Abstract

           This study aims to analyze the growth of turnover from the three types of businesses in the fields of convection, food processing, and study, by comparing the application of the UMKM tax calculation based on PP No 46 of 2013 and PP No 23 of 2018. The sampling technique uses unproportioned stratified random sampling and is carried out in December 2018 until June 2019. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive qualitative analysis by socializing the UMKM tax calculation with the most recent simple calculation following government regulations, which is 0.5% of turnover which was previously 1% of turnover. The results showed in Bandung Regency, namely the type of convection business with the highest turnover of Rp. 3,000,000,000 and the lowest is Rp. 960,000,000; type of food processing business, the highest turnover is Rp. 600,000,000, and the lowest is Rp. 132,000. 000, -; and by the type of handicraft business with the highest turnover of Rp. 600,000,000 and the lowest Rp. 96,000,000          By using PP 46 of 2013 with a turnover rate of 1% per year, updated to PP 23 of 2018 at a rate of 0.5% per year, through this policy it has been generated that UMKM entrepreneurs will be lighter with payment of a 0.5% tax rate to be able to stimulate UMKM entrepreneurs to continue working and building new innovations in their industrial business. Related to this pandemic period for SMEs in Bandung regency still lacking understanding of UMKM tax incentives, from the Directorate General of Central and Regional Taxes to make publications and socialization efforts so that people follow this opportunity

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of green promotion, environmental consciousness, information credibility on purchase decisions mediated by brand image on environmentally-friendly cosmetic products The Body Shop in Yogyakarta. The variables used in this study are green promotion (X1), environmental consciousness (X2), information credibility (X3) purchase decision (Y), and brand image (Z). The population in this study are consumers who use The Body Shop products in Yogyakarta. The total sample in this study was 100 respondents using the convenience sampling technique or also known as accidental sampling and the data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis with the SMART PLS 3.2.7 program. By testing the hypothesis, the results of the analysis show that green promotion, environmental consciousness, information credibility has a positive effect on purchase decisions on The Body Shop products in Yogyakarta, and brand image can mediate the variables of green promotion, environmental consciousness, information credibility on purchase decisions. The suggestions for further researchers are because in this study there are still limitations so that further researchers are expected to be able to research with other variables and need to use a wider and more diverse range of respondents to obtain more varied results that can affect purchasing decisions. Abstract

Pertumbuhan laba perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri makanan dan minuman diduga akan mengalami kendala. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh  penurunan pasar modal syariah.  sedangkan kinerja manajemen akan tercermin pada laba yang akan dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam proses menghasilkan laba yang maksimal, seperti persaingan yang ketat antar sektor, menurunnya daya beli masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan laba yang di moderasi oleh pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitaif dengan pendekatan statistik deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur makanan dan minuman yang listing di bursa efek dengan jumlah 45 perusahaan, sementara yang menjadi sampel adalah 11 perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan moderated regression analisis. Hasil penelitian adalah rasio keuangan yang diproksikan NPM, CR dan TATO berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Hal tersebut berarti, kenaikan atau penurunan nilai NPM, CR dan TATO akan berdampak terhadap kenaikan atau penurunan nilai perubahan laba, dan Pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap perubahan laba

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe performance of Regional Financial Management at the Regional Secretariat of Cirebon City is still low. This can be seen from the indications that not all employees understand the operation of basic government accounting computer programs related to the implementation of their work, this is due to lack of competence and motivation to complete tasks. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of competence and motivation on the performance of regional financial management. The method used in this study is a survey method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The research population is all employees at the Regional Secretariat of Cirebon City with random sampling. Data analysis using multiple regression. The results showed that the competence and motivation of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Cirebon City was not optimal. Both competence and motivation have a large effect on the performance of regional financial management, partially, but if competence and motivation are carried out together, the influence will increase on the performance of regional financial management. The novelty of this research is the object of research conducted in public sector.Keywords: Competence; motivation; performance of regional financial management

Abstract

The pandemic period demands more selective consumption of goods, including beauty products. Purchases in the cosmetic industry have decreased due to the lack of a marketing strategy that results in purchasing decisions. However, to deal with this, the marketplace is present as a solution in dealing with this decline, so that the marketplace is one of the strategies in combining the entire ecosystem and has the potential to increase sales which makes it easier for consumers to make decisions to buy goods by knowing their products without having to leave the house. However, before making a decision to buy, it is necessary to look at the rules that balance which are seen from the negative and positive sides as the best solution. The purpose of this research is to find out and prove the effect of the discount variable and purchasing decisions on halal cosmetics with the intervening variable of buying interest. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive quantitative approaches and research instruments in the form of questionnaires obtained from respondents directly, based on interpreted data collection, the results show that the discount variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions through buying interest as a mediating variable.Keywords: Discounts, Purchase Interest, PurchaseiDecisions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran e-HRM (electronic Human Resources Management) dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan di perguruan tinggi yang dimoderasi oleh aset teknologi. Adaptive structuration theory (AST) digunakan untuk memahami peran e-HRM dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dan bagaimana aset teknologi mengoptimalisasi fungsi e-HRM yang mana faktor sosial dan karakteristik teknologi berinteraksi untuk memengaruhi hasil kelompok. AST berpendapat bahwa penggunaan teknologi menyediakan struktur sosial untuk melibatkan karyawan dalam interaksi sosial yang memungkinkan dan membatasi tindakan manusia di dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 33 manajer lini.  Hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan regresi linier sederhana dan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa e-HRM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan aset teknologi memperkuat pengaruh e-HRM terhadap produktivitas karyawan universitas XYZ yang artinya ketika sebuah orgnisasi ingin menerapkan e-HRM, optimalisasi aset teknologi menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan.Kata Kunci : e-HRM, aset teknologi, produktivitas karyawan

Abstract

Stock price prediction is an interesting area of data mining. Many variables affect stock prices. Stock prices fluctuate, especially in the Covid-19 era which has an impact on the economy. This study aims to predict the stock price of Indonesian telecommunications, especially in the covid19 era. The object of this research is the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, where data related to stock prices of telecommunications companies are used as samples in the data processing of this study. In this study, the regression techniques that will be used are Multiple Linear Regression, Support Vector Regression, Decision Tree Regression, and K-Nearest Regression. The results showed that the fundamental data and stock prices have a relationship. High correlation coefficient resulted from Decision Tree Regression and K-Nearest Regression. Decision Tree Regression produces good results on the Train Test Split and KFold Cross Validation data, 2.99% and 2.98% repeatedly. It can conclude that despite the fact that the pandemic scenario has had a significant impact on the stock market, the study's findings suggest that fundamental data and stock prices have a relationship. Decision Tree Regression and K-Nearest Regression both produced high correlation coefficients.  Keywords: Stock Price, Prediction, Decision Tree, Regression, COVID-19

Abstract

The management of fiscal policy in Indonesia will have a positive impact on the market and can provide guarantees for the Indonesian economy. This study aims to determine the effect of PMTB, Household Consumption Expenditure, Government Consumption Expenditure, Indirect Expenditure and Direct Expenditure on GRDP seen from before and before the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses annual data, namely 2019 before the pandemic and 2020 before the pandemic from each province in Indonesia. The method used in this research is the dummy panel method which is processed through a eviews 10 programs for the period 2019 and 2020, the data used is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Finance's DJPK from 34 provinces in Indonesia. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that either partially PMTB, household consumption expenditure, government consumption expenditure, indirect expenditure and direct expenditure have a significant effect on GRDP and there is no significant effect between GRDP before the covid-19 pandemic (2019) and after the COVID-19 pandemic. the COVID-19 (2020) pandemic.Keywords: covid-19, economy, expenditure

Abstract

This study aims to test the application of green accounting before Covid-19   was designated as a national disaster and after Covid-19   was designated as a national disaster in Cement Sub-sector companies. Green accounting in this study is measured by two variables, namely environmental performance based on PROPER indicators and environmental disclosures obtained based on data obtained from company sustainability reports with GRI Standards 2018 disclosure indicators. This study uses an event study to analyze changes in the application of green accounting that occur in companies. from day to day with an event period of 1 year before and after Covid-19   is designated as a national disaster. The results show that not all companies are registered in the green PROPER category, both before Covid-19   was declared a national disaster (in 2019), and after Covid-19   was declared a national disaster (in 2020). However, all companies, both before Covid-19   was declared a national disaster (in 2019), and after Covid-19   was declared a national disaster (in 2020) had a level of disclosure in accordance with the 2018 GRI Standard indicators, although the percentage of disclosure decreased in 2020. With the results of this study, company is hoped that they will pay more attention to the environment, in the future they can at least get a blue rating in PROPER if it is not possible to get a green or gold rating. Keywords: green accounting, environmental performance, environmental disclosure, Covid-19

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the arousal and memorable rural experience that had an effect on revisitation intention, willingness to pay rural product, positive e-wom. The population of this study is tourism visiting tourist villages in Indonesia. The sample in this study were 200 respondents. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. Data collection tools in this study using a questionnaire. Online questionnaires distributed to domestic tourists who visit tourist villages to respondents using the Non Probability Sampling approach using purposive sampling with the criteria that tourists have visited once a year a tourist village in Indonesia. Data analysis using PLS-SEM. The results of the study there is one variable that is not significant, namely the ACBT variable on Arousal. Meanwhile, Education, Entertainment, Escapism, Esthetics have a significant and positive effect on arousal and the Memorable Rural Tourism experience variable has a significant and positive effect on Revisiting Intention, Willingness to pay rural product, Willingness to share positive e-wom.
