Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar PKn setelah diterapkan metode tink-pair-share (2) Mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dan (3) Mengetahui kendala-kendala dalam penerapan metode tink-pair-share di kelas VIIIB MTsN Patas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model siklus yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Siklus I terdiri dari tiga pertemuan (tiga kali tatap muka), demikian pula halnya dengan Siklus II. Adapun subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas VIIB MTsN Patas dan objek penelitiannya adalah motivasi dan hasil belajar PKn. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan instrumen tes hasil belajar, dan angket Motivasi Belajar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pemaknaan kualitatif, yaitu landasan teori digunakan sebagai pemandu agar fokus penelitian sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan dengan pemaknaan kualitatif pada data (hasil penelitian). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terjadi peningkatan pada Motivasi Belajar siswa, hal ini dibuktikan dari analisis data pada observasi awal dengan skor 13,21% pada kategori Rendah meningkat di Siklus I sebesar 65,06% pada kategori Tinggi kemudian meningkat pada Siklus II sebesar 82,13% pada kategori Sangat Tinggi dengan peningkatan presentase dari Siklus I ke Siklus II sebesar 17,07%. (2) Hasil Belajar PKn mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sebesar 63,3% yang masih dalam kategori belum tuntas karena berada pada rentang 62 % - 71 % dengan predikat cukup, kemudian menjadi 100% pada siklus II dengan peningkatan presentase sebesar 36,7%. (3) terdapat kendala-kendala pada penerapan metode tink-pair-share.  Kata-kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar dan Hasil Belajar PKn.

Abstract

(2) Hasil Belajar PKn mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sebesar 63,3% yang masih dalam kategori belum tuntas karena berada pada rentang 62 % - 71 % dengan predikat cukup, kemudian menjadi 100% pada siklus II dengan peningkatan presentase sebesar 36,7%. (3) terdapat kendala-kendala pada penerapan metode tink-pair-share.  Kata-kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar dan Hasil Belajar PKn.

Abstract

Purpose:Educator Resource Management is a process of using competent human resources through the process of recruitment, selection, placement, training, and development to achieve the goals of educational institutions and professional teachers. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of recruitment and selection of teaching resources. 2) To determine the placement of educational resources d. 3) To find out the training and development of educator resources.Methodology:This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research Field research. Sources of data using primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using non-participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative with Miles and Huberman's interactive model. Data validity uses source triangulation and data triangulation.Findings:The recruitment process applies the principles of professionalism and transparency. b) The MTS Muqaddimatul Akhlak Silo Jember selection included administration selection, interviews, and teaching practice. 2) Placement of educators decided by the Head of the Madrasah is carried out by determining the background of the diploma, prioritizing work experience and abilities (skills), and paying attention to the attitude and appearance of prospective educators who will apply. 3). Training and development at Mts Muqaddimatul Akhlak Silo Jember.Implication:To improve and develop the potential of these teachers, the school organizes Training and workshops held by other agencies with the hope that the potential and knowledge of teachers will increase and develop so that they positively affect school progress.

Abstract

Jember is one of the education cities in Indonesia where there are various universities there. So that students in Jember Regency are required to have a strong mentality and condition in dealing with environmental changes that occur there. Most changes in the surrounding environment can lead to bad things so that this can affect the future of students as the next generation of the nation. Like the many acts of pornography and pornography and the existence of radical Islamic thoughts among students, this can result in the erosion of Islamic values and faith in higher education circles. Pondok Pesantren, which incidentally is a place for authentic Islamic scientific treasures, can be a solution to the problems that have occurred so far. Therefore, this study reveals concrete evidence of the influence of optimizing cultural and religious activities in the context of internalizing ibadurrahman values which are part of the vision and mission of the caretaker of Al Jauhar Islamic Boarding School, namely KH. Shodiq Mahmud. Based on the results of the study, that there are several activities contained in the twelve characteristics of ibadurrahman . The values of ibadurrahman are expected to be able to influence santri (students) in strengthening Islamic values and achieving life goals that are blessed by Allah SWT

Abstract

This study aims to explore how optimizing press agentry based on Islamic boarding school values can improve the visibility of pesantren, audience engagement, and reputation through an integrated strategic approach. This study uses a qualitative approach of the case study type. The subjects of the study consisted of caregivers, heads of Islamic boarding schools, Islamic boarding school administrators, guardians of students, public relations, and students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that optimizing press agentry in pesantren can improve the visibility of institutions by utilizing modern technology, as long as the messages conveyed are in accordance with the character of the audience and still reflect the values of the Islamic boarding school. Effective use of technology can strengthen the image of Islamic boarding schools, but it is important to maintain a balance between modernity and tradition so that their Islamic identity is not disturbed. In conclusion, a communication strategy that combines Islamic boarding school values with technology can strengthen the visibility of institutions and build better relationships with stakeholders, without sacrificing the identity and basic principles of Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one of the five competencies that school principals  must have, entrepreneurship leadership for school principals is very much needed in the era of globalization, school principals are required to be able to provide innovation and creativity to equip students and for the progress of the school. The principal of SMAS Al-Hidayah Dlanggu did the same thing. The principal of SMAS Al-Hidayah Dlanggu is able to instill independence in various schoolowned businesses which are managed directly by students accompanied by the principal and teachers who participate in the school. The businesses owned by SMAS Al-Hidayah Dlanggu include: Jahe Jreng, Koprasi. SMAS Al-Hidayah Dlanggu is one of the schools that is included in the independent school category in east java. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the principals leadership in increasing entreprenurship and the supporting and inhibiting factors at SMAS Al-Hidayah Dlanggu. The type of research used by researchers is qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were school principals, teachers and students. Researchers in collecting data by using data observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. Test the validity of the data using data credibility and confirmability tests. The results of this study indicate that the principals leadership in increasing entrepreneurship at SMAS Al-Hidayah Dlanggu includes the principal having the ability to provide motivation, decision- making ability, communication ability, analytical ability, responsibility and being able to be a good role model. Abstract

Parental influence on children’s educational decisions often prioritizes academic excellence over democratic choice, potentially undermining children’s learning autonomy. This study examines the underexplored relationship between parenting motivation styles and children’s preferences for general versus vocational schools. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected from 110 parents working at the Department of Religious Affairs in Jember through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Chi-square and contingency coefficient analyses revealed significant associations between motivation styles and school choice. Children of authoritarian parents tended to prefer vocational schools, whereas those with democratic or permissive parents leaned toward general schools. The strength of the relationship was moderate to strong (KK between 0.42 and 0.50). The study concludes that democratic motivation fosters alignment with children’s interests, whereas authoritarian styles limit choice. Recommendations include structured parental guidance on motivation strategies and improved awareness of children’s aptitudes and family financial realities to support optimal educational decisions. Pengaruh orang tua terhadap keputusan pendidikan anak sering mengutamakan prestasi akademik daripada pilihan demokratis, yang berpotensi mengurangi otonomi belajar anak. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara gaya motivasi orang tua dan preferensi anak terhadap sekolah umum versus kejuruan. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 110 orang tua pegawai Departemen Agama di Jember melalui angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis Chi-kuadrat dan koefisien kontingensi menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara gaya motivasi dan pilihan sekolah. Anak dari orang tua otoriter cenderung memilih sekolah kejuruan, sementara anak dari orang tua demokratis atau permisif cenderung memilih sekolah umum. Kekuatan hubungan tergolong cukup kuat (KK antara 0,42 dan 0,50). Kesimpulannya, motivasi demokratis mendukung kesesuaian dengan minat anak, sedangkan gaya otoriter membatasi pilihan. Rekomendasi mencakup bimbingan terencana tentang strategi motivasi serta peningkatan kesadaran akan bakat anak dan kemampuan finansial keluarga.

Abstract

The effectiveness of police organizations in Indonesia is increasingly challenged by demands for clean governance and public accountability, yet empirical evidence on how leader behavior specifically drives member performance remains limited. Drawing on leadership and organizational behavior theories, this study investigates the direct and indirect effects of task-oriented and relationship-oriented leader behaviors on police members’ intrinsic motivation and job performance. The research aims to examine whether task and relationship behaviors influence motivation and whether motivation mediates the impact of these leadership behaviors on performance. A survey was conducted with 119 police officers from the Jember Resort Police using stratified random sampling, and data were analyzed through path analysis after confirming classical assumptions. The findings reveal that relationship-oriented leader behavior significantly affects motivation, which in turn strongly predicts performance. By contrast, task-oriented behavior shows no direct effect on performance but influences it only through motivation. The study concludes that motivation serves as a critical mediator between leader behaviors and performance and recommends that police leadership development prioritize relationship-building and intrinsic reward systems rather than solely task directives. Efektivitas organisasi kepolisian di Indonesia semakin ditantang oleh tuntutan tata kelola yang bersih dan akuntabilitas publik, namun bukti empiris tentang bagaimana perilaku pemimpin secara spesifik mendorong kinerja anggota masih terbatas. Berlandaskan teori kepemimpinan dan perilaku organisasi, penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari perilaku tugas dan perilaku hubungan pemimpin terhadap motivasi intrinsik serta kinerja anggota kepolisian. Tujuan penelitian adalah menguji apakah perilaku tugas dan hubungan memengaruhi motivasi, dan apakah motivasi memediasi dampak kedua perilaku tersebut terhadap kinerja. Survei dilakukan terhadap 119 anggota POLRES Jember menggunakan stratified random sampling, dan data dianalisis dengan analisis jalur setelah uji asumsi klasik terpenuhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku hubungan pemimpin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi, dan motivasi selanjutnya secara kuat memprediksi kinerja, sementara perilaku tugas tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja tetapi hanya melalui motivasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi berperan sebagai mediator kritis antara perilaku pemimpin dan kinerja, dengan rekomendasi bahwa pengembangan kepemimpinan kepolisian sebaiknya mengutamakan pembangunan hubungan dan sistem penghargaan intrinsik daripada sekadar instruksi tugas.

Abstract

The productivity of teaching staff determines the quality of higher education institutional outcomes, yet lecturer performance is often influenced by factors that have not been comprehensively mapped. Grounded in human resource management theory emphasizing motivation, ability, and work environment, this study examines the effects of education and training, work experience, rewards, and control on lecturer performance. A census of 60 lecturers at STAIN Jember was conducted, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 10.00. The findings show that, together, the four independent variables account for 64.00% of the variance in lecturer performance, with work experience the most dominant factor (19.70%), followed by rewards (15.35%), education and training (9.70%), and control (4.73%). This study concludes that improving lecturer performance requires balanced attention to all four factors, particularly by leveraging experienced lecturers to mentor newer colleagues. It is recommended that university leaders expand access to training, establish non-financial reward systems, and foster a culture of continuous supervisor-subordinate guidance. Produktivitas tenaga pendidik menentukan kualitas capaian organisasi pendidikan tinggi, namun kinerja dosen seringkali dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang belum terpetakan secara komprehensif. Berlandaskan teori manajemen sumber daya manusia yang menekankan peran motivasi, kemampuan, dan lingkungan kerja, penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, penghargaan, serta kontrol terhadap kinerja dosen. Metode yang digunakan adalah sensus terhadap 60 dosen STAIN Jember dengan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS 10.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan keempat variabel bebas memberikan pengaruh sebesar 64,00% terhadap kinerja dosen, dengan pengalaman kerja menjadi faktor paling dominan (19,70%), diikuti penghargaan (15,35%), pendidikan dan pelatihan (9,70%), serta kontrol (4,73%). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja dosen memerlukan perhatian berimbang pada keempat faktor tersebut, terutama pendayagunaan dosen berpengalaman untuk membina rekan sejawat yang lebih baru. Direkomendasikan agar pimpinan perguruan tinggi memperluas akses pelatihan, membangun sistem penghargaan non-finansial, serta membudayakan pembinaan atasan terhadap bawahan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

the purpose of this article is to describe strategies in the form of place, price, promotion and product marketing strategies in increasing the competitiveness of institutions at MI At-Taqwa Bondowoso. Research using qualitative research methods using descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) The marketing strategy for madrasas in increasing the competitiveness of institutions is by strategically located madrasah locations or places, besides that the classrooms are quite spacious with nuances of beauty in each class, namely the presence of an ornament from student creativity that can build imagination good and eager to learn. 2) The marketing strategy for madrasa promotion in increasing the competitiveness of institutions is to use print media strategies, online media, Word of Moth, and direct promotions every day by providing new innovations such as friendly Friday and alms Friday activities. 3) The marketing strategy for madrasah prices in increasing the competitiveness of institutions is to offer prices in accordance with the quality of education services provided and to carry out market preferences using psychographic segmentation and demographic segmentation, and to establish price marketing segmentation with measurable analysis with consumer data, community behavior, affordability aspects, and sustainability of benefits. 4) The marketing strategy for madrasa products in increasing the competitiveness of institutions is to bring up many new innovations by creating pesantren-style education, namely by having superior programs such as the tahfidz class program, the program to memorize asmaul husna, the program to memorize lay aqidatul, the dhuha prayer program, the congregational dhuhur prayer program, and the sholawat program, while also improving the quality of teachers and adequate facilities and infrastructure.
