Jurnal Madaniyah merupakan salah satu jurnal ilmiah dari STIT Pemalang yang memiliki fokus kajian tentang pendidikan, sosial dan keagamaan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai sarana komunikasi dan publikasi karya ilmiah ilmu pendidikan dan ke-Islaman, melalui pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian yang megacu pada pola induk pengembangan ilmiah STIT Pemalang; penyebarluasan hasil-hasil penelitian dan pengabdian di bidang pendidikan Islam; penerapan hasil-hasil penelitian melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

This paper reviews the implementation of education for sustainable development (EfSD). It includes the definitions of sustainable development, education for sustainable development, and its implementation at elementary school level. EfSD concept integrate learning strategy with knowledge (about social, economy, environment), issues, skill, perspectives and values on sustainable development. EfSD can stimulate changes in the perspectives of people, inspiring them to create a safer, healthier, and sustainable life. Educational policy in Indonesia about graduate competence and content standard for elementary students has in line with EfSD concept. Some school in Indonesia has already integrate EfSD concept on their learning process, but based on the results, the process still need some improvement.

Abstract

Noble morals become an important aspect of daily life, whatever social status noble morals should always be attached to, both in their position as individuals, family members, community members and as a nation. Cultivation of noble morals should start from the family, primary and secondary schools is a strategic step to overcome moral problems amid the complexities of life in the community. Besides noble character can be a barometer of someone's piety before God and others, therefore someone who has noble character will get the title from the community as pious people. The purpose of character education is that students have the ability and thinking skills, become useful members of society and have commendable abilities. In order to realize national education, character education is integrated with a number of relevant subjects with the aim that students are able to use knowledge, study and internalize social values ​​and skills to develop noble morals that are manifested in everyday behavior. Judgment of noble character is a way of character building.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are among the educational nomenclature in this country. Even long before Indonesian independence, pesantren had first set foot and developed their wings to act to encourage and move for the independence of the Indonesian people. Over time, the pesantren which initially focused on the ukhrawi science gave birth to a new color, namely, pesantren which received the general education curriculum and took the form of a variety of pesantren termed Khalaf and who were still focused on the ukhrawi sciences called Salaf. It is very interesting if the characteristics and advantages of these two messages are combined. This article shows how the performance of the kiai and the philosophical values that inspired him in carrying out his managerial merge the two models. At the very least, this article is present to fill the empty space about the study of boarding school management.

Abstract

This article reviews patriarchal practices in boarding schools with sociological analysis. Islamic boarding schools as the oldest education in this country are dynamic educational institutions and continuously strive to improve themselves. But even so, the pesantren which are integrated with the local culture where it was founded still inherits a patriarchal system which could be influenced by the environment including the local culture in which the pesantren was founded. This article is here to provide a kind of sociological reasons why the patriarchal system still resides in the pesantren realm, in order to attract readers to further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the views of Islamic philosophers on the nature of the universe. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature study. Data collection is done by collecting literacy from various sources such as books, journals and other literacy. The results of this study are according to Al-Ghozali, the existence of nature begins from the non-existent so that nature is not qadim and created by Allah SWT. Al-Farabi and Ibn Sina stated that Nature was qadim because Allah created it from the beginning. According to Ibn Rushd, nature consists entirely of objects and forms which are essentially eternal (eternal eternal), but the divinity is far from the divine essence. Whereas according to Ibn Tufail, nature is entirely a result and created by God without time.

Abstract

One of the socio-religious phenomena in Tegal Regency which is able to become a magnet for the community is the Tradisi Kliwonan in the PP. Attauhidiyyah Sheikh Armia bin Kurdi Tegal, in the form of the Akbar and Istigasah Kubra. In this tradition there is a reading of the letter and fragments of the verses of the Qur'an which are atomistic, so the author feels the need to conduct research with the Living Qur'an method in order to reveal the meaning of the santri Attauhidiyyah's interaction with the Qur'an as its holy book.This research is field research. The approach taken is the socio-anthropological approach. Whereas to analyze the data that has been collected, the researcher uses the hermeneutic (interpretative) paradigm as one of the living paradigms of the Qur'an. The results of the study revealed that social receptions to the Qur'an in the Tradition of the Kliwonan inPP. Attauhidiyyah Sheikh Armia bin Kurdi Tegal, found in: (1) Reading of Yasin Faḍilah Letter (2) Recitation of al-Fātihah (3) Reading of certain verses during the implementation of the Istigasah and Prayer together.

Abstract

This research was conducted in two early childhood education institutions, namely TK Mashitoh Ketegan and RA Hidayatul Qur'an. The research method used is a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data uses observation and interviews. The results of the study showed that there were difficulties in learning PAI and teacher difficulties and teaching them, in terms of 3 aspects, namely aspects of students, aspects of the teacher, and also from the aspects of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

So far, Islam is more widely represented in Muslim-majority areas. Thus, Muslim minority areas are often overlooked. In fact, the existence of Muslims in a region, although the minority is a representation of the spread of Islam and the spread of Muslims around the world. Therefore, the study and discussion of Muslim minorities in a region becomes urgent. Based on the urgency, the following article will describe the condition of Muslim minorities in the region of North America and Latin America. This article aims to provide information that illustrates the problems faced by Muslim minorities in the two regions. This information is expected to foster a better caring spirit for Muslims.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa membentuk kebiasaan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, parsial dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda dengan variabel dependen diperoleh persamaan regresi X = 0,398 Y = 8,263. Selanjutnya, untuk menguji tingkat signifikansi menggunakan uji F, diperoleh F hitung 10,290 sedangkan F tabel 2,75 atau F hitung> F tabel yang berarti Ha diterima. Ini berarti bahwa ada pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi pembentukan kebiasaan siswa SDIT Salsabila Purworejo pada tahun akademik 2018/2019 secara bersamaan. Hasil perhitungan analisis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa nilai t yang dihitung untuk variabel perhatian orang tua adalah 3,030. Sedangkan t tabel untuk variabel-variabel ini dengan N = 61 dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% = 0,254. Ini berarti bahwa masing-masing variabel independen secara parsial mempengaruhi pencapaian pembentukan kebiasaan siswa SDIT Salsabila Purworejo di Jawa Tengah 2018/2019.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ide-ide pluralisme yang ada dalam pelafalan maiyah dan untuk mengetahui ide-ide maiyah tentang pluralisme. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dan observasi lapangan. Pluralisme adalah suatu keharusan. Sunatullah harus diterima. Adalah hadiah dari Tuhan kepada manusia. Munculnya pluralitas tentu bukan untuk membedakan satu sama lain, tetapi bagaimana membuat masyarakat Indonesia hidup dalam harmoni. Ironisnya, sebaliknya, warga negara Indonesia belum mampu mengelola pluralitas ini dengan baik, sehingga timbul konflik antar agama. Sebuah pertanda bahwa pluralitas di Indonesia telah hampir terkikis, inilah yang telah diantisipasi oleh Emha Ainun Nadjib melalui pembacaan Maiyah. Hasil penelitian dalam makalah ini adalah Emha Ainun Nadjib melakukan upaya dekonstruksi untuk mendanai pemahaman masyarakat dalam kaitannya dengan pluralisme, termasuk pembentukan Nahdalatul Muhammadiyin sebagai majelis ilmu pengetahuan.
