Etika kerja kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya, sangat menentukan keberhasilan kepala sekolah dalam mendorong guru untuk meningkatkan kinerja di sekolah. Sikap yang baik dari kepala sekolah akan memberikan kenyamanan dan motivasi bagi guru. Sehingga guru secara sadar akan meningkatkan kemampuan diri dan prestasi diri dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Peningkatan kinerja guru di sekolah berarti pula peningkatan kinerja sekolah, sehingga kepala sekolah harus menunjukkan akhlak yang baik di lingkungan sekolah. The government formed the Education Board to ensure the implementation of a democratic and quality education policy through community involvement as education stakeholders. By examining the achievement of the objectives of the establishment of the Education Board, this study wanted to see how the Education Board contributed to improving the quality of Education services in Cirebon District. This research was conducted qualitatively in 2019 with the method of data collection through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and document studies. The results showed that the Board of Education had not yet optimally contributed. The general public does not understand the existence of the Board of Education. Community participation in education that should be optimized through the School Committee has also not been optimally touched. Collaboration with industry has not been established so that the involvement of the Industrial Business World in the development of Education has not been optimal. The absence of rules regarding budget allocations for the implementation of the Education Board activities, resulting in the Education Board unable to work optimally.

This study aimed at investigating the implementation of academic supervision by principals, from the planning, implementation, and follow-up. Academic supervision gave impact on teachers performance. Teachers evaluations will be seen from the lesson plan, the implementation of instruction, assessment of learners and the follow-up. To achieve these objectives, we used quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis used was simple regression analysis. The results showed there was significant correlation between the academic supervision by principals towards the teachers performance. If the academic supervision increases, the teachers performance will also increase.

The Use of Social Media at State Islamic Colleges Muhammad Munadi

This study aims to determine the management of social media, the trend of followers of each social media, as well as the use of social media in universities under the Ministry of Religion Affairs, especially in the area of the island of Java. This study used content analysis research with data derived from the website, documents that can be downloaded from the website relating to social media university activities and its development. Social media used as research are all types of social media used by IAIN Ponorogo, IAIN Surakarta, IAIN Kudus, IAIN Pekalongan, IAIN Salatiga, UIN Walisongo Semarang, and IAIN Ponorogo. Data analysis used interactive analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the management of social media is in the Public Relations and Publications sub-section of each PTKI with one admin operating on each social media made. the most followers on Instagram social media are IAIN Salatiga. For social media youtube is IAIN Ponorogo, while the most Twitter follower IAIN Surakarta and Facebook followers the most is IAIN Pekalongan. The use of diverse social media, on Instagram for academic activities including promotion for prospective new students dominant in all research locations and balanced with greeting content of national and religious activities by 83.3%, for YouTube by 66.6% dominant content of academic activities and this is the same as what happened to the Twitter, while on social media Facebook a percentage of 66. 6% in the content of academic activities and balanced with the greeting content of national and religious activities. The development of social media content lies in quoting national and religious activities Utilization of social media can be used for all higher education service activities within the scope of the tri dharma of higher education, both the dharma of education/teaching, research, and community service.

Hubungan Budaya Akademik dan Budaya Organisasi dengan Kinerja Guru Miftakhul Arif

This study aims to identify and test the empirical data on the relationship of academic culture and organizational culture with teacher performance separately or simultaneously. In this study, the authors used survey method with the correlational approach regresional the quantitative data obtained from the object of research is school teachers Islam Al-Azhar BSD. Samples were as many as 93 respondents Islamic School teacher population of Al-Azhar BSD in the academic year 2016-2017. The data collection was done by using a questionnaire/questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Type of analysis is correlation and regression analysis were described descriptively. The results of this study are: First, There is a positive and significant academic culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,804 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 64,6%. Secondly, There is a positive and significant relationship of organizational culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 53,7%. Thirdly, there is a positive and significant academic culture and organizational culture simultaneously on teacher performance. The correlation coefficient of 0.813 while the coefficient of determination of 66,1%.

The background of this research starts from the current state and situation in the world. The coronavirus epidemic (Covid-19) was determined as a public health emergency that is troubling the world and the virus has now spread to various countries. Today's children and youth are global citizens, powerful drivers of change and members of future generations. Every crisis that occurs is an opportunity to help them learn, the most important is the protection of children and educational facilities. The impact of this situation has had a profound influence on the world of education. In the field of education, applying technology as an online educational tool that can be accessed by students. The progress and role of technology has been so prominent that the use of media and supervision has begun to be adjusted to progress. In the field of education supervision there are still obstacles and this can be overcome by utilizing an online-based supervision program. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. The results of this study indicate the supervisory competence of madrasah principals in monitoring the implementation of online learning in a covid-19 pandemic situation.

This article aims to find comparison of PAUD management of Pembina Curup and PAUD Pertiwi Rejang lebonmg in improving the quality of learning with qualitative descriptive approach so as to obtain the following conclusion. Curriculum management, student affairs, educators and educational staff, facilities and infrastructure and PAUD financial management has been implemented by the PAUD Pembina and PAUD Pertiwi. This is seen in, First, the quality of early childhood education is the service provided in the form of Kindergarten (TK) and Play Group (KB). Second, the fulfillment of the level of child development achievement, the learning is done in accordance with the age group of learners, and also in accordance with the needs of the surrounding community and the learners themselves. Third, the fulfillment of educators and educational personnel to meet the standards, even exceed the existing standards, by providing opportunities for educators to go to college and follow the training. Fourth, existing facilities and infrastructure are now more and more, both in terms of quantity and quality as required by the existing rules. Facilities and infrastructure about safe, comfortable, bright and fulfilling children's health criteria, according to the child's developmental level, make use of the available resources and potentials already fulfilled. Fifth, in accordance with the instructions and rules on the financial implementation of PAUD. Finance management of PAUD Terpadu and PAUD Pertiwi has also been communicated with parents, learners, and the community. So there is no rejection from the public.

Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak Dimasa Pandemi Covid 19 Jhoni Warmansyah

The Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on the difficulty of school principals in carrying out academic supervision in their institutions in order to ensure the continuity of the quality of education in Kindergarten institutions. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of academic supervision of kindergarten school principals in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative method with explorative case studies. The study was conducted at the Samba Taruma Kindergarten in Bekasi Regency in 2019/2020. Sampling uses purposive sampling. Respondents used as research samples are the principal and 3 teachers. Data collection uses semi-structured interviews by making a list of questions. Data analysis uses thematic data analysis. The results showed the implementation of academic supervision amid the Covid 19 pandemic by the Head of the Samba Taruma Kindergarten was going well. This can be seen from the supervision process in the form of online daily discussions, assisting teachers to overcome problems, inventory the basic competency achievements, and provide feedback on evaluating the successful learning process.

This study aims to describe the steps of collaborative educational supervision periodically in carrying out learning. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 10 Belida Darat, Belida Darat District, Muara Enim Regency in the 2020/2021 academic year. This research is an action research, so this research is carried out in cycles. The implementation is for two cycles.The data that has been collected was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. In the first cycle, it concluded that there were four teachers with a percentage of 66.4%. There are still many teachers who have not concluded the lesson. This happens because the time is spent working on student worksheets only. For this reason, it is necessary to adjust the questions that are worked on in the student worksheets. Concluding the learning amounted to 6 teachers with a percentage of 100%. After the first cycle was carried out, then the teacher and researcher discussed how to conclude the learning turned out to bring satisfactory results. In the second cycle, the completeness of teacher development in groups has been achieved with satisfactory results.

Evaluasi Penerapan Audit Mutu Internal Pada STAIN Curup Hamengkubuwono, Hamengkubuwono

This study at evaluating the implementation of internal quality audit at STAIN Curup. The data for this study are collected through interview and documentation. Stake or countenance evaluation model is used in this study. Thus, the data analysis involves some following step as: data editing, data coding, tabulating the data, interpreting the data, and drawing conclusion. The result of this study indicates that (1) The Planning internal quality audit is relevant with, attempting to fulfill costumerâ€™s demand, to is relevan with audi vision, audit schedule, the formulation of audit purpose, and the audit form, (2) the implementation of audit is reasonably inappropriate with the purpose and the scope of the audit, and (3) the follow up audit is relevant with the established evaluation standard. As the final thought, this study recommends STAIN Curup conduct well planned and well program internal quality audit continuously so that it can serve as self-reflection for the insitution.
