. After that, prototype repairs were carried out in accordance with problems in the satisfaction aspect.

Abstract

Hi App is a messenger application released in 2020 which was developed by a company in Indonesia called PT. Hello Indonesian Creations. The Hi App application has several features, namely to share messages, photos, videos, voices, documents, and language translation features. Hi App has been downloaded thousands of times. However, users feel that the Hi App application has shortcomings, including the use of English in the application, the layout design that does not use good color contrast, users who are confused about how to add friends' contacts, the Hi App font size cannot be made flexibly and the application also still has lag. The test used in this research is usability testing using task scenario and questionnaire. The test involved 5 respondents to work on task scenario assignments and fill out a questionnaire by 20 respondents. The evaluation results of the Hi App application include the user convenience aspect of 92%, the user speed aspect of 0.016, the user error aspect of 0.2, and the user satisfaction aspect of 20%-40%.

Abstract

In this era of technological development, new innovations are needed that can help humans carry out their activities more efficiently. One of these areas of activity is measuring the water quality of the goldfish aquarium. At this time the measurement of air quality, especially in aquariums, is done manually on each attribute to be measured, while the measuring instrument for measuring the level of the attribute to be measured varies with prices that are relatively affordable to very expensive. In addition, using opinions based on direct observations of aquariums, etc. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to create a system that can help overcome this problem. In this study, the system was designed using a turbidity sensor as a measure of water turbidity levels, mq-135 as a measure of ammonia gas (NH3) and pH as a measure of acid and base levels. As for the display system using a 16x2 LCD to display the output obtained. This system component goes through the Arduino uno as a microcontroller and a laptop to enter code on the Arduino ide so that the system can run and as the main power supply. The classification used in this study is nave Bayes, nave Bayes is an algorithm method to determine the value of each class based on training data and test data, to read numerical attributes using distribution calculations, the attributes used in this Nave Bayes classification are obtained from reading turbidity, ammonia and ph of the sensor. This nave Bayes method has a fairly good accuracy, the higher the accuracy of the method, the more training data with various values.

Abstract

The current number of cafes, some of which have large spaces that cannot be monitored regularly by the cafe related to the availability of seats in the shop, so in one of the cases found in Kopi Daong in the city of Bogor, which was viral and was widely reported on TV because this cafe provides a place to enjoy a cup of coffee with a beautiful forest atmosphere. resulting in a boom in the number of visitors who come and the cafe cannot direct visitors to empty seats so visitors have to look for them themselves. In this case, a system is needed that can provide information regarding the availability of seats to make it easier for the cafe to direct visitors to empty places. This system utilizes a load-cell sensor as a data acquirer and nRF24L01 as a transceiver module and a website is made as the final output of the system so that it can provide information. In the implementation of this research, there are 2 transmitter server nodes that function as data acquirers as well as gateway nodes from 2 client transmitter nodes that function only to acquire data. All data is sent to the sink node and sent back to the database. Therefore, data transmission here uses a multihop mechanism. The results of the tests obtained have perfect accuracy, namely 100% in several test scenarios, namely related to node object recognition, output results on databases and websites, spacing between objects that have spacing scenarios ranging from 5m, 10m, 20m, and 40m. Then the routing of data communication and the successful delivery of data from the database and website side.

Abstract

Education functions as a disclosure of information in the form of values, knowledge, and skills by educators to students. Education is more than just teaching. So that it can be said as an effort to transfer information, change values, and shape character from all the perspectives it covers. However, based on the observation activities by researchers in class X TKJ SMK Negeri 5 Malang on Dasar Program Keahlian subjects, various problems were found that invited the attention of researchers to solve them. These problems resulted in the low learning outcomes of class X students of TKJ SMK Negeri 5 Malang class of 2021 in Dasar Program Keahlian subjects. Teaching materials in module format are teaching materials that prioritize user independence, efficiency, and effectiveness. Modules are material associations that highlight instructional abilities. As technology advances, modules can also be introduced in advanced designs called e-modules. The development of e-modules with the Problem-Based Learning model applies the ADDIE method in the development process. The ADDIE model can be used to describe a systematic procedure for developing a product. ADDIE was developed by Reiser and Mollanda which is a collection of abbreviations that are guided by the main procedures of the development process.

Abstract

SMKN 2 Blitar is a vocational school located in Blitar City. One of the existing facilities is the school library. The school library aims to support the activities of the school learning process. The library has activity functions including the management of book data, transaction data, member data, and report preparation. The function of these activities is still done manually so that an information system is needed to help the management process efficiently and effectively. Making a library information system does not only focus on content, but must consider user interface. The design of the user interface in this study uses the Human Centered Design (HCD) method to accommodate all the different needs of users. The Human Centered Design (HCD) method is a user-focused approach. Solution design user interface are evaluated using Heuristic Evaluation (HE) by the evaluator. This evaluation involves 2 types of evaluators, namely domain experts and system experts. The design of the user interface that was created resulted in 3 design views based on roles , namely library administrators, library users, and admins. The results of the evaluation of the user interface resulted in a total of 19 problems by the evaluator.

Abstract

Alphabet recognition learning can be developed with these technological advances, namely by using Augmented Reality technology as an interactive learning media for the introduction of the alphabet. Based on previous research, the author wants to provide a solution by making an application to solve the problem of a child's lack of interest in learning. Then the application created will be added with images as examples of using the alphabet so that children are more interested in learning to use the application. Recognition of the letters of the alphabet is one of the skills of children who develop from an early age, especially kindergarten children, namely language skills. The child's ability to recognize the alphabet is indicated by the child's ability to pronounce the sounds and names for each alphabet. The application testing uses methods, namely Blackbox Testing and Smileyometer, the Blackbox method tests the functionality aspects of an application and testing uses a Smileyometer to assess user experience when using the application. The results of the Blackbox Testing all test results run according to their functions and the Smileyometer test results in the Pre-test get an average value of 3.4 and the Post-test gets a value of 4.5 from these results it can be concluded that the application can increase children's interest in learning the alphabet.

Abstract

Notary Office and PPAT Ade Suryatini is a notary office located in Grogol, Jakarta, which every day makes many deed documents based on requests from clients. Based on an interview with Ms. Ade Suryatini as a notary, there are two problems in the deed-making process, namely the difficulty of employees in finding deed documents that are being worked on or those that have been completed and the process of monitoring the deed document processing is still done manually. Therefore, a management information system and supervision of deed documents was made which can be a solution for both problems. System development is carried out using the waterfall model SDLC method with web-based implementation. At the requirements analysis stage, user requirements and functional requirements of the system are obtained which produce use cases. Then do the system design which includes sequence diagrams, class diagrams, database design and interface design. From database design and interface design, database implementation is carried out using mysql and interface design using the laravel framework. Then the last stage is testing the system that has been implemented using validation testing using blackbox testing which produces 38 test cases with 100% valid results and user acceptance testing testing which produces a final value of 99%.

Abstract

Piknik Nusantara is a company engaged in organizing Event Organizers. Piknik Nusantara wants a website-based platform to assist in managing travel stock data collection for traveling packages that can help purchase and manage travel data flexibly and efficiently. Based on these problems, the researcher provides a solution by designing the user experience of the Piknik Nusantara website- based system that creates the final result in the form of a high-fidelity prototype. The system design will make it easier for consumers to order vacation travel transactions, this design process uses design thinking, which has five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Tests in this study will assess the aspects of learnability, efficiency, and satisfaction by using usability testing with task scenarios and system usability scale (SUS). Based on the test results for the general user system, it is obtained a value of "82.5" which is included in the characteristics of the "high acceptability" level, the grade scale is the same as "B", and the adjective rating is classified as "almost good". For the system administrator, the score "85" is included in the characteristics of the "high acceptability" level, the grade scale is the same as "B", and the adjective rating is classified as "excellent".
