Abstract

As the number of review is rising, there is a need to make a system that can do classify a review belong to which class, in this case there are positive and negative classes. Furthermore, we also need to know what aspect that commented in the review. In this research, sentiment analysis at aspect level, Bag of Nouns feature has been used for clustering to get aspect and sentiment classification with score representation feature to classify sentiment. With categorical attribute for Bag of Nouns feature, K-Modes is considered capable for clustering. In sentiment classification, score representation has been used for LVQ2 that can handle the correlation between attribute and also become alternative for another machine learning algorithm. Based on the evaluation with Silhouette Coefficient, the optimal number for clustering balanced data set is 7 and 5 for unbalanced data set. Based on the evaluation with precision, recall, and f1-score, the performance of the balanced data set are 89,2% for precision, 89,13% for recall, and 89,12% for f1-score. The evaluation for unbalanced data set are 87,38% for precision, 73,07% for recall, and 76,46% for f1-score. It can be concluded that score representation can be used for sentiment analysis.

Abstract

The development of increasingly complex needs of traditional networks will affect the high cost of investment and hardware maintenance so that required solutions to these developments by using Software Defined Network (SDN). SDN is a concept of separation between control plane and data plane on network devices such as routers and switches, whereas in traditional networks the control plane and data plane are combined into one. Using a single controller on the SDN concept obtained a latency value with an average of 1000 to 1900 responses / second and throughput with an average of 50 to 300 flow / second, the value decreased performance when the number of switches connected in the network environment increased. In this research apply load balancing to do the load sharing on some controller that connected so that performance of each controller can run with maximal. The controller used in this research is POX while to implement load balancing controller will be used HAproxy on server computer. The test results show that as the increasing number of controllers with load balancing will provide better latency and throughput results from the use of 3 controllers obtained the latency value with an average of 2000 to 3300 responses / second and throughput with an average of 70 to 4300 flow / second, but as the number of controllers increases load of server load balancing will increase seen from CPU and Memory Usage.

Abstract

Nowadays raising animals like cats is like a lifestyle, sometimes many people think of the pet as family. Therefore pet owners always give the best care to the animals. This system uses one of the methods in the Decision Support System. Decision Support System is a computer-based system that can assist a person in improving its performance in decision making. By using one of the methods in the Decision Support System, it is expected to help solve problems that are in semi-structured areas such as the above problems. In this system will use the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method used to solve an unstructured complex situation into several components within hierarchical groups, by assigning subjective values and determining which variables have the highest priority to influence the outcomes in those situations . Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is used for ranking.. Based on the results of the test can be analyzed that the AHP and SAW method is quite effective used in the recommendation process. The result of accuracy testing on custody service is 72,72% while accuracy testing of grooming service equal to 75%.

Abstract

One of the difficulties is how the deaf can inform the sign language used and can be understood by people who can hear so deaf people can communicate, interact, socialize, make friends, and dialogue occurs in everyday social. Sign language is used in the daily lives of people with hearing and speech impaired.Applications "DekatTuli" designed to help reduce the difficulties faced by the deaf and mute. Applications "DekatTuli" This provides a method Learning to Communicate in the form of Indonesian Sign Language for the deaf and speech impaired quickly and practical for using the means of Android- based applications on smartphone devices. Applications Functional testing has been done with each of the test cases have been tested and properly, with the result declared all valid. Usability testing is obtained from a very satisfactory result for analysis of the application "DekatTuli" to achieve an average score of 96%.

Abstract

The use of e-commerce in Indonesia became one of the proof of business development in Indonesia that began to move online. The number of use in e-commerce makes two companies engaged in the field of minimarkets indomaret and alfamart start to create their website. This study aims to compare two e-commerce that has characteristics and business processes are the same in how them facilitating users from the usability side also from user experience side with using media website klikindomaret and alfacart. There are 2 method of analisys to analyze the data that was subjectively by distributing Questionnaire from User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) which has 6 aspects: attractiveness, efficiency, perspicuity, dependability, stimulation and novelty to 20 respondents and objectively by testing the respondent directly in website usage using scenario with parameter task success rate, time per completed task, number of clicks during task competence and error during task performance to 6 respondents. Respondents are students from 18-24 years old who have never operated these two websites. The results of the analysis showed that in the subjective research the respondents gave positive tendency impression with the average value reaching the positive level (good). For objective research shows a high success rate of respondents even though they are the first time to operate the website.

Abstract

Kucing merupakan hewan peliharaan yang sering ditemukan di masyarakat. Pemeliharaan kucing memerlukan perhatian yang besar agar kucing tidak terserang penyakit yang dapat membahayakan kucing, pemiliknya ataupun orang yang melakukan interaksi langsung dengan kucing tersebut. Penyakit pada kucing biasanya disebabkan oleh virus, bakteri atau jamur. Kemiripan gejala yang muncul pada penyakit kucing membuat masyarakat umum sulit mendeteksi penyakit yang menyerang kucing tersebut. Sehingga dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat membantu pengklasifikasian terhadap gejala penyakit yang timbul pada kucing untuk mendiagnosis penyakitnya dengan tepat. Sistem yang digunakan untuk pengklasifikasian penyakit kucing ini mengunakan algoritme Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan menerapkan strategi One-Against-All untuk permasalahan multi class. Penelitian ini menggunakan 220 data dengan 9 hasil klasifikasi yaitu Scabies, Gastritis, Helminthiasis, Rhinitis, Dermatitis, Dermaphytosis, Otitis, Enteritis dan kucing sehat. Hasil akurasi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem ini dengan menggunakan perbandingan rasio data 90% : 10% dan kernel RBF adalah 80,2%. Dengan hasil akurasi yang baik, maka penelitian ini dapat diterapkan untuk membantu melakukan pengklasifikasian penyakit kucing dengan menggunakan algoritme Support Vector Machine (SVM).

Abstract

House is an important part in the aspect of life. A habitable house that is good to be used is clean, safe, and comfortable. Lack of knowledge about the function of house in the society, more difficult to imply the realization of a habitable house. Government gets difficulty in assessing the habitable house. In fact, the unpreety house has high income. Government's assistance often misplaced, many people complain because of this. To overcome the problem, then the government needs a system that classifies habitable house and inhabitable house. The system for classification of habitable house was made using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. this study uses 160 data that is divided into two types that are habitable and inhabitable. The method used is Support Vector Machine (SVM) method is a good classification method. Support Vector Machine (SVM) method is linear, but SVM method can also be used to solve non-linear problem. The experiment result shows an average accuracy of 98,75% using K-fold Cross Validation test method with k = 10, and SVM method parameters are = 0,5, = 0,001, = 1, = 2, maximum iteration = 10 iteration and using the Polynomial of degree kernel.

Abstract

PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur annually holds Pupuk Kaltim Inovation Award (PIA) which is a forum for employee to participate in order to create inovation in all lines of corporate activitis for quality improvement. Based on intervews with PIA managers can be concluded that until now all PIA activities are done manually, such as checking the originality of the paper by tim telaah that can be less efficient implementation due to the number of papers, has no priority selection rule for determining permanent judges so the judges can change uncexpectedly that can be less consistency in the assessment activities, and the assessment process that judges have to adjust the form when doing the assesment with the type of clster that is assessed because each type has different assessment form. To cover the issues is to develop a website with internal plagiarism check feature, judges recomendations feature, and online assessment feature. This research begins by analyzing system requirements, design then implementation. In this research using cosine similarity algorithm for the application of internal plagiarism check feature, and weighted product algorithm for application of judges recommendation feature. The testing is done by using unit testing, validation testing, and usability testing. The result of the validation test shows that the system can work well in accordance with the needs, and for the results of usability tests show the result of the score of 95.2% so can be concluded that the role of the system in accelerating and facilitate the activity of this juries have been met.

Abstract

The water is very important things in human life. That role we can see from the level of human needs, especially when the human using the water in everyday life. But it is unfortunately if that water are waste every day because the human are negligence for himself. Today when the human charge their bathub home there are still use the principle of charging manually, it means still require the human power to operate it. Because those human still use the principle of charging manually it will be less efficient, less saving time, and less saving. In this research we made an Automatic Water Filling system which using the Fuzzy Mamdani logic method. The inputs in this system consists of 3, there are, the water level input from the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, the amount of water which released will calculated using the waterflow sensor G1 / 2, and then calculates the tube size volume obtained from user input using the 4x3 keypad. And then, it will be processes by Arduino Uno Microcontroller and the output system will be displayed on the LCD. The implementation of Fuzzy Mamdani logic in automatic filling bathub consists of four stages there are, Formation of fuzzy set, Application function implication, Composition rule, and Defuzzification. The output on this system is the duration time when filling the bathtub. The success rate of Fuzzy logic we can see by comparing the output value from the system with MATLAB. The average accuracy output system is 94.90%.

Abstract

The number of disease cases has increased and decreased every month. This has an impact on the unbalanced of medicine availability such as, lack of supply of medicine, waste of medicine, medicine that are not on target, damaged medicine and so on. Therefore forecasting on number of disease cases is needed to determine the number of disease cases within a certain time. One of forecasting method that can be used is backpropagation neural network method. This method can be optimized using genetic algorithm to produce optimal results. The optimized parameters are weight and bias which will be used in backpropagation algorithm. The purpose of this study is to forecast the number of disease cases at Puskesmas Rogotrunan, Lumajang using backpropagation method optimized by genetic algorithm. From this study the optimal parameters of genetic algorithm are population=180, combination of cr and mr respectively 0,4 and 0,6, generation=100. The optimal parameters of backpropagation algorithm are total data=16, input neuron=6, iteration=1000, alfa=0,1. Accuray obtained with MSE=87,2 with data test of the number of disease cases in january to desember 2016. From the value of MSE obtained using backpropagation method optimized by genetic algorithm can be used to forecast the number of disease cases.
