Abstract

Abstrac The purpose of this study was to determine the Effects of Government Expenditures, Labor and Human Development Index on Economic Growth in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2014-2018. This type of research uses quantitative research, namely by estimating the regression model using panel data. The object used in this study is the entire population (total sampling) of regencies / cities in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely in the form of quantitative data that includes data on government spending, labor, tourism, human development index and economic growth from 2014-2018. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS Software version 16. The results showed that the Statistical t Test (partial) and the statistical F test (simultaneous) variables of Government Expenditure, Labor and Human Development Index influence significantly influence economic growth West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2014-2018 . The results of the Determination Coefficient Test (R2) variable Government Expenditure, Labor and Human Development Index can affect Economic Growth of 81.0%. While the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables.Keywords : Government Expenditure, Labor, Human Development Index, Economic Growth. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Tenaga Kerja, Dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat Tahun 2014-2018. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu dengan estimasi model regresi penggunaan data panel. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi (total sampling) kabupaten/kota yang ada di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu berupa data kuantitatif yang meliputi data pengeluaran pemerintah, tenaga kerja, pariwisata,  indeks pembangunan manusia dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dari tahun 2014-2018. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Software SPSS versi 16.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Uji t Statistik (secara parsial) dan Uji F statistik (simultan) variabel Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Tenaga Kerja dan Indek Pembangunan Manusia mempengaruhi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat tahun 2014-2018. Adapun hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) variabel Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Tenaga Kerja dan Indek Pembangunan Manusia dapat mempengaruhi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi sebesar 81,0%. Sedangkan sisanya 19% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci  : Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Tenaga Kerja, Indek Pembangunan Manusia, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan pendidikan  terhadap loyalitas siswa dengan kepuasan  sebagai variabel intervening pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Borneo Tarakan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 936 orang mahasiswa dengan karakteristik yaitu mahasiswa aktif Universitas Borneo Tarakan yang telah menempuh studi dengan masa studi minimal menjadi mahasiswa lebih dari 2 semester atau 1 tahun masa perkuliahan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah Stuctural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan path analysis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas Mahasiswa, Kepuasan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini Kepuasan juga memediasi antara pengaruh kualitas layanan pendidikan loyalitas mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pelaku UMKM memiliki peranan besar bagi perekonomian suatu Negara terutama dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Para pelaku UMKM memiliki ketahanan dalam menghadapi krisis yang terjadi pada tahun 1998 dan 2008. Pendekatan entrepreneurial marketing tepat diterapkan bagi pelaku UMKM dilihat dari kemampuan dan keterbatasan yang dimiliki oleh pelaku UMKM, pendekatan entrepreneuriall marketing yang mulanya diterapkan pada usaha kecil maupun bagi yang baru memulai usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peranan entrepreneurial marketing yang terdiri dari konsep, strategi, metode dan intelejensi pasar dalam mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing  pada pelaku UMKM. Data yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 323 responden yang merupakan pelaku UMKM kota Batam. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling Generalized Structural Component Analysis (SEM GeSCA). Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan situs GeSCA. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi konsep, strategi, metode dan intelejensi pasar mampu menjelaskan konstruk entrepreneurial marketing. Entrepreneurial marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pelaku UMKM. Pelaku UMKM dapat menerapkan strategi entrepreneurial marketing guna membangun keunggulan bersaing dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA).

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian produk furnitur pada PT. Catur Sentosa Berhasil mengalami fluktuatif setiap bulannya diakibatkan banyaknya produk sejenis dari luar negeri dan juga persaingan yang ketat dengan perusahaan sejenis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui marketing mix, keputusan pembelian, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing mix terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Catur Sentosa Berhasil.Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan jenis sampel purposive sampling dimana responden tersebut merupakan konsumen PT. Catur Sentosa Berhasil showroom Cibubur. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi, uji korelasi dan juga uji signifikasi pengaruh parsial (uji t). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional menggunakan metode survey dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Aplikasi SPSS 22.0 dengan variabel dependen dan independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa marketing mix dan keputusan pembelian mempunyai nilai kecenderungan yang positif (baik). Penelitian juga menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara marketing mix terhadap keputusan pembelian furnitur pada PT. Catur Sentosa Berhasil. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan variabel marketing mix dan mengimplementasikannya guna meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study examines services performed at the first-level public service center, the kelurahan. This study aims to look at the perception of DKI Jakarta citizens towards public service in the Anis Baswedan era. This study used 1000 respondents with incidental techniques and sampling using the cluster sample method. This study examines service layouts in villages that are spread over 5 regions of DKI Jakarta, namely Central, East, North West and South Jakarta with measurement methods using the Natural Sciences and CSI methods. The results of this study are in general the citizens of DKI Jakarta are satisfied and the perception of public services received by citizens is positive with a CSI value of 66.35 and a Cartesian diagram in field B which means that the services provided are good and should be maintained. The perception of DKI Jakarta residents towards public services in urban villages during the era of Governor Anies Baswedan was positive. This is the global value of both CSI and IPA which has a positive impact which can be interpreted that the people of DKI Jakarta generally feel satisfied with the services provided to citizens through public services in the kelurahan. Only two areas of DKI Jakarta need to improve services so that the citizens of DKI Jakarta can be satisfied, namely the villages located in West Jakarta and East Jakarta.Keywords:  Importance-Performance Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index

Abstract

ABSTRACTEducation in Indonesia is increasingly worrisome. The ranking is done in ASEAN through the Education Index by Human Development Reports, where Indonesia is on 7th position with a score of 0.62. In addition, data from the Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI) in 2019 said that in the 67th order out of 125, HR in Indonesia did not have good competitiveness compared to other countries. The population of this research is secondary school teachers in Batam City. 375 questionnaires were distributed to secondary schools in Batam City. This research was tested using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that motivation, satisfaction, attitude and performance of knowledge management have a significant effect on performance, while social support has no influence on performance. This is because most teachers rarely meet other people outside the scope of the school so this situation is considered to be monotonous because they only teach and they become less in establishing relationships with people outside their scope.Keywords: Motivation, Social Support, Satisfaction,Attitude, Performance

Abstract

Transportation is a very important and strategic means of smoothing the wheels of the economy. Along with the increasing needs of urban communities for transportation in general, the railroad has become one of the alternative transportation options that are increasingly in demand by people with many advantages such as low pollution, free of traffic, mass, cheaper cost, and also relatively faster time. This study aims to determine the level of community satisfaction through information services on the KRL Access application. A total of 250 respondents were sampled as research using the convenience sampling method. The form of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained by the level of community satisfaction through information services on KRL Access applications partially and simultaneously by using the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible obtain positive and significant results. This shows that good service is one of the keys to an organization's success because it will have a direct impact on the company's image.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to explore macroeconomic factors that affect non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia. The research data are non-oil and gas export data, Gross Domestic Product, inflation, US dollar exchange rate, foreign direct investment in the 2010-2019 period published by Bank Indonesia statistics. The research method uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) analysis with the Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF) stationary test, Johansen's cointegration test, Granger causality test, Error Correction Model. The results showed there was a cointegration relationship between all dependent and independent variables, a direct relationship with the US dollar exchange rate and inflation on Gross Domestic Product, Gross Domestic Product on exports. In the short term Gross Domestic Product, inflation, exchange rates, and foreign direct investment have no significant effect on non-oil and gas exports. In the long run, Gross Domestic Product has a significant effect on non-oil and gas exports.Keywords: non-oil export, macroeconomy, cointegration, causality, error correction model

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work satisfaction, and organizational commitment of organizational citizenship behavior. The study used all employes in PT. Sinergi as population. Sampling technique usedin this study is sensus method. Sample used in this study are 88 employes. Data collection methods used in this study is kuisioner and interview. This study applied multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 for windows. The analysis shows that transformational leadership, work satisfaction, and organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on financial performance on employes in PT. Sinergi. To improve organizational citizenship behavior, it must pay attention to inspirational motivation, promotion opportunities and commitment afektive.Keywords: transformational leadership, work satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship

Abstract

The study was conducted to knows the impact of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Service Features, and Trust on LinkAja's Customer Satisfaction in Indonesia. Data collection in this study is done with questionnaires and data analysis is using quantitative analysis. This research uses purposive sampling kind of non-probability sampling technique and coonsist of 100 respondents. The analysis tools in this study used SPSS version 20. This research uses The Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test and descriptive analysis. Result of this study describes that Perceived Usefulness (X1), Perceived Ease of Use (X2), Service Features (X3), Trust (X4), and Customer Satisfaction (Y) are in the poor category. While result of multiple linear regression in this study can be conducted the impact of Perceived Usefulness (X1), Perceived Ease of Use (X2), Service Features (X3), Trust (X4) has a positive and significant influence of LinkAja's Customer Satisfaction (Y) both partial and simultaneous.The other results obtained variables that influence LinkAja’s Customer Satisfaction in Indonesia is trust variable, it means the better the trust of the customer, the level of customer satisfaction will increase. Thus, companies must always strive to improve customer trust.
