Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on sales levels of refill water products and how much price affects sales levels of refill water products in Kadoz, Gunungsitoli City branch. The research method used by the researcher is the Quantitative Method, because it is in line with the title and objectives raised regarding the relationship between variables with other variables. The type of research used by the researcher is the Quantitative Method, because it is in line with the title and objectives raised regarding the relationship between variables with other variables. The results of the study indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on sales levels of Kadoz products in Gunungsitoli City branch. This statement is based on the results of the t-test or hypothesis test by comparing the results of t count and t table that have been carried out by the researcher.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of local taxes and local retributions on capital expenditure, as well as whether the Surplus Budget Balance (SiLPA) can moderate the influence of local taxes and local retributions on capital expenditure. The observation period for this study spans five years, from 2019 to 2023. The research objects are all regencies or cities in the Aceh Province. The sampling method in this study uses a non-probability sampling approach with a purposive sampling technique. This study employs secondary data obtained from the realization reports of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) recorded by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) for the period 2019-2023. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method. The findings of this study indicate that local taxes have a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure, while local retributions have a positive but not significant effect on capital expenditure. Furthermore, SiLPA is able to moderate the influence of local taxes on capital expenditure, but it is not able to moderate the influence of local retributions on capital expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, and Brand Loyalty on Repurchase of Mytaste Brand Seasoning Products. The sample used in this study were consumers who had purchased Mytaste seasoning products in Jabodetabek and obtained 130 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression method. The results of the study showed that Brand Awareness, and Brand Loyalty partially influenced Repurchase, while Brand Association partially did not influence Repurchase. The results of the F test showed that simultaneously Brand Awareness, Brand Association and Brand Loyalty influenced Repurchase.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of perceived quality, perceived value, and brand equity on consumer loyalty, with satisfaction serving as a moderating variable among McDonald’s patrons in Bogor City. The population of this study consists of all McDonald's consumers in Bogor City, while the research sample is a subset of this population, obtained through the accidental sampling method. Data were collected by distributing online questionnaires through Google Forms to selected respondents. The study’s dependent variable is loyalty, whereas the independent variables include perceived quality, perceived value, and brand equity. The satisfaction variable was selected as the suspected moderator of the effects of perceived quality, perceived value, and brand equity on loyalty. The Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) technique was employed utilising SPSS 25 software. With 150 respondents, the results of this study indicate that perceived quality, perceived value, and brand equity have a positive and significant partial effect on loyalty. The MRA test results indicate that the satisfaction variable effectively moderates the impact of perceived quality, perceived value, and brand equity on loyalty to McDonald’s. The F-test results indicate that perceived quality, perceived value, and brand equity simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of age, gender, and wages on employee productivity, with work experience as a moderating variable. The sample consisted of all production employees at PT Jaya Lestari Sejahtera, totaling 120 respondents. A census sampling method was used, and the data were obtained from secondary sources provided by the company. Hypothesis testing was conducted using descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, and moderation regression analysis. The results indicate that age and wages have a partial effect on employee productivity. Furthermore, work experience significantly moderates the relationship between age and productivity, as well as between wages and productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential for bankruptcy in construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019 to 2023 by employing four bankruptcy prediction models: Altman Z-Score, Springate, Zmijewski, and Grover. The construction industry plays a vital role in national infrastructure development, yet it remains vulnerable to economic pressures, project financing challenges, and cash flow volatility, all of which may lead to financial instability. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data derived from annual financial statements of 16 construction companies collected over five years. Each model is applied to assess the level of bankruptcy risk, followed by the Kruskal-Wallis test to examine significant differences among the models, and further evaluated through accuracy and Type II error tests to determine each model’s reliability. The results indicate classification variations among the models in identifying companies within the Distress Zone. The Altman Z-Score model proves to be the most sensitive in detecting bankruptcy risk, while the Grover model demonstrates the highest accuracy rate at 93.75% and the lowest Type II error rate at 6.25%. Conversely, the Springate model records the lowest accuracy. The study concludes that companies with healthier capital structures and efficient financial management tend to remain more stable, whereas those burdened with high debt and low liquidity are more prone to financial distress.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the impact of organizational culture, organizational communication, and work environment toward work engagement at Sekretariat Daerah Kota Salatiga. This research uses quantitative research. Data is collected through questionnaires and interviews. This research involved 149 respondents so the sampling technique used was saturated. Next, data was collected through multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The research shows that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture, organizational communication, and work environment towards work engagement on employee. This finding indicates the need for attention to employees to improve work engagement. Therefore, this study is expected to be a reference for agencies in managing human resources in the agency environment.

Abstract

This study adopts a quantitative approach with the aim of identifying and examining the influence of work stress and work environment on the performance of educators, with job satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. The research subjects consist of civil servant teachers (PNS) from 10 public elementary schools (SDN) in the East Cikarang District, totaling 58 individuals. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The findings indicate that: (1) work stress has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; (2) the work environment also has a positive and significant impact on performance; (3) job satisfaction contributes positively and significantly to the improvement of educators’ performance; (4) work stress affects performance indirectly through job satisfaction as a mediating variable; and (5) the work environment likewise influences performance indirectly via job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Trust and Commitment on Customer Loyalty, considering Satisfaction as a variable that can moderate the relationship. This study involved all customers of PT Mitra Jofer Indonesia as many as 45 companies. The sampling technique used is the census method in the Non-Probability Sampling category. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression and moderation regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that Trust and Commitment have an influence on Customer Loyalty. In addition, Satisfaction is proven to strengthen the influence of Trust on Loyalty, but has no moderating effect on the relationship between Commitment and Loyalty.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of product design and quality on purchasing decisions at PT. JMA Furniture Klaten, Central Java. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative method. The population of employees working at CV SAI Semarang is 96 people. This study uses a non-probability sampling approach method with a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, determination coefficient test, hypothesis test processed using IBM SPSS software version 26. The research instrument uses a questionnaire and interview list. The results of the study showed that design partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. JMA Furniture Klaten, Central Java, while product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. JMA Furniture Klaten, Central Java. Simultaneously, design and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. JMA Furniture Klaten, Central Java.
