Abstract

Salah satu yang mempengruhi peningkatan efisiensi pompa adalah geometri sudu impeler. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan desain geometri impeler terbaik pada mini pompa sentrifugal. Geometri impeler yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki tiga variasi yaitu: tipe impeller radial miring, radial melengkung, dan radial airfoil. Sudu impeler didesain selanjutnya dibuat mengunakan mesin 3D print dengan bahan filamen PLA. Motor penggerak pompa yang digunakan adalah dinamo 775 DC 12Volt dengan kecepatan putaran pompa diatur menggunakan potensio pada 2000 rpm, 2150 rpm, 2300 rpm, 2450 rpm, 2600 rpm, dan 2700 rpm. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan geometri sudu impeler mempengarui efesiensi mini pompa sentrifugal. Efisiensi tertinggi terjadi pada tipe impeler radial melengkung dengan nilai efesiensi mencapai 19,35% pada putaran 2700 rpm. Kondisi ini lebih baik daripada tipe impeler lainnya dengan trend kenaikan efesiensi meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan putaran pompa.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to obtain a decent E-Module in the Basic Automotive Technology subject of Class X Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Students at SMK Muhammadiyah Mlati Sleman for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research is an R&D Research and Development research that uses the ADDIE model with stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. with the sources of this research data are (1) Material Expert validators, (2) Media Experts, and (3) Students. Data collection method using Observation, Questionnaire and Documentation. Data analysis of this study uses the Kuantitatif technique and uses a percentage scale, namely calculations in data analysis will produce percentages. The percentage calculation process is carried out by the number of values obtained and divided by the maximum score then multiplied by one hundred percent. The results of the study showed that the feasibility level in material validation was obtained a score of 95% in the very feasible category, media validation was obtained a score of 74% in the feasible category, small-scale product trials in students obtained a score of 94% in the very feasible category, and large-scale trials obtained a score of 90% in the very feasible category Keywords: Development, E-module, Learning, TDO

Abstract

Kota Magelang memiliki salah satu makanan khas berbahan dasar ubi yang disebut grubi. Di Desa Menoreh, Kecamatan Salaman, Kabupaten Magelang terdapat banyak UMKM produsen grubi. Proses produksi grubi di desa tersebut masih secara manual dengan memakai peralatan sederhana. Proses ini tidak efektif dan akan memakan waktu terlalu banyak. Oleh karena itu, alat alternatif berupa mesin pemarut ubi jalar menjadi solusi efektif mengatasi permasalahan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui cara pembuatan dan pemanfaatan mesin pemarut ubi menggunakan tenaga dinamo, serta mengetahui tingkat keefektifan mesin pemarut ubi menggunakan dinamo. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami permasalahan secara menyeluruh berdasarkan pada jumlah atau banyaknya produksi yang diperoleh melalui uji coba dengan perhitungan yang sistematis. Sedangkan metode prototipe merupakan sebuah pendekatan pengembangan sistem yang menggunakan model awal atau purwarupa sistem untuk menggambarkan sistem yang akan dikreasikan. Mesin pemarut ubi ini mampu memberikan kinerja bagus yaitu bahwa dalam waktu per detik mesin dapat bekerja menghasilkan 2,2 gram ubi parut, maka dalam waktu kira-kira satu jam, secara kasar mesin ini dapat melakukan proses pemarutan sebanyak 7 kiloan. Produksi grubi akan menjadi lebih efisien menghasilkan kuantitas grubi yang banyak dalam waktu yang sesingkat-singkatnya Hal ini diharapkan.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to develop digital-based learning videos using the vyond application on automotive fuel systems subjects at Manggala Tama Binangun Vocational School, Cilacap. This research is Research and Development (R & D) research. The development stage includes problem identification, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product creation, limited testing, product revision 1, readability testing, product revision 2, and product ready for use. The data collection instrument uses a non-test instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis technique. The descriptive research results show that (1) The results of this research are in the form of learning videos on the subject of automotive fuel systems for class XI students at SMK Manggala Tama Binangun Cilacap. The development steps are problem identification, student analysis, concept analysis and formulation of learning objectives. The learning media design consists of four learning activities and each learning activity is equipped with learning objectives, introduction, material description, summary and evaluation questions. (2) Based on the analysis of the assessment results of material expert lecturers in the learning aspect it is classified as good with a score of 2.80 in the score range between > 2.50 to 3.25 and in the content aspect it is classified as fair with a score of 2.07 in the score range between > 1.75 to 2.50. Based on the results of the media expert's assessment in the visual appearance aspect, an average score of 3.23 was obtained in the score range between > 2.50 to 3.25 in the good criteria and in the media integration aspect, an average score of 3 was obtained in the score range between > 2.50 s. /d 3.75 on good criteria. Abstract

This research aims to 1) develop learning media e-module clothing edge finish; 2) knowing the feasibility of learning media by material experts and media experts; 3) knowing students' responses to learning media. This research is a research and development or Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D (Four-D) development model consisting of the stages of define, design, development , disseminate. The learning media developed is in the form of flipbook-based learning e-modules. The subject of this study is a grade X student of Fashion Design of SMK Negeri 2 Sewon for the 2023/2024 school year. The object of this study is the clothing edge finishing e-module. The instruments used are observations and questionnaires addressed to material experts, media experts and students. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that 1) The development of learning media resulted in e-module completion of clothing edges which was carried out through 4 stages of development, namely the stages of define, design , development, disseminate, 2) development of learning media e-module completion of clothing edges suitable for use as learning media and learning resources based on the results of feasibility tests by material experts and media experts with a percentage of 100% (feasible), 3) student responses to the e-module learning media Clothing Edge Completion was declared to be used as a learning medium and learning resource based on the results of small-scale product trials with 8 respondents getting a percentage of 88.75% (strongly Agree) and the results of limited-scale product trials with 36 respondents getting a percentage of 88.92% (strongly Agree). This shows that the learning media e-module finishing the edge of clothing can be used as a learning medium in the teaching and learning process. Abstract

This research aims to produce an electric bicycle learning module suitable for learning in the Motorcycle Technology Practice course at the PVTM study program of Sarjana Wiyata Tamansiswa University. The type of research used is R&D (Research and Development) with reference to the four-D model (define, design, develop, disseminate). The research site was carried out at Sarjana Wiyata Tamansiswa University and the research time was carried out from November 27 to December 4, 2023. The research subjects consisted of 2 expert validators of Mechanical Engineering Vocational Education, and respondents of 17 students in the Motorcycle Technology Practice (PTSM) course of Universitas Sarjana Wiyata Tamansiswa. This research data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) The development of the 350 watt universal sunrace electric bike learning module had several steps, namely: (a) observation and interviews, (b) designing with module needs analysis, drafting, testing, validation, revision, (c) developing with module validation by media experts and material experts followed by revision, field trials on students, (d) disseminating bicycle modules electricity to PVTM students of Universitas Sarjana Wiyata Tamansiswa; (2) The feasibility assessment of material experts shows an average score of 90.25% and is included in the Very Decent category; Media expert raters showed an average score of 95.00% and were included in the Very Decent category; and (3) Student responses to the electric bicycle learning module showed an average score of 86.25% and entered the Very Decent category. Thus, the electric bike learning module developed can be categorized as Suitable for classroom or independent learning use. This is because the module can be used as a reference for teaching materials for PVTM students of Sarjana Wiyata Tamansiswa University as a reference in explaining electric bicycle learning materials at Sarjana Wiyata Tamansiswa University.

Abstract

Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif (PTO FT UNY) sudah melaksanakan kegiatan penelusuran terhadap alumni akan tetapi perlu dilakukan secara rutin. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tracer study alumni PTO FT UNY khususnya pada pembiayaan kuliah, transisi alumni, situasi alumni, relevansi alumni, metode pembelajaran, kompetensi alumni, dan kontribusi prodi terhadap kompetensi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu alumni Prodi PTO FT UNY lulusan 2017-2020 sebanyak 277 orang, sedangkan sampelnya yaitu 138 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas alumni menggunakan biaya sendiri/keluarga (51,45%) dan beasiswa KIP/Bidikmisi (36,23%). Mayoritas alumni mencari pekerjaan sebelum lulus (48,55%), paling banyak melalui internet. Sebagian besar waktu tunggunya 6≤WT≤18 bulan setelah lulus. Jumlah lamaran tidak sebanding dengan perusahaan yang merespon dan mengundang wawancara. Sebagian besar alumni sudah bekerja (88,41%) yaitu di Sekolah Negeri/Industri. Mayoritas penghasilannya diatas UMP DIY 2022. Sebagian besar alumni bekerja sesuai dengan profil lulusan. Mayoritas alumni tingkat pendidikannya selevel dengan persyaratan minimal pendidikan pada pekerjaannya. Penekanan metode pembelajaran sudah sangat besar. Kompetensi alumni sudah sangat baik dan kontribusi prodi sudah baik, tetapi pada kemampuan bahasa inggris perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Professional teachers are an important issue today, the role of teachers in the development of vocational education and learning competencies affects the existence of vocational teacher professionalism. This study analyzes the impact of training provided by BPSDM (Human Resources Education Center) under the Ministry of Transportation on improving the competence of vocational maritime school teachers in Indonesia. The study focuses on three key aspects: teaching performance, technological understanding, and curriculum development. A quantitative method with a path analysis approach was employed, involving 190 vocational maritime teachers as samples. The results show that BPSDM training significantly influences the improvement of teacher competence, particularly in technological understanding and curriculum development. Moreover, school supervision and work motivation play crucial roles in supporting teachers' teaching performance. Continuous training is essential to maintain teacher competence quality in line with international standards, particularly those set by the IMO (International Maritime Organization).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kemampuan literasi informasi fisika mahasiswa dengan melalui pemecahan masalah pada topik energi kinetik otomotif. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan angket (kuesioner). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhatian terhadap literasi informasi masih kategori rendah. Selain itu, evaluasi pembelajaran belum terfokus pada literasi informasi. Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi informasi mahasiswa sudah cukup baik. Namun demikian, secara keseluruhan diperlukan tindak lanjut dalam hal penilaian, evaluasi, dan kebijakan terkait literasi informasi. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan peneliti berikutnya adalah melalui pengembangan instrumen literasi informasi dalam pengajaran fisika.

Abstract

Robotika merupakan perkembangan teknologi revolusi industri 4.0, dimana semua data dan pekerjaan telah terintegrasi dengan sistem digitalisasi dan otomatisasi menggunakan perangkat robotik. Matakuliah Mekatronika dan Robotika bertujuan untuk menyiapkan kompetensi dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. Sehingga dibutuhkan bahan ajar untuk mempelajari ilmu serta kompetensi tentang robotika. Bahan ajar robotika ini dikembangkan dengan model pengembangan Borg&Gall yang telah dimodifikasi menjadi 7 tahapan, yaitu: (1) Studi pendahuluan; (2) Desain produk; (3) Uji coba kecil; (4) Revisi; (5) Uji coba Besar; (6) Revisi; dan (7) Produk Akhir. Berdasarkan hasil validasi media, validasi materi, uji coba kecil dan uji coba besar disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan sangat baik dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran Matakuliah Mekatronika dan Robotika.
