Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate JKN claims at the Khidmat Sehat Afiat Regional Hospital, Depok City. Research objective to find out how JKN claims are evaluated at the hospital. This research method uses qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected using structured participant observation, document review and interviews. Data sources were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Verification) by BPJS Health, claim payment) and output (accuracy of claim payment). There are several problems with the input component in the form of double jobs, INA CBG costs are lower than the costs incurred by hospitals, SIMRS needs development and problems with the internet network. Meanwhile, obstacles were found in the process components from internal and external factors. Conclusion: that the JKN claim is running well, but there is still a need to make improvements to the problems found.

Abstract

Flood disasters tend to have a greater impact on vulnerable communities, including school children, who are at the highest risk. Therefore, elementary schools are the primary target of the community service activities carried out. Disaster risk reduction for vulnerable groups is an effort to manage disaster risk for vulnerable groups by increasing their resilience. The aim of this activity is to increase students’ knowledge, understanding, and capacity regarding disasters. The activities were carried out face to face using lectures, videos, powerpoint presentations, and banners. Community service activities in the form of a disaster preparedness school program has been successfully implemented, as evidenced by an increase in student knowledge among 21 students (65.6%). The results of statistical tests show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a significant difference between the average pre-test and post-test scores. This suggests that there is an effect of the health education carried out on increasing students' knowledge regarding how to prevent floods and actions that must be taken during floods at SDN Mataraman 3, Banjar. Therefore, it can be concluded that the community service activities can provide school students with an understanding of how to prevent floods and actions that must be taken during floods. It is hoped that by increasing their understanding, students can become educational agents for their families, friends and the surrounding community, thereby they can increase the community's capacity to deal with floods.

Abstract

Anemia in pregnant women is the highest cause of maternal mortality, with 40% of pregnant women suffering from anemia. Maternal health during the pre-pregnancy period, during pregnancy, and during breastfeeding is a very critical period for the growth and development of the child. The first 1000 days of life is a sensitive period or "window of opportunity" Nutritional factors are direct factors that cause anemia during pregnancy, one of which is Chronic Energy Deficiency (CHD) by measuring Upper Arm Circumference (LILA). This study aims to determine the relationship of Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) to the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at Haryanti Depok Independent Midwife Practice (PMB). This study used a cross-sectional approach with a population of first trimester pregnant women in May 2019-May 2020 at PMB Haryanti Depok, totaling 118 pregnant women. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, namely pregnant women who meet the inclusion criteria of 105 pregnant women with complete medical record data. Data analysis used with chi-square test with sig <0.05. The results obtained as many as 68 pregnant women (64.8%) who experienced anemia, LILA measurements below normal limits as many as 62 pregnant women (59%). The statistical test results showed that there was a significant relationship between LILA and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the first trimester. Screening nutritional status by measuring LILA and checking hemoglobin levels plays an important role in preventing anemia, especially in pregnant women so that early treatment can be carried out.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a disease characterized by blood sugar levels above the standard value. One of the DM therapy’s managemen is pharmacological therapy. The use of medicines that comply with the instructions of use is one of the determinant factors for therapy success in type 2 DM patients. This study aims to explore the perceptions of DM patients regarding their medication adherence. This research is a qualitative approachby interviewing respondents. The perceptions of medication adherence were explored among the 20’s outpatient type 2 DM patients at Bali Royal Hospital, Denpasar, Bali. The six constructs of the Health Belief Model theory were applied. Data were analyzed with a content analysis approach. The results found that regarding Perceived Susceptibility and Perceived Severity constructs, the respondents believed they would be susceptible to hyperglycemia, and their disease will worsen if they are not devoted to using antidiabetic medicines. Perceived Benefit construct shows that respondents believed in medication adherence in maintaining their health. Respondents' Perceived Barrier revealed that their laziness and disregarded in taking their medications are the obstacles. Their strong will to get healthy represents the Cues of Action construct that would trigger their medication adherence. Finally, the selfEfficacy construct exposed respondents' confidence regarding medication adherence. Respondents' beliefs on Perceived Susceptibility, Severity, Benefit, Cues of Actions and Self-Efficacy help respondents to adhere using antidiabetic medicines. Perceived Barrier which respondents believe provides an obstacle to adhering using antidiabetic medicines.

Abstract

The issue of waste has become a national concern and a significant topic in urban environmental problems. The worsening state of the environment requires many parties to take an active role in improving current conditions. An example is the Ramli Graha Indah waste bank in the Air Putih village, which aims to reduce the volume of waste. This study aims to determine whether the community participates in waste management at the Ramli Graha Indah waste bank and what motivates them to contribute. A qualitative approach with descriptive techniques was employed, involving in-depth interviews to describe the conditions of the research subjects and objects, as well as analyzing operational concepts, frameworks, and laws related to the problem. The findings reveal that 7 out of the bank's customers were inactive, primarily due to the distance between their homes and the waste bank. The primary motivation for participation was the financial benefit, such as additional income from waste sales. The study concludes that the long distance from home and the habit of waiting for waste to accumulate are key reasons for inactivity among customers
