Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness of e-learning implementation and student responses to e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic on learning innovation management in education. The sample data in this study were 21 students. The instrument used in this study was a student response questionnaire sheet consisting of 15 items. The results of this study indicate that the instruments used were valid and reliable. This was evidenced by the results of the validity calculation which states that 15 questions were valid and no questions were issued. And also for the results of data reliability calculations using the Cronbach alpha method with a score of 0.88, this value was greater when compared with the rtable value for α = 0.05, namely 0.4329. So it could be said that the data used was reliable. For the results of the analysis with the Rasch model assisted by the Winstep application, it was found that the quality of the questionnaire responses to E-Learning g on innovation and educational management materials at MAP Bengkulu University was very good. From the pairing T-test also obtained SIG <0.05, which means that there was a significant difference.

Abstract

Management and quality of learning is very important in the effort to realize education. Effective learning quality management will be able to influence between teacher as facilitator and learner as subject in teaching learning. This research is to know the management and quality of learning Indonesian at State Junior High School 4 Rejang Lebong. In particular this study to describe: 1). How to manage learning planning in Indonesian language, 2). How to manage the implementation of Indonesian language learning, 3). How to evaluate Indonesian learning management, 4). How innovation is done in the management of learning Indonesian language. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection are interviews, observation and documentation. The quality of the study of quality management of Indonesian language learning, can be concluded to contribute to learning Indonesian language. The implication of this finding is that Indonesian teachers can understand quality management in applying learning. Keywords: Management, Quality, Learning Indonesian

Abstract

The transition of the learning system from offline to online raises new problems at the teacher, the learning process is not optimal, and the process of understanding teachers who do not understand IT. The principal as the school manager must be wise and decisive in analysing issues of education management strategies in school management practices. This study aims to analyse the role of madrasa principal in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic risk management perspective in MTs N 1 Yogyakarta City. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collected through in-depth interviews and observation. The results showed that the principal of MTs N 1 Yogyakarta City as the Risk Manager had carried out three stages of risk management, first (1) risk assessment to identify online learning problems during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) risk mitigation, to ease the burden on teachers and students in the learning process through the policy of providing internet quota subsidies for teachers and students who are unable and do not assign too many assignments to students, and (3) risk evaluation, to see the problems of the online learning process through reports or complaints from both teachers and students. The role of the madrasa head as a Risk Manager must be to minimize, even eliminate the risk or adverse effects of the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. Online learning policies, giving quota subsidies, and reducing school work as a form of action to reduce the risk of being stricken with Covid-19 and alleviate psychological burdens, especially for students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal's program in improving teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic at SD T. Nyak Arif Fatih Bilingual School, Banda Aceh. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used in qualitative research is carried out interactively and takes place continuously until it is complete. Activities in data analysis, namely data reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study concluded that: First, improving teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic by implementing a learning application training program to support the online learning process. This training is carried out regularly until the teachers are proficient in running the application. Second, the application of Lesson Study. Lesson Study is an assessment activity carried out by teachers/lecturers together and continuously to test and improve the effectiveness of learning and form a learning community. With Lesson Study, it is hoped that teachers will be more active and share knowledge with each other to support the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic. Third, the application of the hybrid learning method program. Hybrid Learning is a learning method in which there is a combination of face-to-face learning in the classroom and coupled with offline and online learning using computers. The application of the hybrid learning method in the Covid-19 pandemic era is very helpful for students who are self-isolation, to be able to feel learning like in a classroom but in a different place by being integrated by technology. Through programs run by school principals during the pandemic in improving teacher performance so that it can run as expected and be able to give birth to quality next generation. Abstract

Pesantren dihadapkan pada banyak tantangan, termasuk di dalamnya modernisasi pendidikan Islam. Sistem dan kelembagaan pesantren telah dimodernisasi dan disesuaikan dengan tuntutan pembangunan, terutama dalam aspek kelembagaan yang secara otomatis akan mempengaruhi penetapan kurikulum yang mengacu pada tujuan institusional lembaga tersebut. Persoalan yang muncul adalah apakah pesantren dalam menentukan kurikulum harus melebur pada tuntutan zaman sekarang, atau justru ia harus mampu mempertahankannya sebagai ciri khas pesantren yang dalam banyak hal justru lebih mampu mengaktualisasikan eksistensinya di tengah-tengah tuntutan masyarakat. kurikulum merupakan sistem yang paling diperhatikan. Begitu pula, manajemen kurikulum menjadi langkah awal dalam menjalankannya. Menurut Dinn Wahyudin secara umum fungsi manajemen kurikulum, di antaranya: 1) meningkatkan efisiensi pemanfaatan sumber daya kurikulum; 2) meningkatkan keadilan dan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal; 3) meningkatkan relevansi dan efektivitas pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik maupun lingkungan sekitar peserta didik; 4) meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja guru maupun aktivitas siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran; 5) meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses belajar mengajar; 6) meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat untuk membantu mengembangkan. Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah / Panti Asuhan Anak Soleh Curup menerapkan manajemen kurikulum konvensional yang dikombinasikan dengan pelaksanaan kurikulum kementerian pendidikan kebudayaan dan kuriukulum kementerian agama. Kata Kunci :Manajemen Kurikulum, Pesantren.

Abstract

A National Examination is commonly known as a standardised test held by a country, such as Indonesia, to gauge the students’ competence and the quality of their schools. Many people argue that the national examination implementation is likely to have positive and negative effects, not only on students but also on schools. This study aims to investigate the positive and negative effects of the National Examination of English subject in Indonesian junior high schools concerning English teachers’ classroom teaching and students’ learning. This study used a narrative literature review study, which reviews critiques and summarizes the literature body and draws conclusions regarding the topic question. By examining literature available and the authors’ experiences in doing the national examination as the participant and preparing students to face the examination, this paper showed that the National Examination of English emerges to have more negative impacts than positive ones. The result of this paper presents the authors’ recommendation to be used by key stakeholders in Indonesia that they should re-design the national examination to measure the students’ border competence effectively and objectively in English subject.

Abstract

Education currently occupies a very important position in human development. The quality of the Finnish educational system is interesting to study because its success has been recognized worldwide. This study provides an overview of the comparison of the education systems of the countries of Indonesia and Finnish. The method used in this study is literature study. The results of the study show several differences, (1) Indonesia's educational system is colored by many competitions while Finnish puts forward the principle of equality; (2) Indonesia has a system of failing a grade and student ranking, Finnish hasnt failing a grade and ranking system; (3) Indonesia load learning every week +/- 40 hours, Finnish lessons +/- 30 hours per week; (4) Indonesia learns a lot in class, Finnish puts forward problem solving methods; (5) Indonesia assignments almost become a routine agenda every face to face, Finnish does not burden students with a lot of tasks, (6) Indonesia minimum teacher qualifications D4, Finnish minimum teacher qualifications S2 (Master), (7) Indonesian qualifications students enter basic education for at least 6 years (5.5 years accompanied by written recommendations from professional psychologists), Finnish qualifications for students entering basic education for at least 7 years.

Abstract

This research aimed to provide an overview of the poor passing standard of the National Competence Examination for Indonesian Health Professionalswith healthcare workers in Bengkulu City, Indonesia. This review used a mixed method with sequential exploratory approach, resulting in a collection of studies gathering and evaluating data to clarify research problems.The subjects of this research were alumni of the D-III Midwifery Study Program at the Dehasen University of Bengkulu who had taken competence examinations.Data fromten participants who took part in the test competenceexaminationwere analyzed using thematic analysis.The findings showed variables, including the prevalence of trials, the value of the GPA, learning styles, motivation, and consistency when taking the tests, influenced the poor passing standard of the healthcare worker competency test.It was expected that to raise the percentage, the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesiashould run more programs through higher education.

Abstract

The strategics plan is a guideline for a short plan.the strategic plan isn’t as holy as the holy book till it couldn’t be changed.depend on the route record of this strategics plan,it can be evaluated.for it implementation, RKA oftenly not according to the strategic plan. even it found that RKA is more priority than the strategic plan.so it considered like useless thing and it only needed if it necessary. component of agency performance appraisal, and the proo of the documentation for evidence it’s realistic as same as planned (has a track record exist). Arranging the strategic plan of STAIN Curup process during 2015-2019 it started with mapping the activities until 2014. besides of this situation, it could be known all of the troubles and the defiances which it has influence the functions and the main assignment. more over, it needed the analysis about the influence of strategic environment which it involved. even it direct or indirect, with main assignment or a function, although it internal or external. the influence of internal strategic would be trasformated into the strength and the weakness, so the influence of external strategic will be transformating into the opportunities and the treath. By considering of this influence environment strategic change, it propose the rules of wisdom to reach the performance’s target inside arranging strategic plan of STAIN Curup 2015-2019. to clear the main assignment and it function’s way, the vision it would be formulated and described into yhe mission side.based on vision and mission, it formulated the purpose , target, priority,strategy and the wisdom’s way. The strategic plan of STAIN Curup in 2015-2019 need to analyzed for get the understanding complex has been reached. began from analyzing the strategic planning, strategic plan and strategic management, analyzing design of organization as the initial supply to plan the strategic, analyze of building the capability of natural resource and evolving structural organization, analyze the payment and suspension organization system,analyze of matching the internal process and learn process in an organization,analyze centralization and decentralization inside strategic management,analyze the strategic when control and analyzing management change and organization learners. Abstract

The existence of a superior class in madrasah is an institution that is specifically designed and developed systematically, adequate facilities / infrastructure, curriculum, qualified teaching and education staff, and so on. The existence of a superior class can increase the competitiveness of madrasas and the bargaining position of madrasas as superior madrasas will be even stronger. To increase the competitiveness of these madrasas as superior madrasas, it is necessary to properly manage quality learning. This article discusses planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and the implications of quality learning in superior classes at MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung and at MTsN 2 Tanggamus. This research is a field research, using a qualitative approach with a multisite study design. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. descriptive data analysis techniques with the Analysis Interactive Model. The results of the study, learning in superior classes at MTsN 2 Model Bandar Lampung and MTsN Model Talang Padang are designed through planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating middle input through superior processes based on the spirit of spiritual learning that can strengthen the learning system. The implications of managing quality learning in superior classes at MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung and at MTsN 2 Tanggamus are: The establishment of an integrated learning system and the establishment of teacher standardization.
