Apart from the health aspect, Covid-19 has also had socio-economic effects from the fragile balance of development that has designed so far. Instantly, humans experience suffering that is difficult to predict when it will stop. The primary aim of this study is to evaluate the fragility of the socio-economic order because of Covid-19. These two motifs are the basic essence of human beings, especially the population in Indonesia. A two-way correlation applied to the IBM SPSS to predict the effect of Covid-19 on poverty, natality, minimum wages, divorce, GRDP per capita, unemployment, and crime over two periods. The database is as cross-section covering ten areas in East Kalimantan Province. We found the importance of the correlation parameter in this study that it turns out that Covid-19 closely related to the minimum wage, unemployment, and crime. Because Covid-19 has a positive effect on these three variables and the probability has met the criteria, this is also the right instrument for the government in determining special strategies. The implications of the research are to contribute to long-term management in disaster mitigation planning.

The decision to purchase reference books is a form of a student's positive attitude in meeting learning needs. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of product and price perceptions on reference book purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on 80 students of the Jambi University Economic Education Study Program class of 2017. Data were obtained from the results of a survey using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the logit regression model because the dependent variable data were categorical (buying and not buying). The results of the analysis show that product perception has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for reference books at an error rate (alpha) of 5 percent. Student perceptions of price also significantly influence the decision to purchase reference books at an error level (alpha) of 5 percent. Taken together, product perception and price significantly influence the purchasing decision of reference books. Thus, it is recommended for students to make the right decision by understanding the quality and usefulness of reference books to meet their learning needs and supported by adequate purchasing power.

This study examined the role of internship in mediating and moderating the effect of competency and ICT skills on students' work readiness. The final sample of this study was 284 vocational accounting students in South Tangerang City. By using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, this study proved the direct effect of competency and internship on work readiness. On the other hand, this study also found that internships can mediate ICT skills and moderate competency on work readiness. However, this study failed in proving any direct effect of ICT skills on work readiness. This study implied that internship was critical in maximizing students' work readiness. In this context, students' ICT skills did not directly affect work readiness but must be mediated by internships. The internship is also essential to strengthen the effect of competency on student work readiness.

Student competence is measured by cognitive and psychomotor aspects. Data analysis by percentage and paired sample T-test analysis. The results of expert validation were declared "Very Feasible" with a score of 86.4% (cognitive) and 88.2% (psychomotor). The results of material expert validation were 89% (cognitive) and 87.5% (psychomotor) with the "Very Feasible" category. The results of the large class trial resulted in a score of 86.7% for the teacher's response and 88% for the student's response to the assessment instrument product. The increase in student competence is measured through project assignments, where the results of the calculation of the paired sample T-test show that there is a difference in the average score before and after using the assessment instrument in either the cognitive or psychomotor domain.

This study aimed to examine the effect of the audit committee, independent commissioners and stakeholder pressure on integrated reporting either directly or moderated by profitability. The object of research was companies listed in Kompas100 index for three consecutive years from 2018-2020. The research sample was determined by using purposive sampling method, and obtained 231 units of analysis. The analysis tool used descriptive and moderated regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that on average the number of audit committees and independent commissioners was ideal and according to the rules, institutional ownership was more than 50% of all companies in all industrial sectors. The test results showed that the audit committee and stakeholder pressure had a significant positive effect on integrated reporting, while the independent commissioner had a significant negative effect. Profitability was able to weaken the effect of the audit committee, strengthen the effect of independent commissioners, and was not able to moderate the effect of stakeholder pressure on integrated reporting. Suggestions from this study are to increase the number of audit committees and independent commissioners for the company indexed Kompas100 that does not meet the minimum standards, as a form of corporate responsibility and a form of company compliance with OJK rules.

Restaurant tax is one type of state income that can strengthen economic stability. However, due to the economic crisis due to the pandemic, the target for restaurant tax revenues is not optimal. The purpose of this study aims to examine the impact of social relationships and feed sanctions on mandated tax compliance. This research targets restaurant taxpayers who have been registered at Regional Revenue Office (Bapenda) DKI as many as 50 taxpayers with a sample selection technique using accidental sampling. The sample involved in this study is restaurant taxpayers registered with the DKI Jakarta Bapenda using accidental sampling with 50 restaurant taxpayers. The data collected was then analyzed by multiple regression and processed using SPSS. Hypotheses testing has established that tax audits, regulatory comprehension, and tax sanctions all have a favorable effect on restaurant taxpayer compliance. The social relation variable does not affect restaurant taxpayer compliance. The higher and stricter the tax sanctions, the higher the compliance of restaurant taxpayers. Tax sanctions are used to ensure that taxpayers adhere to restaurant tax payment requirements. Thus, taxpayers will be informed if they are subject to tax penalties for violating and failing to comply with their tax duties.
