Abstract

Dampak dari berkembangnya pesatnya globalisasi, menyebabkan masyarakat Indonesia semakin terpapar dengan berbagai merek dan produk dari luar negeri. Adanya pergeseran preferensi konsumen dari produk lokal ke produk internasional, memgakibatkan produk lokal mungkin dianggap kurang berkualitas atau kurang eksklusif dibandingkan dengan produk Internasional. Menguji secara empiris mempengaruhi atau tidaknya persepsi kualitas, citra merek dan negara asal pada minat beli merupakan tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan sampling non-probabilitas secara tidak acak, yang melibatkan 162 orang sebagai responden, melalui kuesioner dimana validitas atau reliabilitasnya sudah teruji dan layak digunakan. Teknik analisis data menerapkan uji regresi berganda melalui software SPSS Versi 24. Penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial Perceived Quality, Citra Merek dan Negara Asal mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan pada Minat Beli Skincare Lokal Somethinc. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Perceived Quality, Citra Merek dan Negara Asal mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan pada Minat Beli Skincare Lokal Somethinc sejumlah 61,1%, namun sejumlah 38,9% mempengaruhi variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Dengan teknologi keuangan sebagai variabel mediasi, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana literasi keuangan memengaruhi inkkusi keuangan. Populasi dari masyarakat Kabupaten Bangli dikumpulkan melalui metode purposive random sampling dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Literasi keuangan dan teknologi keuangan memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan masyarakat di Kabupaten Bangli; 2) Literasi keuangan memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap teknologi keuangan pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Bangli; dan 3) Teknologi keuangan mampu mengimbangi efek literasi keuangan terhadap inklusi keuangan masyarakat di Kabupaten Bangli.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dan menguji pengaruh Dana ZISWAF, NPF Nett, dan Pendapatan Musyarakah terhadap Pendapatan Murabahah dengan Firm Size sebagai variabel moderator. Perusahaan di sektor keuangan yang terdaftar pada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) di tahun 2018.Q1-2023.Q3 merupakan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih seratus lima belas perbankan syariah selama enam tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Moderasi (MRA) dan Analisis Regresi Data Panel menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dana ZISWAF, NPF Nett memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan murabahah pada sektor keuangan pada tahun 2018.Q1-2023.Q3, sedangkan Pendapatan Musyarakah memiliki pengaruh negative yang signifikan kepada pendapatan murabahah pada sektor keuangan pada tahun 2018.Q1-2023.Q3. Kemudian ditemukan bahwa Firm Size tidak mampu mempengaruhi Dana ZISWAF serta NPF Nett terhadap Pendapatan Murabahah pada sektor keuangan pada tahun 2018q1-2023q3. Diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya bisa memakai variabel independen, sehingga dapat diketahui variable lain yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pendapatan Murabahah pada Bank Syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Loyalitas karyawan akan digunakan sebagai variabel intervening dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan karyawan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja. Metode statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode sensus / total sampling digunakan untuk memilih 77 responden dari seluruh populasi untuk penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner diuji secara statistik menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa penempatan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, penempatan karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, loyalitas karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, dan penempatan karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja melalui loyalitas karyawan sebagai variabel intervening, serta lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja melalui loyalitas karyawan sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digitalization on customer satisfaction in Nepalese Commercial Banks. The study assesses how each of these variables affects customers' perceptions and satisfaction levels with banking digitalization services. The main objectives of this study are to evaluate the relationship between digital adoptions, mobile engagement, technical infrastructure, and user experience on customer satisfaction, and to analyze the impact of digitalization on customer satisfaction in the context of Nepalese Commercial Banks. The clients of 20 commercial banks are the total population of this study. However, a total of 365 questionnaires were distributed among them only 320 questionnaires were acquired which were sent through Google Forms, and some questionnaires were distributed to the clients of the commercial banks. The research adopts quantitative research as a descriptive and causal-comparative research design, convenience and purposive sampling were used for data collection for a Five-point Likert scale. Data analysis tools included descriptive, correlation, and coefficient of variation. The digital adaptation has the highest mean score, which means digital banking services have made it easier for customers to manage their accounts, and Customers are least satisfied due to mobile engagement. And the customers do not feel secure while using the mobile apps for transactions. As per the correlation, all the variables have a positive correlation with customer satisfaction. Among them, Technical Infrastructure has highly positively correlated and least correlated with Mobile Engagement As per the regression analysis all the variables have a positive impact of digitalization on customer satisfaction since they have a p-value (0.000) which is less than 0.05 level.

Abstract

Commodity prices tend to fluctuate more than exchange rates and interest rates, making commodity price risk a potentially larger source of risk for companies. This paper offers a detailed examination of the economic exposure to commodity prices for a broad group of nonfinancial firms. The findings reveal that some corporations have net exposure to specific commodity prices. However, despite the high volatility of commodity prices, the risk associated with them is not found to be more significant than other financial risks. The results suggest that commodity price changes have minimal impact on cash flow and that companies engage in hedging to manage this risk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what mistakes caused mass layoffs that caused workers to lose their jobs and what solution strategies can be applied to reduce this very critical problem in the scope of human resource management. In this study, the method used is a qualitative method that presents descriptive theories that are very relevant to the problem, reinforced with accurate, current data and supported by various literature reviews. The population targeted in the study were employees who were given layoffs that could be caused by management errors in managing the company and causing losses so that they took action in terminating employment with employees en masse. The results of the study are in the form of an analysis of the management of failed companies so that effective strategies must be provided in managing the company in the study of solutions to overcome mass layoffs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the variables of green marketing, customer experience and product quality affect the repurchase intention variable on Avoskin skincare products in Magelang. This study uses quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques. A total of 100 respondents were asked to fill out a questionnaire with the condition that they had purchased Avoskin products through the official shopee store at least twice. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple liner regression. The study results show that only green marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, the customer experience and product quality variables have no effect on repurchase intention. The results of this study indicate that Magelang people's awareness of environmental values reflected in Avoskin's green marketing strategies such as the use of natural ingredients and environmentally friendly packaging more influence the interest in making repeat purchases. However, unsatisfactory customer experience variables and inconsistent product quality in Avoskin products are a barrier for consumers to repurchase products. According to this study, companies must prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality consistency to maintain customer loyalty in the long term, even though green marketing strategies can attract consumers who care about the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the adoption of fintech by MSMEs in Sampang Regency by testing the impact of financial literacy, trust and user innovation on fintech adoption. The study was conducted on MSMEs in Sampang Regency who use financial technology. The analysis used multiple linear regression with PLS. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy and trust have no effect on fintech adoption. However, user innovation has a positive effect on fintech adoption. These findings can be a useful reference to increase insight and direction to help design digital financial education and literacy programs, especially for MSMEs.
