Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of the numbers play on the initial numeracy ability of group B in Muslimat 03 Roudlotut Tholibin Kindergarten Warukulon. The subjects of this study were 14 children. This study uses a quantitative approach using an experimental method with a pre-experimental design of the Pretest-posttest-Design One-Group design. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is in the form of non-parametric statistics in the form of a Wilcoxon level test with data from the pretest and posttest assessment results. The results of this study were obtained at the pretest that there were 5 children with undeveloped criteria (BB), and 8 children with criteria still developing (MB), and 1children the criteria developed according to expectations (BSH). Whereas in the posttest study 3 children with criteria for excellent development (BSB), and 8 children with criteria developed according to expectations (BSH), and there were 3 children with criteria still developing (MB). The calculation result using the Wilcoxon level test obtained a value of Tcount Ttable (021) that is T more than T table. So that the decision making is HO (Zero Hypotesis) is rejected and HA (Alternative Hypotesis) is accepted because Thitung Ttable (021). So that there is an influence on the numbers game on the initial numeracy skills at the Muslimat 03 kindergarten Roudlotut Tholibin Warukulon.

Abstract

Researchers used a development model Borg Gall. Steps to be taken include the research and data collection, planning, early product development, initial test, revise the initial product, the main field testing and revision of the final product. Research and development is carried out through four stages of a trial that is testing subject matter experts, instructional media expert testing, field trials beginning, and major field trials. The subject of research and development that children in group A or 4-5 years in kindergarten PGRI 1 Bangcaran totaling 21 children. The data collection technique using a questionnaire (questionnaire subject matter experts, instructional media expert questionnaire, and the questionnaire responses of children) and documentation. The results showed that the values obtained from the color light matter experts for86.11% with the title of "high", 76.67% of instructional media expert with the title of "high", the initial field trials 83.9%with the title of "high", and the main field trials 86.9%with the title of "high". Abstract

The learning process in kindergarten is still very conventional in nature. This is shown in teaching and learning activities in kindergarten Tunas Asri Benowo Surabaya, in introducing the number of teachers still using the lecture method, and memorizing. To count numbers children still write in the book given by their teacher. The research is currently doing is to improve numeracy skills in children aged 5-6 years with interesting activities for children by providing learning methods needed for children. This research method uses Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were 13 students consisting of 7 boys and 6 girls. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the fingermathic method can improve numeracy skills. In the pre cycle of 69.23% which is in the criteria of Not Developing, in the first cycle the action taken through the fingermathic method increased to 53.85% in the criteria of Developing in Accordance with Expectations, and increased in the second cycle to 84.62 % on criteria according to Expectations and Very Good Developments. Based on the results of this study, it shows that an increase in numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years with fingermathic methods

Abstract

Egocentric thinking is the inability of children to see the perspective of others in seeing problems and prioritizing their own perspectives. Egocentric many appear at an early age. Related to this, this research purpose to analyze the egocentrism of children in cognitive development, in the preoperational stage.This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The sample of this research was 30 children aged 4-6 years. The research sample was taken with a total sampling technique. The results of the analysis data showed that the children's egocentrism in cognitive development in the preoperational stage reached 76.33% with a very high category. Each aspect value are imaginative thinking amounted to 72.08%, egocentric language amounted to 82.92%, had a high I amounted to 74.58%, high curiosity amounted to 80.42%, and language development began rapidly amounted to 71, 67%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the extent of teacher readiness in implementing the 2013 Curriculum in PAUD. This type of research was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 21 teachers in Langke Rembong sub-district. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The instrument used was interview guidelines and questionnaire items in the form of open questions. In this study, researchers examined the readiness of teachers related to the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum (K'13) in terms of Curriculum Structure, Guidelines for Detection of Children Growth, Learning Guidelines, Assessment Guidelines, and Educator Guidebooks. Teacher readiness is measured by the extent of the teacher's ability to implement the 2013 Curriculum in PAUD. Based on the findings related to five things in organizing the 2013 Curriculum in PAUD, it appears that administratively PAUD teachers are ready to implement the 2013 Curriculum in PAUD. However, practically the teachers still experience difficulties. These difficulties are related to the application of a scientific approach and the implementation of authentic assessments. In learning, teachers have difficulty designing activity themes and materials that encourage children to observe, ask questions, gather information, reason, and communicate. That is why, learning is more directed at drawing and coloring activities. In doing the assessment, the teacher has difficulty compiling data on the results of the daily assessment and compiling reports on child development. This difficulty occurs because most of the teachers are high school / vocational high school and non-PAUD undergraduate students

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve the results of learning math students second grade through the application of media realia. The research was implemented on SDN 1 Kalianda, South Lampung. This study used class action research conducted through two cycles, a cycle of comprising planning, action, observation and reflection. The subject of research is a whole number of second  grade student SDN 1 Kalianda having the mathematical value helpdown KKM totaled 12 student. Analysis of the percentage  data used in this study was based on an agreement with a researcher and collaborator is using percentage increase reched 71% atthe end of the cycle. Analysis of data obtained from the result of percentage increase at the end of the cycle reached 84,33%. The end result of a whole analysis percentage data is an inrease more than 71%. Based on an increase in the percentage of this research, all student have reached percentage inrease reahed 71%, the can be expressed that hypotesis accepted. It could be concluded that the use of the media realia can enchange the results of learning math student second grade of elementary school student.

Abstract

This research to knowing the effectiveness of natural mosaic materials (fish scales) on children's fine motor skills In Kindergarten Jabal Rahmah Padang. This type of research is quantitative method with the type of experiments or research quashi experimental by using natural mosaic (fish scales) the results of this study obtained an average value obtained from the experimental class which uses higher natural ingredients (fish scales) (82.50) compared to the control class that uses seashell mosaic (73,12). Based on the calculation the t-test was obtained that tcount is greater than t table shows that there is a significant effect on fine motor.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to enhance the children’s gross motor skill through traditional games “Tambi-tambian”. Traditional games are very useful for the basic development of children and through it children recognize and preserving local culture. The research was conducted among 11 children of group A at TK Nasional KPS Balikpapan. The procedures for this action research using Kemmis and McTaggart’s model through four stages: planning, action and observation, reflection. The data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is carried using both quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of research show enhancement of gross motor skill through traditional games “Tambi-tambian”. Pre-intervensi, children’s gross motor skill is 53,41%, after the conducted action children’s gross motor skill increasing in the 1st cycle is 68,86% and 2ndcycle is 81,59%. Traditional games “Tambi-tambian” contributes to enhance children’s gross motor skill.

Abstract

Risk play is outdoors play which involves a lot of physical activity. Parents' concerns will limit the range of movement to explore when playing risky. This research explores parents 'perceptions about playing risk as viewed from the child's age, gender, and reviews parents' knowledge about playing risk. The study was conducted in Purbalingga, Indonesia. The research subjects involved 33 mothers and 33 fathers of preschool children with ages ranging from 4 to 6 years. The study findings show that mothers and fathers have the same risk playing perception. Parents provide the highest support for children's play activities at risk such as climbing and jumping from a height. As for other activities, parents have concerns about the safety of children during these activities. Judging from the age of the father and mother allow children aged 4 years with 40%, 5 years 45% and 6 years 50% while seen from jrniskelmin, parents allow boys more than girls to play at risk with percentage of 55% compared to 40%. Perceptions of parents have an impact on providing risky playing opportunities.

Abstract

: The aim of this research to determine the correlation of communication between teachers and children with discipline of group B in Sejahtera Kamal kindergarten. This type of research is quantitative correlation design. The sampling technique used nonprobability samples with the type of saturated sample of 16 samples. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Observation sheet used to measure variables discipline children at school and questionnaires used to measure the communication variables of teachers and children. Documentation use to photo of activities. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation to test the hypothesis. The results showed that no significant relationship between teacher and child communication discipline within the group B in Sejahtera Kamal kindergarten.
