Abstract

The research sought to determine the appropriateness and learners’ perceptions of the Crello-assisted E-Modules to Train Critical Thinking Skills on Elasticity and Hooke's Law Material. The research utilized the ADDIE (Analyse, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. 1) The appropriateness results of the Crello-assisted E-Modules to Train Critical Thinking Skills on Elasticity and Hooke's Law Material had a mean percentage value of 87.67%; thus, it was in the Highly Appropriate category. 2) The findings of learners perceptions of e-modules were in the Excellent category, with a mean percentage value of 83.06%. Based on the validation and readability tests conducted on learners’ in High School/Islamic High School, the generated e-modules were extremely suitable for future use. The advantages of e-modules were that lies in their attractiveness, including can even be used anywhere and anytime, moreover could further build up learners’ critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Advanced educational institutions are very dependent on the role of the school or madrasah principal who has . Teachers and Employees have a desire to be led by certain people who have a clear vision of goals, understand how to realize goals and try to teach them. The role of the madrasa head is very urgent in boosting employee motivation. Leader characteristics influence the work climate in an educational institution. This study was designed to test whether transformational leadership has a significant effect on work motivation. The research method uses a quantitative approach. MA Manbaul research sample Ulum Wonosari Bondowoso , data collection was carried out by distributing 82 questionnaires. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis . Based on the simple linear regression analysis used, the results show that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee motivation

Abstract

Professional character development necessitates a variety of outcome-based evaluation strategies. This article suggests modifying the concept and substance of the lecturer evaluation system to improve professional lecturer characteristics. Qualitative research using the grounded approach, technological data mining, and experience Data analysis on MPI professional practice at IAIN Lhokseumawe utilizing analytic research. The study's research boundaries represent instructors' professional competency in the aims of the Tri Dharma of higher education. The results of the study revealed that the new subject offered by the MPI IAIN Lhokseumawe. To begin, lessons learned about professional traits based on religious beliefs and job evaluations have implications for classroom instruction, research, and community outreach. Second, the identification of empirical indicators of professionalism outcome attainment is identified by performance assessment reports and procedures for building a culture of professionalism that is regarded as ideal for formalization through a reward and punishment system. Third, professional growth in higher education is accomplished by strategic evaluative personal skills, substantial education, institutional training, job autonomy, and adherence to an ethical code. When the principle of professionalism is studied, the practical implication will be the establishment of a global management professional who will contribute qualitatively to the demands of the industrial world and raise the growth of the global economy as a whole.

Abstract

Jember is one of the education cities in Indonesia where there are various universities there. So that students in Jember Regency are required to have a strong mentality and condition in dealing with environmental changes that occur there. Most changes in the surrounding environment can lead to bad things so that this can affect the future of students as the next generation of the nation. Like the many acts of pornography and pornography and the existence of radical Islamic thoughts among students, this can result in the erosion of Islamic values and faith in higher education circles. Pondok Pesantren, which incidentally is a place for authentic Islamic scientific treasures, can be a solution to the problems that have occurred so far. Therefore, this study reveals concrete evidence of the influence of optimizing cultural and religious activities in the context of internalizing ibadurrahman values which are part of the vision and mission of the caretaker of Al Jauhar Islamic Boarding School, namely KH. Shodiq Mahmud. Based on the results of the study, that there are several activities contained in the twelve characteristics of ibadurrahman . The values of ibadurrahman are expected to be able to influence santri (students) in strengthening Islamic values and achieving life goals that are blessed by Allah SWT

Abstract

the purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the management of Islamic education financing at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Jember which is focused on 1) Funding Sources and 2) Educational Financing Planning contained in the RKAM. The research method uses a qualitative approach . Data was collected through the process of observation, interviews and documentation with the head of the madrasa and administrative staff. The results of the study revealed that MTs Miftahul Ulum is a formal institution under the Miftahul Foundation Ulum has a source of education financing income based on observations through BOSDA, BOSNAS and Voluntary Assistance (SPP) as stated in the RAPBM MTs Miftahul Ulum . MTs Miftahul financing planning Ulum is contained in the Draft Madrasah Revenue and Expenditure Budget, where the steps include: 1) Each person in charge of the 8 Competency National Education Standards that has been formed by the Madrasah Head makes budget planning according to targets and needs taking into account the scale of needs, namely short term and long term , 2) Previously the Madrasah Head had formed a team in charge of making the Madrasah Activity Plan (RKM) for the 2018 – 2022 period, 3) The Madrasah Head and the team in charge of RKM carried out matching the budget proposed by the person in charge 8 Competence of National Education Standards with the Vision and Mission of the Madrasa within a period of time In the next 4 years , 4) Approval meetings are enacted in making the RKM which involve all madrasah stakeholders. The following is the Madrasah Activity Plan and Budget at MTs Miftahul Ulum.

Abstract

the purpose of this study is to find out in-depth information about the management of organizational behavior at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Miftahul Ulum Al Azizah Sumberbaru Jember in 2022/2023 which is oriented towards creating professional human resources. In detail, the objectives of this study are described in the research focus including: 1). Describe the management of madrasah organizational behavior at MTs Mifathul Ulum Al- Azizah Year 2022/2023 in creating professional human resources , 2) Analyzing obstacles and solutions in the management of madrasah organizational behavior at MTs Mifathul Ulum Al- Azizah Year 2022/2023 in creating professional HR . The research method uses a qualitative approach with the research subject being the head of the madrasa and supported by teachers, students, deputy head of curriculum and school supervisors as informants. Data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation as well as triangulation are still used as a foundation in seeking data validity. The results of this study reveal that 1). organizational behavior management of MTs Mifathul Ulum Al- Azizah Year 2022/2023 in creating professional HR is designed with several stages namely First, Planning which includes analyzing all activities or capacity activities intellectual , capability, work experience and exemplary. Second, Recruitment which includes prioritizing academic achievement, having good character and making achievement and professionalism a benchmark. Third, Development which includes scheduling training , workshops and training if necessary to increase the standard of ability or skills. Fourth, supervision which includes scheduled inspections of all madrasah resources. Fifth, evaluations that carry out scheduled reviews through monthly, midterm , end of semester or end of learning. 2) Barriers to Organizational Behavior Management at MTs Mifathul Ulum Al- Azizah Year 2022/2023 include teaching staff not meeting what is needed, not graduates from teacher education, teachers who have taught not according to their fields, lack of supervision, lack of capacity building, and lack of evaluation. Solution; recruitment management with academic and non-academic selection, development of training teachers, workshops, supervision and attention to the organization.

Abstract

This article aims to describe innovations in digital literacy learning management for students at State Vocational Schools in Manado City. This research is a qualitative research in which the data collection process is carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. From the research conducted, it is known that SMK schools in Manado City innovate in 3 ways, namely: Changing the teacher's paradigm of conventional education towards modern education with education and training activities and educational seminars and through improving academic qualifications, secondly Providing digital literacy skills to teachers, education staff and students through digital literacy workshops and training activities related to the use of the latest learning and learning media and technology and the third is by providing facilities and infrastructure that can be utilized by students, teachers and education staff to support digital literacy activities in the school environment. This method is considered appropriate and quite successful in encouraging all components of the school to learn and improve their respective human resources regarding digital literacy.

Abstract

Basically, the synergy of the three education centers in controlling the quality of learning has been well established, but during the Covid-19 pandemic, optimization efforts are needed given the new policies implemented that affect the achievement of learning quality. One of the optimization strategies that can be applied in overcoming this problem is to analyze oneself internally and externally . Through this analysis a solution is obtained that can facilitate the role of the three education centers in synergizing so that the quality of learning can still be achieved. Based on these thoughts, this study aims to dig deeper regarding matters; 1) the role of the three education centers in implementing learning quality control during the Covid-19 pandemic , 2) strategies or steps for optimizing the tri education center synergy, and 3) the impact of optimizing the tri education center synergy in controlling the quality of learning in Situbondo Regency . This study uses a qualitative approach, a case study type. Data was collected using interview techniques, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and depictions based on percentages. Checking the validity of the data is done through the credibility of the data with a triangulation technique. The findings show that; 1) the role of the three education centers in the implementation of learning quality control during the Covid-19 pandemic needs to be optimized, 2) the strategy or steps for optimizing the synergy of the three education centers is to use a SWOT analysis, by identifying the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for challenges that exist, and 3) the impact of optimizing the synergy of the three education centers in controlling the quality of learning in Situbondo Regency , students still get learning satisfaction. Although these learning achievements are not in the form of quantitative values as they have been obtained so far, these achievements are qualitative in nature and also have economic value

Abstract

Animated audio-visual media is a learning media that can help increase the interest in learning  students of Class VIII MTs. N 4 North Padang Lawas in following the teaching and learning process in the classroom.  Eliminate the saturation of student learning, especially in Arabic subjects who have only used classical learning methods such as: lecture methods.  Therefore, this animation media can display audio visual animation learning in Arabic not only for entertainment alone for students. This media can also provide information about Arabic language learning and display animated videos containing Arabic learning in accordance with grade VIII student level material.  Making this animaton media using the plotagon application, the creation of this animation media has been explained in chapter two and the image in in the documentatio setion. This research uses a type of qualitative research with an experimental approach and ADDIE research and development which must produce a product in learning. There are stages of research carried out as follows: 1) stages of analysis, 2) stages of design, 3) stages of development, 4) stages of implementation, 5) stages of evaluation. Research has been assessed by validators who are active in digital learning media.

Abstract

The value of character education organizes a learning system that encourages the actualization of competence and independence of elementary school students. So that the lesson has become a habit for the local community, especially for elementary school students on the banks of the river who use independent transportation to school. Independence in the development of character education occurs through a value which is a term that cannot be separated from education. This study used a qualitative method, which is a scientific research method that aims to understand a phenomenon in its natural social context by prioritizing a deep communication process between researchers and the phenomenon being studied. The research's findings suggest possible outcomes that can be put into practice to building independent character. For students to successfully develop their own character, it is important for the school, teachers, and parents to work together. The role of the teacher in character development is very important, because the figure of a teacher becomes a source of inspiration and motivation for students. The attitude and behaviour of a teacher is also very imprinted on the students, where every utterance, the personality of a teacher can be a reflection for students. Teachers are not only academic educators but also must be able to become character, moral and cultural educators for their students. The method that is often used in character development is habituation, where teachers can familiarize students to apply certain values based on agreements that have been made together with students, for example about tidiness and this is carried out continuously so that it can become a daily activity, students as well as the teacher.
