Abstract

Lighting on motor vehicles with light emission control systems is essential today. So made a headlamp system that is able to control the light emitted without the need for control of the user of the vehicle. Making this lamp system using a webcam camera is useful to read the condition of the road that will be skipped, then a microcomputer used to process the results of the condition of the road using the opencv library with the method of hough circle transform to detect other riders. From the results of the vehicle detection is used to condition a led light that has been arranged in parallel to regulate the light emission so that other riders do not glare when intercepting with the user system led matrix. From the test results obtained that the system is able to detect the vehicle by using the light beam as a reference other vehicles. Control of led matrix lamps can work with predetermined conditions. And the result of system validation explains that video input from webcam camera can be used to control the led matrix lamp with valid.

Abstract

Kiostix.com is one of many e-Commerce that served service to customer with giving an information and do any transaction for selling and buying event ticket that ongoing in Indonesia surrounding areas. A few months ago, in the end of 2016 precisely kiostix.com had a problem with their capability of giving a service to customer with their website. That problem is our discussion in this research with goals to discover the website quality of kiostix.com which will be connected to customer satisfaction. This research use webqual 4.0 as a methodology that has three variables to measuring website quality, which is usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. This research use questionnaire to gather all of data that from respondents, the respondents in this research is the person who had used kiostix.com to do any transaction, the total data is 61 respondents. This research had been test with multiple linear regression. The result is there are only two variables that had a significant relation toward customer satisfaction, usability and service interaction quality, but service interaction variable itself had given a negative effect for customer satisfaction grade. Therefore, all of those variable had given an impact for customer satisfaction if it all gather.

Abstract

PT Matahari Department Store become one of the best retailers in Indonesia. Which the vision of this company was to be main choice retailer on Indonesia. To realize that vision the company requires risk management especially of information technology. The company using Alphapos sales system for manage activities on back-office and front-office. Until now company still does not have documentation about risk which is focus for IT. Until now to manage the company, their used ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS). In this research will try to implementing the ISO 31000 risk management framework to know any risk on Alphapos sales system. This research was helping with NIST 800-30 framework to specify the risk rating of system. That framework used to specify the recommendation of control for each priority risk with cost benefit analysis.

Abstract

Increasing the amount of digital data quickly each year, one of which is text data of documents that can be text news articles can make it difficult for the reader to understand all the information so as to affect the acquisition of accurate information and need a longer time to extract an information on a document. Therefore, it is necessary to have an automatic extract text extracting system in Indonesian language health articles in order to help the reader or user to facilitate the process of extraction of information in the document with a fast, concise and clear time. This study uses the latent semantic analysis (LSA) method which is a method that extracts semantic structure or hidden meaning in a sentence and produces a general or broad meaningful summary. The LSA method uses the linear value decomposition (SVD) linear algebra approach by forming a representation matrix of term associations which are words in the closely related document of the TF-IDF calculation process. The LSA cross method is used to construct a summary sequence in the summary extraction stage. Tests of this research resulted that the result of text summary with LSA method obtained the accuracy value of precision, recall and f-measure in consecutive order at compression rate 50% with value 0.668, 0.743, 0.700 and 0.690 while at compression rate 40% equal to 0.696, 0.605 , 0.642 and 0.663.

Abstract

Fishing is an activity that has been existed and done by humans since 100,000 years ago. Fishing activities that were initially done to survive by searching for fish to consume are now evolving into a favorite hobby of many people. Games can be used to simulate fishing as a hobby. The use of augmented reality technology can visualize realness in a fishing game. Gameplay is the most important part of a game. To design a gameplay from fishing game, the iterative and rapid prototyping method is required. The test results showed that the user response of the aspects of gameplay and the use of augmented reality in this game is good enough.

Abstract

BNN Malang is a vertical institution that has a purpose to conduct the program of Prevention, Eradication, Abuse and Illicit Circulation of Drugs or we can call it by P4GN, especially in Malang. It consists of the head, the general subsection, the prevention and empowerment section of the community, the rehabilitation section and the eradication section. Based on interview data, it is found that there are difficulties in determining the priority of information system needs in BNN Malang. This is because no experts in the field of information technology and the needs of each different section. Therefore it is necessary to conduct analysis in determining the priority needs of information systems in BNN Malang. The EasyWinWin method is used to negotiate collaboratively and prioritize. The purpose of this research is to get recommendation of information system become priority in BNN Malang to be developed or built. The result of recommendation of information system priority determination in BNN Malang as a whole is a system of reporting activity information done daily and weekly recap, which result of weekly report with extension .ppt. In addition, it generates priority recommendations of the information system in each section or subsection.

Abstract

Stroke is clinical syndrome which usually comes sudden, quick, in a form of focal or global neurological deficits that happen within 24 hours or sometimes can cause a death. Stroke problems in Indonesia need a serious attention because of the number of death is high and always inCreasing. On of the necessary handling is detecting the symptoms of stroke in a form of SKD (Sistem Kewaspadaan Dini). Research found that to estimate the risk of stroke, it can use Fuzzy logic inference. From the 15 data test that has been done, the result gets 60% accuration. To optimize the result of membership degree function, it uses genetics algorithm in Fuzzy tsukamoto inference. Representation of chromosomes used is real code which every chromosome initialize the limitations in all Fuzzy variables. Crossover method using one cut point, random mutation used for mutation method and elitism selection used for election method. It is known that the result from optimization from the system accuration using Fuzzy tsukamoto-GA is 86.66% and the number of popsize which from the best parameter of the optimum result is 500, and the number of generations is 1000 as well as the combination Cr = 0,5 and Mr= 0,6. Abstract

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a mental development disorder that has a major characteristic of inability to focus attention and hyperactivity. Behavior that characterizes ADHD often appears in children aged 3-5 years. ADHD consists of 3 types, namely: inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. Not many people are aware of ADHD, then needed a system for the classification type of ADHD. By observing visible symptoms, ADHD can be classified using the Learning Vector Quantiztion (LVQ) algorithm, but the LVQ algorithm produces a fairly low accuracy. To optimize the accuracy level of LVQ algorithm, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is used. The PSO is used to find the best LVQ weight vector. To know the difference of accuracy result, 2 test is done, that is LVQ-PSO and LVQ test. The test uses the same data. Test results showed that LVQ-PSO algorithm yielded highest accuracy 87,3% in 84,6 seconds, while LVQ algorithm yielded highest average accuracy of 80,6% in 4,8 seconds. The best parameters of PSO yielding the best accuracy are Wmax 0,6, Wmin 0.5, swarm size 100, maximum iteration PSO 100, α 0,1, and dec α 0,1. From the results of the test accuracy it can be concluded that the PSO algoritme can be used to optimize the LVQ algorithm even though it takes longer computation time.

Abstract

Handling municipal garbage is one of the problems that exist in a big city including the city of Denpasar. The amount of waste on certain days such as religious holidays will increase significantly where the 4-shift schedule used is inadequate to transport all the waste at certain TPS. Determination of the optimal route of garbage transportation is needed to save work time, lower operational costs and capable to transport all the waste. This research applies hybrid genetic algorithm and simulated annealing to optimize municipal garbage collection transportation route. The representation of chromosomes used is permutation representation with two segments namely the route segment and the truck segment. The process stage uses crossover with order crossover method and mutation with one-cut point method. The test results show the best fitness value is 1,042568623 with optimal parameters using population number = 400, crossover rate and mutation rate = 0.9 and 0.1, number of generations = 200, initial temperature = 1000, final temperature = 1, and alpha/cooling rate = 0.1. The result of this research is recommendation of optimal transportation route to collect garbage from a number of TPS.

Abstract

Drone becomes a popular hobby among drone community lately. Because it can be flown and operated from the distance, many drone pilots use this technology in many sectors for their work. Because of that reason, the regulation about flying drone are needed.The Indonesian Goverment have been released a regulation about drone area into several categories, (i.e prohibited area, restricted area, safety flight operation zone, controlled airspace and uncontrolled airspace). However because many drone pilots have lack of information about the regulation that been released, many cases cause drone accident. As example drone get crashed into airplane, or drone get stucked on the building rooftop, and many more. With Geo Information System (GIS), offers several solutions like Spatial Multi-Criteria Evaluation. With this method, factors that cause a problem become criteria and parameters hierarchically, and then compose together to become a new spatial model that contains information and recommendation. For furthermore this model can be implemented on mobile application, so drone Penggunas can obtain an information from this apps. In the future this research hopefully could decrease many drone cases. From accuracy assessment, this model have 62.5% overall accuracy. This mean that 62% of the info generated from this model is in suitable with the facts in the field.
