Abstract

AbstractThe facts in the field of work programs at school do not run smoothly because the duties and responsibilities are not given to the right people. So this will extinguish the potential of other teachers who have expertise in the field. This research aims to identify the Staffing process in Muslim 5 Junior High School in Bandung City, and analyze the school empowerment process so that educators and education staff are able to hone their skills in their fields more deeply. The results showed: 1) staffing management in Bandung 5 Junior High School in Bandung was based on school needs and the need for the learning process, things that were done were not too theoretical such as planning, selection and employment contracts; 2) School empowerment is based on the organizational structure that has been made the selection and appointment of teachers in certain job placements considered by taking into account various aspects, such as the length of service; educational qualifications and skills possessed; and 3) The impact of this organizational structure-based school empowerment is to reduce the vacancy of teaching hours because teachers who are unable to attend are present so that the teaching and learning process continues to be effective, efficient and conducive.Keywords: Staffing; Empowerment; School

Abstract

  This study stood out of two variables, namely learning activities as X variables (independent / independent variables) and student learning outcomes in Jurisprudence subjects as Y variable (dependent variable). The purpose of this study was to find out the learning activities and student learning outcomes as well as the relationship between learning activities and student learning outcomes in Jurisprudence subjects at the Al-Muttaqin Tsanawiyah Madrasah in Pekanbaru. The subjects of this study were students of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Muttaqin Pekanbaru. While the object of this research is the correlation of learning activities outside the classroom and evaluation of student learning outcomes on fiqh subjects in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Muttaqin Pekanbaru. The population of all students amounted to 385 people, with a sample of students of class VII and VIII which numbered 80 people. Data collection uses questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Based on data processing, the results showed that learning activities at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Muttaqin Pekanbaru were in the "Good" category, and student learning outcomes in the Jurisprudence subjects were in the "Very Good" category. and there is a significant relationship, with the acquisition of a correlation index of 0.733 at a significant level of 5% the table is 0.217% and at the level of significant 1% the table is 0.283%. This means that rch is higher than rtable either at a significant level of 5% or significant 1% (0.217 <0.733> 0.283). From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Abstrak Penelitian ini berdiri dari dua variabel, yaitu aktivitas belajar sebagai variabel X (variabel bebas/independen) dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Fikih sebagai variabel Y (variabel terikat/dependen). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa serta hubungan aktivitas belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Fikih di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Muttaqin Pekanbaru. Subjekdari penelitian ini adalah siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Muttaqin Pekanbaru. Sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah korelasi aktivitas belajar diluar kelas dan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fikih di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Muttaqin Pekanbaru. Populasi seluruh siswa yang berjumlah 385 orang, dengan sampel siswa kelas VII dan VIII yang berjumlah 80 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diperoleh hasil bahwa aktivitas belajar di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Muttaqin Pekanbaru berada pada kategori “ Baik”, dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Fikih berada pada kategori “Baik Sekali”. dan terdapat  korelasi yang signifikan, dengan perolehan indeks korelasi 0,733 pada taraf signifikan 5% rtabel adalah 0,217% dan pada taraf signifikan1% rtabel  0,283%. Ini berarti bahwa rch lebih Tinggi dari pada rtabel baik pada taraf signifikan 5% ataupun signifikan1% (0,217 <0,733 >0,283). Dari hasil analisa ini dapatlah diambil kesimpulan bahwa Ha diterimadan H0ditolak. Kata Kunci: Korelasi, Aktivitas, Belajar Siswa, Evaluasi, Hasil Belajar Fikih.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality and the quality of madrasah can be done through various means. One way that can be done  to set up a professional and competence madrasah teacher, who have high performance. Performance teachers madrasah Tsanawiyah country in South Lampung is influenced by various factors. In this study, there are several factors that are considered an impact on teacher performance madrasah Tsanawiyah State of South Lampung regency, the headmaster leadership, work climate and work motivation and pedagogical competence of teachers.The research objective is to find and acquire empirical evidence of: 1) the effect of leadership on teacher performance madrasah Tsanawiyah country in South Lampung regency. 2) The influence of climate on the performance of works Madrasah Tsanawiyah country teachers in South Lampung regency. 3) The effect of work motivation on the performance of domestic Tsanawiyah madrassa teachers in South Lampung regency. 4) Effect of pedagogical competence of the teacher's performance Tsanawiyah country madrassa in South Lampung regency , and 5) Effect of head master leadership, work climate, motivation and pedagogical competency in together on teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah country in South Lampung regency. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach and field survey method. The population is all public junior secondary madrasah teacher in South Lampung regency totaling 143 people and the entire population will be sampled in this study. The research data were collected through a questionaire and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and analysis track or path analysis. Based on data analysis it is found and concluded as follows: First, there is a significant influence on the performance leadership teachers Madrasah Tsanawiyah country in South Lampung regency of 19.20% with strength of 0.438 and a correlation co-efficient of 0.267 path. Second, there is a significant direct effect on the performance of the work climate madrasah Tsanawiyah country teachers in South Lampung regency of 26.50% with strength of 0.515 and a correlation co-efficient of 0.076 paths. Third, there is a very significant direct effect on the performance of teachers' work motivation madrasah Tsanawiyah country in South Lampung regency of 29.10% with strength of 0.539 and a correlation co-efficient of 0.412 paths. Fourth, there is the indirect effect that pedagogical competence of the teachers’ performance madrasah Tsanawiyah country in South Lampung regency of 6.80% with a power of 0,260 correlations and path coefficient of -0.043. Fifth, there is a significant influence headmaster leadership, work climate, motivation and pedagogical competence together with the teacher performance madrasah Tsanawiyah country in South Lampung regency of 36.70% with strength of 0.605 and a correlation co-efficient of 1.649 paths.Based on these results it can be argued that the effort to improve the performance of teachers at madrasah Tsanawiyah in the district of South Lampung can be done through : increased leadership headmaster and improve the working climate in madrasah and provide motivation for teachers, besides teachers are also given the opportunity to improve the competence as a teacher. Through increased role of headmaster and work climate madrasah well and optimal and pedagogical competence of teachers, the performance of teachers will be increased and better, with improved performance of teachers, the quality of the seminaries will be better and more increased, besides other measures are quite important concern we are to be increased motivation the teacher at madrasah Tsanawiyah country  in South Lampung regency.

Abstract

AbstrakTulisan ini mengkaji pendidikan madrasah berbasis 4.0 dalam bingkai manajemen mutu dengan pendekatan sejarah dan metode desriptif analitis. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa dunia institusi pendidikan madrasah mempunyai banyak persoalan, oleh karena itu, aplikasi pada sistem manajemen mutu yang berbasis 4.0 dalam meningkatkan kualitas untuk melahirkan produk yang mempunyai kecerdasan kognitif dan afektif,  psikomotorik dan mempertahankan muatan madrasah dengan ciri khas pendidikan karakater dan jati diri luhur berlandaskan nilai-nilai agama dan mampu mendisrupsikan diri dalam era 4.0. belum maksimal, memerlukan kebijakan pemerintah dengan menyediakan anggaran yang cukup, sehingga madrasah dapat menghidupi para guru-gurunya, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana pendidikannya, menyediakan buku-buku pelajarannya yang berbasis digital, insya Allah persoalan ini dapat terselesaikan. Undang-Undang Sistem pendidikan Nasional yang berhasil disahkan beberapa tahun lalu, kiranya memberikan peluang bagi pemerintah memberikan perhatian secukupnya terhadap seluruh lembaga penyelenggara pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan madrasah.AbstractThis paper examines 4.0-based madrasa education in a quality management frame with descriptive historical methods. This study discusses the world of madrasa education has many opinions, therefore, the application of the 4.0-based quality management system in improving quality to produce products that have cognitive and affective, psychomotor intelligence and maintain schools with distinctive characteristics of character and noble identity based on values religious values and being able to self-regulate in the 4.0 era. not maximal, it requires government policy by providing sufficient budget, so that madrasas can support their teachers, complete their educational facilities and infrastructure, provide digital-based textbooks, God willing, which can be easily resolved. The National Education System Law, which was passed several years ago, would provide an opportunity for the government to give adequate attention to all educational institutions, including madrasa education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan paradigma baru kepemimpinan dimadrasah. Metode penelitian yang dihunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Kepemimpinan transformatif merupakan jenis kepemimpinan baru (new leadership paradigm) yang dipandang efektif untuk mendinamiskan perubahan, terutama pada situasi lingkungan yang bersifat transisional. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pergeseran paradigma kepemimpinan di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Fadlliyah. Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Al-Fadlliyah telah memiliki dan memenuhi kelima komponen yang menunjukan karakteristik kepemimpinan transformatif yang dikemukakan oleh Bass & Avolio.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tiga tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut  penilaian sumatif pada ranah kognitif pembelajaran PAI kelas X semester ganjil di SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak tahun pelajaran 2017/ 2018.Penelitian ini menggunakan  jenis penelitian survai dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif.Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini ialah:1)Perencanaan penilaian sumatif yang dilakukan guru yaitu merumuskan tujuan penilaian berdasarkan buku pegangan guru,membuat kisi-kisi beracuan pada kesimpulan dari materi, hadits-hadits dan peta konsep yang terdapat di buku paket,kisi kisi yang dibuat guru tidak sesuai dengan aturan sehingga tidak terstuktur dan terperinci,guru membuat soal langsung mengambil dari buku LKS dan membuat kunci jawaban.2)Pelaksanaan penilaian sumatif yang dilakukan guru ialah mempersiapkan ruangan dengan memperhatikan kebersihan dan kursi,mengabsen,membagikan soal dan  mengumpulkan lembar jawaban siswa berdasarkan nomor urut ujian yang ditempel di setiap meja.3)Tindak lanjut penilaian sumatif yang dilakukan guru ialah memberikan skor pada soal pilihan ganda skor 1 untuk jawaban benar dan skor 0 jawaban salah.Sedangkan soal essay dengan memberikan skor yang sama untuk soal mudah dan sukar dengan point 5 pada tiap- tiap soal dan membuat pelaporan hasil belajar yang akan diberikan kepada siswa dan kepala sekolah.Kata kunci: Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Tindak Lanjut Penilaian Sumatif

Abstract

Upaya guru pendidikan agama islam adalah usaha sadar dan terencana dalam menyiapkan peserta didik untuk mengenal, memiliki, menghayati, hingga mengimani, bertaqwa dan berakhlak mulia dalam mengamalkan ajaran islam dari sumber utamanya kitab suci Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadits. Oleh karena itu, guru selalu dituntut untuk berupaya mengembangkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki peserta didik agar peserta didik mengetahui potensi yang dimilikinya. Termasuk dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa, agar siswa dapat membedakan mana yang baik dan mana yang buruk. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TPQ Al-Azam pekanbaru sebagai objek penelitian, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik di TPQ Al-Azam pekanbaru sangat heterogen latar belakangnya, ada yang sudah bisa membaca al-qur’an dan ada yang belum bisa sama sekali. Upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam pembentukan akhlak peserta didik antara lain: (1) Belajar membaca al-qur’an dan menghafal surat-surat pendek, (2) hafalan do’a sehari-hari, (3) praktek sholat, (4) Membiasakan mengucapkan salam ketika masuk dan keluar kelas, dan (5) menceritakan kisah-kisah teladan. Pembentukan akhlak yang dilakukan oleh TPQ Al-Azam dapat dikatakan berhasil, bisa lihat dari lulusannya. semua lulusan memiliki hafalan surat-surat pendek minimal 24 surat di juz 30 ditambah dengan hafalan do’a sehari-hari.

Abstract

The implementation of clinical supervision of madrasah principals aims to shape the performance of educators becoming more professional in carrying out their functions as supervisors. The madrasa head must be able to master his duties and carry out his duties properly, he is responsible for all madrasa activities regulating the teaching and learning process, regulating matters relating to student affairs, business, finance and regulating relations with the community. In a management it is explained that one of the most important aspects in an organization is the way a person leads to the organization being led, a good organization will produce excellent results starting from the structure, human resources, and others. While the nature of leadership is the activity of leading the process of influencing subordinates or others. Formulation of the problem: Based on the background of the problem above, then the problem is "How is the head of the madrasa conducting clinical supervision on improving the performance of educators in MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung? " This study uses a qualitative approach to describe the problem and focus of research. Based on the research and analysis,  the researchers concluded that the process of clinical supervision by the headmaster of madrasa at MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung, had been carried out. In carrying out their duties the madrasa head has carried out several stages of clinical supervision including the initial meeting stage, the observation stage and the final meeting stage.

Abstract

AbstracThis study aims to determine the competence of educators and education personnel in improving quality of education. The interview method with the collection of school data and as a resource person is the School Principal as well as the educators and education staff  with a long period of research starting from December - January 2018. The results of the study showed: (1) Competence is relatively good, where all teachers are predicated as scholars, have learning tools, apply learning with a cooperative model, already certified, and there are achievers at the national level. Good teacher competency is very influential on the quality of learning and the quality of education. (2) Strategies and methods that are realized by applying Cooperative learning and active, innovative, creative, effective, and fun learning as well as through classroom action research. (3) The values shown by the teacher in the learning process begin with the internalization of values towards the teacher personally in order to become a good personality teacher and at the same time be realized to students through role models in order to realize good personality students. (4) Efforts made by teachers in developing professional competence by attending training, upgrading, workshops, and teacher working groups, as well as making classroom action research. So, improving the quality of education is not immune from the collaboration carried out by educators and education personnel in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that the quality of education can be achieved.Keywords: Educator Competence, Quality, Principal AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Metode wawancara dengan pengumpulan data  sekolah  dan sebagai narasumber  adalah Kepala  Sekolah serta para pendidik  dan tenaga kependidikan dengan lama penelitian mulai Desember - Januari 2018.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kompetensi relatif baik, dimana semua guru berpredikat sarjana, memiliki perangkat pembelajaran, menerapkan pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif, sudah tersertifikasi, dan ada yang berprestasi pada tingkat nasional. Kompetensi guru yang baik sangat berpengaruh kepada kualitas pembelajaran dan mutu pendidikan. (2) Strategi dan Metode yang diwujudkan dengan penerapan pembelajaran Kooperatif dan pembelajaran aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan serta melalui penelitian tindakan kelas. (3) Nilai-nilai yang ditunjukkan guru dalam proses pembelajaran diawali dengan internalisasi nilai-nilai terhadap guru secara pribadi agar menjadi guru yang berkepribadian baik sekaligus di realisasikan kepada para siswa melalui keteladanan guna terwujud siswa berkepribadian baik pula. (4) Upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi professional dengan mengikuti diklat, penataran, workshop, dan kelompok kerja guru, serta membuat penelitian tindakan kelas. Jadi, peningkatan mutu pendidikan tidak luput dari kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh para pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sehingga mutu pendidikan dapat dicapai.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Pendidik, Mutu, Kepala Sekolah
