Abstract

This study examines how halal supply chain management influences supply chain performance in food and logistics settings where product integrity, food safety, and sustainability are increasingly scrutinized. The review is motivated by fragmented empirical findings and limited synthesis on how digital technologies shape the performance effects of halal practices. A systematic literature review was conducted by searching the Scopus database for English journal articles in business, management, and accounting published between 2014 and 2025. From an initial pool of 9,780 records, stepwise screening with the keywords supply chain management, halal supply chain management, supply chain performance, and halal product yielded nine studies for synthesis and bibliometric mapping with VosViewer. The findings indicate that strict physical segregation, end to end traceability, robust certification and labelling, organisational capabilities, and knowledge management enhance efficiency, flexibility, halal compliance, and market trust, leading to stronger operational and sustainable performance. The review also highlights opportunities for technologies such as blockchain, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and immersive virtual environments to improve transparency and reduce contamination and data fraud risks. These insights call for cross industry empirical testing of mediating mechanisms and infrastructure readiness to support more adaptive halal supply chains.

Abstract

AI Anxiety, AI Use, Motivation This study aims to analyze the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) anxiety on the use of AI technology with learning motivation as a moderating variable among Economics Education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 70 students from the 2020 cohort, collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using hierarchical regression with the assistance of SPSS 26. The results show that AI anxiety has a positive and significant effect on AI usage, indicating that the higher the level of student anxiety towards AI, the higher the intensity of AI usage as an adaptive strategy in completing academic tasks. However, learning motivation was not found to moderate the relationship between AI anxiety and AI usage, so that the effect of AI anxiety on AI usage remained consistent among students with different levels of learning motivation. These findings confirm that AI anxiety can function as a driver of adaptive behavior in the use of AI technology in higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion, product quality, and fear of missing out (FOMO) on the purchase intention of ERSPO Indonesian National Football Team jerseys. The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with primary data collection through an online questionnaire of 200 respondents who are active fans of the national team on social media and have experienced FOMO. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS. The results showed that promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, while product quality and FOMO had no significant effect. These findings indicate that the effectiveness of promotional strategies plays a dominant role in increasing consumer purchase intention for ERSPO jerseys compared to product quality and the psychological factor of FOMO. Therefore, companies are advised to focus their marketing strategies on strengthening promotional activities that are relevant and attractive to consumers.
