Abstract

Coffee is one of the leading commodities in Indonesia because it has good market opportunities both at Indonesia and overseas. Coffee commodities often experience price fluctuations as a result of an imbalance between coffee demand and supply. One of the efforts to anticipate price fluctuations is to do price forecasting. Many forecasting methods can be used, such as Fuzzy Time Series and Long Short-Term Memory which are used in this study to predict coffee prices on the next day. This study will use data on prices for North Sumatra Arabica coffee from January 2020 to August 2021 which were obtained from the official BAPPEBTI's website. In this study, the MAPE value generated in the Fuzzy Time Series Average-Based Interval is 0.016 and the smallest MAPE value in the Long Short-Term Memory method is obtained when the learning rate = 0.00001 with an initial weight value of 0.5 which means obtained MAPE value of 0.06. The MAPE value of both methods is below 10, so it can be said that both methods are categorized as very good. It can be said that in this study the Fuzzy Time Series Average-Based Interval method has better accuracy than Long Short-Term Memory in forecasting the price of Arabica coffee in North Sumatra.

Abstract

The activity of writing a Course Selection Sheet (KRS) is one of the academic activities routinely carried out by the Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Tawangmangu. The purpose of writing KRS is to find out which students are active in the semester that will be implemented and what courses will be taken. In the implementation of KRS writing, Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Tawangmangu still uses the manual method, namely students write on the paper that has been provided and submit it to the academic. Manually writing KRS often causes problems such as delays in submitting KRS, damage to KRS sheets, unclear writing and or mistakes by academics in recapitulating data in Microsoft Excel applications. The web-based KRS management system is a solution to overcome problems in the implementation of KRS writing at Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Tawangmangu. System development is carried out using the Waterfall development model and object oriented approach. The system is built using PHP programming language with Codeigniter framework and MySQL as a database management system. The KRS management system was tested using unit testing, integration and validation strategies. Unit and integration testing is carried out using white-box testing techniques and validation testing is carried out using black box testing techniques. White-box testing was carried out on 6 sample methods and resulted valid status for all samples. Black-box testing was carried out on 28 functional systems and resulted valid status for all functionalities.

Abstract

Review on Google Play Store is one of the features used to provide a rating of an application. MyXL is a self-service application provided by PT XL Axiata Tbk on the Google Play Store that is useful for users to perform XL services easier such as activating internet packages, checking credit, checking remaining quota, etc. However, the review on the application is only in the form of text with no specific meaning and there are some high ratings but the reviews given are negative reviews, for that a sentiment analysis is needed that can classify reviews as user sentiment. In this research, the scraping stage was carried out for collecting application user review data, followed by the text preprocessing stage to process data by selecting data and turning it into more structured data. The data from the text preprocessing were word weighted using the Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method. Then sentiment classification is carried out using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The best results were obtained with the SVM algorithm for sentiment testing for 2 classes using the value of training data and test data of 80%:20%, the total data is balanced with 160 positive and 160 negative data, experiments with cross validation K = 5 and the use of a linear kernel. The results obtained for the average value of 88% accuracy, 88% precision, 88% recall and 88% f-measure.

Abstract

Go Tour and Travel Malang is a travel and trip orgaziner that located in Jalan Perumahan Citra Mendut Kavling 14, Malang. Go Tour and Travel Malang is a part of tourism service business. Go Tour and Travel Malang have served their customer for 2 years. Tourist attractions that offered is the tour destinations where located in Malang and its environs. Go Tour and Travel Malang make an offer tour packages to their customers. Tour packages that their provide are an affordable price for a number group of people, date derparture, tour activities, accommodation, and transportation. Marketing and disseminating information strategy by distributing brochures at certain location points, information from people around and also through social media, Facebook. Updating brochure that contains of new informations become an obstacle by needing waste much time. The customers data collecting which still conventional makes Go Tour and Travel Malang difficult to evaluate their business. Customers have to come directly to the Go Tour and Travel Malang office, contacting by whatsapp message, or calling by phone to Go Tour and Travel Malang. The strategy of disseminating information, marketing, and ordering processes can be a problem for customers who are outside the city of Malang. The web-based booking tour packages system is developed to overcome the problems found in the Go Tour and Travel Malang. The development of the system uses the waterfall model with an Object-Oriented approach. The developed system has been examined by unit testing using white-box testing technique, and validation testing using black-box testing technique. The results of all tests are valid.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities in schools began to experience changes and were adapted to the development of information technology, resulting in changes and shifts in the educational paradigm. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the education system has adapted to distance learning, one of which is e-learning. In this study involved 3 people to be interviewed and 30 respondents in filling out the questionnaire. Preliminary data obtained from research activities show that e-learning users experience difficulties, namely the display is still standard (plain) and lacks supporting features. Visual appearance in an e-learning is a very influential aspect to make it easier to understand learning material, communicate key concepts and attract the attention of users or students. Based on these problems, researchers have a goal to redesign the e-learning of SMKN 12 Malang using the GDD (Goal-Directed Design) method that focuses on user goals and behavior in using e-learning. This method has 6 stages, namely research, modeling, requirements definition, framework definition, refinement and support. This study uses the Technique for User Experience Evaluation in E-learning (TUXEL) method to evaluate usability, pedagogical usability and user experience. Based on testing using the TUXEL method, the redesign in this study has increased.

Abstract

This study tries to do an in-depth video analysis using the hough circle transform method which will be applied to a camera slider so that it can detect and move automatically following an object in the form of an orange ball. The case study in this research is to replace the role of the football cameraman on the side of the field in taking close-up shots of the ball. This camera slider is controlled by a raspberry pi 3, a mini computer that is used to detect the ball and control the movement of the camera slider automatically. Image input comes from video input in the form of an orange ball with the help of the opencv library. The output of the results detected by the system is the coordinates of the center of the ball along with the distance of the ball. On the other hand, to facilitate the movement of the ball, the image frame is divided into 3 based on the x-axis. With the division value, area A starts from 0 - 120 pixels, area B starts from 121 - 160 pixels, area C starts from 161 - 320 pixels. To move the camera slider, it is driven by a dc motor at the end of the slider. The main function of the dc motor is to be able to follow the movement of the ball based on the position of the ball in the area A, B or C. While the camera slider position is placed on the side with the camera position facing the field. The size of the field in the study was reduced from its actual size to 1 meter x 2 meters. The camera slider can successfully detect the orange ball with a maximum detectable distance of 90 cm and the camera slider can move following the ball to the right, left and stops.

Abstract

The Klagenserut Public Health Center is one of the main health centers in the Jiwan District. As the main health center, the Klagenserut Community Health Center is a place for supplying drugs and distributing drugs to the villages in which they work. There is a pharmacist division in charge of managing and distributing drugs. However, in doing so, pharmacists still use the manual method, namely recording inventory data and drug distribution manually. This method causes difficulties in checking drug data and drug stocks. Based on the description of the problem, there is a solution, namely making a web-based drug supply information system. The features contained in the system can perform data storage, drug stock information, print drug stock reports on a monthly basis and search drug data. The drug inventory information system was developed through the stages of the Waterfall method. The development process is carried out based on 4 stages. Starting from the stage of system requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and the last stage is system testing. In the last stage, testing was carried out with 2 methods, the first was black-box testing and the second was user acceptance testing. Based on the results of the system test using these 2 methods, the information system created has been in accordance with user needs.

Abstract

MAVLink stands for Micro Air Vehicle Link which is an unmanned system lightweight message serialization protocol. This protocol is commonly used in autopilot systems, especially ArduPilot and PX4 and provides advanced features not only for monitoring and controlling the mission of unmanned systems but also for integration into the Internet. Since the MAVLink protocol is carried over wireless channels, this makes it vulnerable. against attack-based and also the lack of support in terms of security procedures both in secrecy and the authentication mechanism is not supported natively. This causes the MAVLink protocol to be easily hacked. Therefore, to reduce the security risk, it is necessary to secure the communication protocol between the UAV to the GCS by using the SIMECK algorithm. SIMECK algorithm is a combination of encryption and decryption algorithm between SIMON algorithm and SPECK algorithm. Users can use the SIMECK cipher by considering the software and hardware needed without disturbing the performance of the security system. The purpose of the SIMECK algorithm is to provide security in data transmission and also performance flexibility to be used for developers. The implementation of the SIMECK algorithm on this system makes it resistant to passive attacks and even active attacks.

Abstract

Rental services for children's equipment and toys are starting to be in great demand by the community in Jombang Regency, according to observations in Jombang Regency itself, there are more than 10 UMKM that provide rental services for children's equipment and toys. The children's equipment and toys rental application (JoJo) is an application designed for the Jombang community to make it easier for the community to use equipment and children's toy rental services in Jombang Regency. This study aims to create an application design that is good in terms of user experience and usability for its users. The method chosen to design user experience in this research is Human-Centered Design (HCD) which focuses on the human perspective in each process consisting of context analysis and user needs, creating design solutions, and design evaluations. The design evaluation obtained using usability testing is 100% for the effectiveness aspect, 0.0592 goals/second for the efficiency aspect, and on the aspect of user satisfaction, the score is 91.75 with grade A. Then the results of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) are in the excellent category on the attractiveness, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty aspects and the good category on the perspicuity aspect. From the results of the design evaluation, it shows that the solution design has a good level of usability and also has a positive user experience for users because it gets a value that is more than the average in every aspect.

Abstract

Social media is a digital platform used to gather information. One of the social media in Indonesia that has the most users is Twitter. Twitter is a social media platform in a form of a microblog, that allows users to exchange opinions and share ideas. One of the topics that was widely discussed on Twitter was the implementation of the Pilkada 2020. Pilkada 2020 attracted the attention of many Twitter users because the implementation was carried out in the midst of a pandemic. Tweets or tweets of Twitter users here are used as objects to conduct sentiment analysis on related topics. This analysis process is carried out by implementing the Support Vector Machine algorithm to classify positive and negative tweets. This study uses 400 tweets, consisting of 187 positive tweets and 213 negative tweets. The scores of accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score in this machine learning model are 87.5%, 87.4%, 87.4%, and 87.4%, respectively. This value is obtained using the C parameter of 5, and the max_iter parameter of 100.
