Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the ease of use variable is a positive predictor of purchase intention, to analyze the ease of use variable is a positive predictor of customer satisfaction, to analyze whether trust is a positive predictor of purchase intention, to analyze whether trust is a positive predictor of customer satisfaction and to analyze whether customer satisfaction is a positive predictor of purchase intention. The population used in this study were all users of web sites or Tokopedia applications in Indonesia. Considering the number of web site users or Tokopedia applications, the researchers took samples from the population to be respondents in the study. The research sample was collected from customers who use the Tokopedia website or application and are domiciled in the Greater Jakarta area. Hypothesis testing is done with the main data of 300 respondents. The technique in sampling in this study uses probability sampling techniques. The type of probability sampling used is the simple random sampling method. Data analysis tools were analyzed using SPSS ver 23 to measure the ease of use and trust variables of purchase intention through customer satisfaction in the Tokedia application and found that ease of use is a positive and significant predictor of purchase intention, ease of use is a positive predictor and significant to customer satisfaction, trust is a positive and significant predictor of purchase intention, trust is a positive and significant predictor of customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction is a positive and significant predictor of purchase intention.Keywords : ease of use, trust, purchase intention, customer satisfaction

Abstract

One of the government agencies that builds and manages flats is BP Batam. BP Batam has flats located in 5 industrial areas in Batam, namely Batu Ampar, Sekupang, Muka Kuning, Tanjung Uncang and Kabil. However, there are still many people who are not interested in living in BP Batam flats. Although the facilities provided are quite complete. The purpose of this study is to provide a marketing strategy for BP Batam in marketing their flats. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by using the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) in collecting data. The results of this study indicate that the IFAS Matrix is 2.48 and the EFAS Matrix is 2.76, so that the IE Matrix is in cell 5. Then the marketing strategy should be the SO (Strength-Opportunity) Strategy. The SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy was chosen because the strength value (1.825) in the IFAS Matrix is greater than the weakness value (0.6625). In addition, the opportunity value (1.717948718) on the EFAS Matrix is also greater than the threat value (1.051282051). The SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy consists of (1) increasing the offer of temporary housing contracts to industrial workers outside Batam, (2) construct development with evenly distributed facilities/infrastructure, and (3) construct developments that are located spread across Batam.Keywords: External Condition Factors, IE Matrix, Internal Condition Factors, Proposed Marketing Strategy, and TOWS Matrix

Abstract

ABSTRACT In order to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the company, it is necessary to hold a business feasibility study that is useful for researching and examining various aspects that support the development of the company. For this reason, this study aims to look at business feasibility studies in the business sector engaged in the production and sale of salted eggs. This research uses descriptive research. This study will examine how the feasibility of H-Organic Salted Eggs, namely research conducted to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more variables without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. The results showed: 1) Viewed from the marketing aspect. the forecast of market demand for insured eggs has been analyzed. it turns out that market demand is very volatile. as well as the market potential which turns out to indicate a demand that has not been fulfilled by the company. Thus the company has the opportunity to be able to increase its production capacity and increase sales distribution stores, 2) Strategic location that allows the company to be able to increase efficiency. through managing raw materials. and managing the availability of labor which is a benefit for the H-Organic Salted Eggs company, 3) With the existence of a new store branch as a form of expansion of the marketing process. as well as influential in increasing the level of sales feasible to be realized, 4) With developments facing the company. then the organizational structure and management system that should be applied must be improved so that it is in accordance with the demands of the company's development, and 5) In conducting the production process. the company does not produce or produce waste that can endanger the surrounding community so that it is safe for the environment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengamati efektivitas penerapan metode DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve dan Control) sebagai model pengendalian kualitas pada bisnis distribusi tekstil. DMAIC merupakan bagian dari pengendalian kualitas menggunakan six-sigma. Pada umumnya DMAIC digunakan oleh para produsen barang untuk mengendalikan kualitas. Kualitas merupakan elemen penting, baik bagi produk maupun bagi proses. Penetapan standar kualitas disesuaikan dengan keinginan konsumen. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan pengendalian terhadap kualitas yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari pengendalian kualitas barang jadi adalah untuk memastikan kualitas yang akan dirancang dan digunakan oleh perusahaan selaras dengan keinginan konsumen. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Distribusi Tekstil menggunakan teknik analisis data secara deskriptif kuantitatif, berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengendalian kualitas adalah metode DMAIC dengan alat kendali berupa seven tools pada total quality control, namun tidak semua alat kendali (tools) dari seven tools pada total quality control digunakan dalam metoda DMAIC. Alat kendali yang digunakan hanya brainstorming, SIPOC (supply, input) diagram, check sheet, serta Pareto diagram. Alat-alat digunakan oleh PT Distribusi Tekstil sebagai alat-alat yang digunakan oleh tim QC (Quality Control) PT Distribusi Tekstil dalam menginterpretasikan data QC pada suatu periode tertentu.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research analyzed a Distribution Agreement between Roche Indonesia company (“Roche”) and distributing company Perusahaan Dagang Tempo (“Tempo”) which had an arbitration clause and verdict of South Jakarta District Court in Roche-Tempo case consisted of Putusan No. No.454/Pdt.G/1999/PN.Jak.Sel dated 29 May 2000. In distributing Roche’s pharmaceutical products in Indonesian domestic market, Roche had a distribution agreement with Tempo as its sole distributor. During the contract period, Roche terminated part of the contract unilaterally, which suffered Tempo. Tempo then filed a lawsuit against Roche to South Jakarta District Court, which was then rejected by Roche, claiming that the District Court had no jurisdiction over the case since the Distribution Agreement had an arbitration clause stipulating that any dispute must be settled arbitration, not the court. This Research was aimed to observe and to analyze the legal forces and the existences of arbitration clause in the Distribution Agreement viewed from Law No.30 of 1999 on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (“Arbitration Law”). The research was also to find out whether or not the consideration of the Judge in deciding a dispute of an agreement which involves arbitration clause was in accordance with Arbitration Law. This research applies juridical normative approach with the specification of analysis descriptive research, as well as qualitative normative data analysis method. This research showed that the arbitration clause in the Distribution Agreement had a legal force and binding capacity over Tempo and Roche. Tempo’s denial of this clause by filing the case to the district court was clearly inappropriate and dishonor the agreement. As for the South Jakarta District Court, which claimed that it had jurisdiction over this case was not in accordance with Arbitration Law.  Keywords: Arbitration Clause; Distribution Agreement; Court Jurisdiction; Roche; Tempo

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe phenomenon of government financial reports that have not received an unqualified opinion because they have not presented financial information that is following applicable standards and is not transparent and accountable for the management of regional finances, makes the level of trust of users of financial statements doubt the various information presented. The demand for clean governance is also a strong foundation so that the bureaucratic apparatus is able to present quality financial statements. This study aims to understand the effectiveness of the application of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) and the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) currently being applied and its impact on the quality of financial statements. The research method used was a survey method. Then the data is collected from the results of questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. Data analysis is descriptive and verification. The results showed that SPIP and SIMDA had a significant impact on the quality of financial statements in Cireunghas District, Sukabumi District.    Keywords: financial statements, quality, SIMDA, SPIP

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis aims is to determine the factors of academic service quality and analyze the relationship between academic service quality to student satisfaction and loyalty at Bina Bangsa University. This is explanatory research with the population of the students of Bina Bangsa University odd semester, academic year 2018/2019. The research sample uses purposive sampling with a total of 200 respondents. Data were analyzed with the Equation Model Structure (SEM) consisting of measurement models and structural models. It can be concluded that improving the quality of the system will be able to influence student satisfaction but not necessarily be able to increase student loyalty directly. Indirectly through student satisfaction, student loyalty can be increased through the quality of the system. Improving the quality of information both directly and indirectly can affect student satisfaction and loyalty. Quality of service at a tertiary institution becomes very important in increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Keywords: Satisfaction; Loyalty; Quality of academic services.

Abstract

To win business competition either in the field of education or other fields businesses must carry out various marketing strategies such as: product strategy, pricing strategy, promotional strategy, and strategy and presentation of Manusa resources. The last two strategies are important strategies in recruiting prospective students (customers), Presenter's performance can be measured through the ratio of consumers who come to then enroll and the next who register (become students). The problem at the moment is that thebalancebetween consumers who come, consumers who sign up and consumers who are accepted is poorly maintained . Based on the above problems, the author chose the Nusantara Professional Education and Development Institute (LP3N) as the object of research, because LP3N is an educational institution engaged in the development of Human Resources (HR) that produces ready-to-eat labor. The purpose of this research is prioritized to know the extent of the role of human resources and presentations (presenters) in marketing educational products in order to attract students in the process of admission of new students conducted by educational institutions and professional development of the archipelago (LP3N). In addition, in order to be utilized by the Nusantara Professional Education and Development Institute (LP3N) in taking policy in its marketing activities. In this study using quantitative method where this research is intended to describe and analyze the role of presenters in marketing educational products in educational institutions and professional development of the archipelago. Abstract

Local governments' performance reflects the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the agency based on the vision and mission that has been prepared. Many factors affect the performance of local governments, including transparency, accountability of financial statements, and regional income. This study aims to determine the effect of transparency, local government financial report and local own revenue to the performance of local government. The test was conducted in 295 municipalities in Indonesia using secondary data in the form of  Local Government Accountability data, Audit Opinions of the BPK and the Budget Realization Report. The results found that both simultaneously and partially Transparency, Regional Government Financial Reports and the Original Revenue of the District had a significant positive effect on the performance of the local government. It means that the increase in transparency, regional government financial reports and local revenue will improve the performance of local government. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for making decisions regarding the management of local revenue, especially in budget transparency, as it can increase public confidence in local governments. The well-prepared financial reports and the management of local revenue for capital expenditure have a direct implication on public services, so that improve local government performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe level of welfare that has a fluctuating trend with a downward trend, will have an impact on the reduced ability of the community to meet their needs, so that will affect their welfare. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the welfare of the people in Riau Province. The variables used in this study include the level of poverty, the level of open unemployment (TPT), per capita expenditure, and economic growth. The method used panel data regression that uses secondary data sources obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2008-2017. The sampling technique used is sampling saturated with data in 11 districts and cities in Riau Province. The results showed that the poverty rate has a negative effect and per capita expenditure has a positive effect on community welfare, while the unemployment and growth rates do not significantly affect on community welfare. Reform of government policies in the economic sector needs to be done to prevent or reduce poverty and unemployment, and create development programs towards a prosperous society.Keywords: community welfare, poverty, TPT, per capita expenditure, GRDP
