Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires a country to strive for health care and also maintain economic stability from potential crises. The purpose of this study is to evaluate various types of policy implementations that synergize between state institutions, to strive for safety and maintain a robust economy. Evaluation of the implementation of these policies can be measured based on the Implementation as A Political and Administrative Process model. The results of the study convey that the government intervenes in fiscal and monetary matters, fiscal stimulus is intended to increase the budget allocation for handling the Covid-19 pandemic, while monetarily the government focuses on lowering interest rates and increasing the amount of money in circulation and also easing the burden of corporate loans.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Variety Seeking and purchase interest on the decision to purchase Zalora products. This research uses a quantitative method with regression analysis. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and the number of samples as many as 71 respondents was obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who have shopped at Zalora. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this research show that purchase interest has a significant effect on the decision to purchase Zalora products, while variety seeking does not have a significant effect on the decision to purchase Zalora products. The results of this research can be used as evaluation material for the management of companies that trade fashion products to pay more attention to purchase interest so that the decision to purchase Zalora products can be improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the influence of work environment and organizational culture on organizational commitment. This research uses a quantitative method with regression analysis. The sampling technique uses a census and a sample size of 96 employees was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this research show that the organizational environment and organizational culture, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of this research can be used as evaluation material for companies to pay more attention to organizational commitment so that employee performance can be improved.

Abstract

-The purpose of this study was to the effect of spiritual leadership and school culture on teacher performance at IGM Al ihsaniyah modern boarding school. The population and sample in this study were 51 teachers at the IGM Al Ihsaniyah Modern Islamic Boarding School. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and then analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22. The results of this research show that there is an influence of spiritual leadership and organizational culture on the performance of teachers at the IGM Al Ihsaniyah Modern Islamic Boarding School. Based on the results of the explanation of the data obtained, (1) The multiple linear regression equation obtained the final equation, namely Y = 14.307 + 0.413X1 + 0.741X2 + e. (2) spiritual leadership has no effect and is not significant on teacher performance as seen from the results of the t test with a value of t calculated > t table or 1.753 < 2.00958 and significant 0.086 > 0.05, school culture has an effect and is significant on teacher performance as seen from the results of the t test with the value t count > t table 3.194 > 2.00958 and significant 0.002 < 0.05. (3) The results of the F test show that spiritual leadership and school culture have a significant and influential effect on teacher performance. F count > F table is 31,933 > 3.19 with a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05. (4) Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2), spiritual leadership and school culture are able to explain teacher performance variables by 0.554 or 55.4%.

Abstract

Local governments play a crucial role in national development through effective financial management. Under fiscal decentralization, regions independently manage financial resources but still face challenges in optimizing Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) and managing transfer funds. The Riau Islands Province has experienced PAD fluctuations due to the COVID-19 pandemic and fiscal policies, despite maintaining positive economic growth. This study analyzes the financial performance of local governments in the Riau Islands using a quantitative descriptive method with secondary data from 2019 to 2024. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0 to examine the impact of PAD, transfer revenue (PT), and Budget Surplus (SiLPA) on regional financial performance. The findings indicate that PAD has a significant positive effect, PT has a positive but insignificant effect, and SiLPA has a negative but insignificant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant impact. Optimizing PAD is the key to improving regional financial performance through enhanced taxation and the utilization of local economic potential. Additionally, improving the efficiency of PT and SiLPA management is essential to ensure optimal fund absorption for regional development.

Abstract

Brand image plays a very important role in building customer loyalty, especially in the highly competitive retail sector, and is included in the difficult business category. Brand image itself provides a positive perspective by increasing trust and also building emotions. Both between consumers who can later encourage consumer loyalty that is built automatically. The method used in this study is to look at literature by utilizing various academic journals and also official literature. For example, theses, or theses, published journals, and also academic articles obtained from Google Scholar, Siinta, and also Scopus. The results of the study indicate that there are various elements and factors that can influence brand image, which is not only a company identity but also a differentiating factor in market competition. In addition, elements that have product quality, brand reputation, and also consistent marketing strategies have become the main factors in strengthening consumer views related to image and also brands. In addition, customers feel that a brand can provide added value. So that a satisfying experience tends to be able to attract customer loyalty and also decide to use products that come from trusted places, for example, the retail in question.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of Earnings Management Implementation in Go Public Manufacturing Companies during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study used manufacturing companies going public in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2022 period. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The analysis method that can be applied to this research is the multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study show that company size affects earnings management. Managerial ownership does not affect earnings management. Leverage does not affect earnings management. Profitability has no impact on earnings management. Financial performance does not affect earnings management. This research could provide insights for companies to consider various factors in managing their financial statements, ensuring that they remain transparent and trustworthy to stakeholders, especially in challenging times such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of price and variety seeking on purchasing decisions for Zalora products. This research uses a quantitative method with regression analysis. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and a sample size of 94 respondents was obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who have purchased Zalora products. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this research indicate that price and variety seeking, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Zalora products. The R-Square Adjusted value of purchasing decisions is 0.791, which means that purchasing decisions are influenced by price and variety seeking variables by 79.1%, the remaining 20.9% is influenced by other factors outside this research, such as: location, buying interest, and others. The results of this research can be used as evaluation material for companies that trade fashion products to pay more attention to price and variety seeking so that purchasing decisions for their products can be optimized.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine Customer Satisfaction with Goods Delivery Distribution Services and to determine the inhibiting factors in goods delivery distribution services at J&T Express Lotu, North Nias Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research type using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Customer Satisfaction with goods delivery distribution services at J&T Express Lotu still faces various challenges. The main factors that influence customer satisfaction include punctuality of delivery, quality of service, transparency of information in the delivery process, variety of services available, and communication between customers and service officers. There are several inhibiting factors that cause customer dissatisfaction with distribution services at J&T Express Lotu. The first factor is late delivery, quality of service, lack of transparency in the delivery process, limited variety of services, lack of communication between customers and service officers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of village apparatus work in completing administration in Bawosalo’o Dao-Dao Village, Hilimegai District, South Nias Regency. Villages as the leading government unit have an important role in providing effective public services to the community. However, the effectiveness of village apparatus work is often not optimal due to limited human resources, lack of training, weak work discipline, and lack of application of information technology. The focus of this study includes the level of effectiveness of village apparatus work and factors that influence the completion of village administration. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. This study found that the effectiveness of village apparatus work is influenced by individual competence, organizational culture, leadership, and the work systems and procedures applied. The low level of attendance and work discipline of village apparatus are the main challenges that affect the completion of administration. This study is expected to provide strategic recommendations to improve the effectiveness of village apparatus work through training, competency development, application of information technology, and improvement of organizational culture and leadership.
