Abstract

Sales is an important component of business processes. By determining the strategy in the sale and promotion of goods sold, this will certainly impact on profits earned by the company. Nom-Nom cafe is one of the cafes engaged in the sale of food and beverages that stood since the year 2016 ago in the city of Malang. There are enough things that might be done to increase sales from Nom-Nom, by using android-based mobile applications that are expected to increase the number of product sales from Nom-Nom cafe. In this research, tested by multiple linear regression analysis method to determine the factors that influence the intention to user behavior in the transaction of Nom-Nom cafe Application. It needs a method to see the acceptance of this app. TAM is a model used to analyze and understand the factors that affect the acceptance of a computer technology. Then to see if the application can increase sales or not, it can be done by analyze the sales results from before and after the application is applied. The results of this research show that only one rejected hypothesis from the test results and the results of sales analysis shows that the Nom-Nom application increase the sales of Nom-Nom café product

Abstract

LAPOR! app is a complaint app made by Indonesian President's Staff Office. LAPOR! could be accessed by sms, mobile app and website. The research before found many usability problem on the website. Usability evaluation is important to do, the easier the e-government app the more accepted by Indonesian citizen. The first observation found a few problems about efficiency and satisfaction which is one of the usability level's factor. Evaluation is needed for LAPOR! app to find usability problems more detail. Usability evaluation uses heuristic evaluation with Nielsen's 10 principals : visibility of system status, match between system and the real world, user control and freedom, consistency and standards, error prevention, recognition rather than recall, flexibility and efficiency of use, aesthetic and minimal design, help user recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors and help and documentation. The problems categorized with severity ratin scale 0-4. Evaluation done twice. The outcome from first heuristic evaluation were 20 problems and 2 problems non heuristic. Refinement involve user interface, content and flow. The second heuristic evaluation found 8 problems. After done the refinement, a few of the first heuristic evaluation's problems not found in the second heuristic evaluation, but we found new problems.

Abstract

The growth of computer network technology has an impact on the high demand for network performance and increasingly control network complexity. Network performance can be affected by network management, one of which is routing protocol. On a conventional network, routing protocol configuration is inflexible, inefficient and needs to configure each network device. One of the solution for this problem is SDN (Software defined network). The programmable SDN control plane make it possible to implement routing application. This research uses two kind of shortest path algorithm those are Floyd-Warshall algorithm and Johnson algorithm. Both algorithms are implemented in ryu controller and mininet as SDN network simulator. Packet loss dan delay testing has no significant difference. In the packet loss testing Floyd-Warshall has an average of 2,33% compared to Johnson with an average of 2,48%. While the result of delay testing, the average delay of Floyd-Warshall is 4,08 ms compared to Johnson with an average of 4,02 ms. Convergence time testing, Johnson is faster when the number of switches 6 and 10. While Floyd-Warshall is better when the number of switches 14. In cpu usage testing, Johnson algorithm consumes more resources with an average of 23,84% compared to Floyd-Warshall algorithm with an average of 21,78%. While the result of memory usage of both algorithm equally consume 1,3% of memory.

Abstract

Milk is source of protein which is contain all of easy digested and required nutrition. Milk production by dairy cows are low so Indonesian need of milk can't be fulfilled. PE goat can produce qualify milk cow and it also suitable to be cultivated at Indonesia so they can be alternative of milk source. Produced milk quality is affected by given feed. This research uses Extreme Learning Machine and Improved-Particle Swarm Optimization to search best feed composition so the goat can produce good milk. Parameter calibration for building model are hidden node = 9, population size 70, maximum iteration 40 with fitness value 0.973892. Parameter calibration for searching feed composition are population size = 90 and maximum iteration 20 with fitness value 38,51344218.

Abstract

IT is the main component of business that produce many advantages for an enterprise. When an enterprise is implementing IT, they have to manage it in the right way so that the utilization can fulfill the needs. ITN Malang is one of the education institute that implement IT in case of business. However, based on the interview information, in reality there are few obstacles that happen in the management of their technology resource. One of the solution that ITN Malang can take is to evaluate the capability level of their technology resource using COBIT 5. COBIT 5 is a framework that can help an enterprise produce the optimal value of the IT utilization in a way of balancing between advantage and risk. The domain of COBIT 5 that used to evaluate the capability level of IT resource are EDM04 Ensure Resource Optimisation, AP007 Manage Human Resource, BAI09 Manage Assets, and DSS01 Manage Operations. The result shows that the capability level of information techonology resource of ITN Malang is at level 1 performed process with the gap value that obtained is 1. To reach out to level 2 which is manage process, ITN Malang should make asset and human resource planning.

Abstract

Each year high school students will be faced with a final choice to determine what direction will be selected for future education. Each choice will determine the future of the voter, and this is something that is difficult enough to be determined by most high school students, because they do not have information and images related to education in college. In addition, the child is still not aware of the interests and abilities on him. Based on the problems above the selection of majors as early as possible should start to be considered because choosing faculty and majors with precisely very difficult, if one chose the department will result in learner in the learning process in lectures, because less comfortable with the materials in the lecture and probably a lot of less-liked material. This will affect the child's achievement index (IP) that can be below the standard and worse the discharge of the student (DODrop Out) because it is declared not able to follow the education that followed. So the classification and recommendation of college majors for high school students who based on academic grades wrote can help high school students to determine the proper choice. The calculation of the study is calculated separately for the Naive Bayes algorithm used to classify student learner data into the faculty class and Weighted Product (WP) is used to help determine the exact majors based on the majors in the faculty predetermined by the Naive Bayes algorithm. By using the Naive Bayes-WP algorithm, the system's average accuracy reaches 82%.

Abstract

The growth of internet users who are very significant to make many new things appear, one of which is trade transactions of goods and services over the internet. Instagram can provide benefits, the advantages in terms of doing business as a sales promotion and media. Indonesia ranks as the highest peak of the country's Internet users become victims of Cyber crime a vulnerable become victims of online crime. This study developed a framework for theories that explain what factors affect the level of trust in conducting online transactions through an account online shop on instagram. Samples obtained as many as 120 respondents. Later data analysis on the research of multiple linier regression using this. The results of this research show that the level of trust at the time of online transactions is influenced by the abundance of the perceived benefits of the user in fulfilling the needs or progression to follow or adapt current products , makes it easy for the buyer at the time of the transaction and the user feel safe at the moment provide personal information when making a transaction.

Abstract

Faculty of Computer Science Brawijaya University create a web-based application to facilitate the work of stakeholders. Application was named Filkom Apps. the observations found that does not display any information. Empty menu will affect user expectations of the system. User do not know the existence of logbook guidance, while logbook feature is one of the main features. Therefore it necessary to evaluate usability, to measure application usability level based on 5 usability aspect efficiency, effectiveness, learnability, memorability and satisfaction. Methods of usability testing, observation and interview are used to measure usability level and to explore problem that related to usability by given task scenario to users. The result of usability testing shows that the value of efficiency (86%), effectiveness(87,5%), learnability has gap 1,35 between test 1 and test 2. Memorability improves the ability of the number click and the number of steps. Satisfaction measured by a SUS questionnaire get scored 65 under the average standard (68). There are some problem related content, navigation and layout. Usability problem found during testing was given improvement recommendation to increase the usability level.

Abstract

Before the credit is given to the prospective debitor, the lender needs to select the prospective debitor's data first by considering several criteria. This is because the creditors get some problems that often occur when giving credit worthiness such as inconsistency to credit analysis that can change and the length of time required to select the data of prospective debitor due to the data that many and varied. These problems can be solved by building a classification system using the fuzzy tsukamoto method to classify the data and determine the creditworthiness of the debitor. However the use of the fuzzy tsukamoto method can not provide optimal results. It is shown with the accuracy value obtained is 90.476% from the test using 63 sample data. To obtain a more optimal accuracy, the workable solution is to optimize the fuzzy membership function constraint using genetic algorithm. Based on the results of testing system that has been optimized, the system obtained accuracy value of 93.651% with parameter popsize 220, Cr 0.7, Mr. 0.3 and generation number 220.

Abstract

AR.Drone quadcopter 2.0 is one type of unmanned aircraft that is small. Quadcopter is often used by technology practitioners in the field of aerodynamics, used by RC(remote control) hobbyists, used for facilities in the field of search and rescue, or used in military fields. But not infrequently unexpected things like quadcopter that suddenly fell. One of the causes of this is the lack of features that support the user to monitor battery capacity to find out the rest of the flight time the quadcopter can do and how far the quadcopter can fly. To solve that problem, a system that can make the quadcopter operate using a laptop keyboard as a controller can monitor the energy of the battery and used to estimate the time and estimate the displacement when the quadcopter operates have been built. Flight time estimation uses parameters of battery capacity, and current from components on quadcopter board that summed with current on a brushless motor which converted from PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). And to get the value that shows the remaining time of flying quadcopter is used coloumb's law. For estimation of displacement is done based on quadcopter flight test experiments that perform flying operations within a minute. The results of this study informed that the error of movement accuracy using the keyboard is 0%, the error of time fly estimation accuracy is 1.14%, and the error of displacement estimation accuracy is 29.75%
