This research is aimed to find out the relationship between social support and burnout of students’ learning of Grade XI students SMA N 4 Yogyakarta year 2015-2016. The research used quantitative approach and the type of research was correlation. Subject of the research were 258 students of grade XI SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta. In addition, the sampling technique was cluster random sampling. The samples consisted of 5 classes of 146 students. The data collection used was social support and burn out scale. The validity was referred to expert judgment in social support scale meanwhile burnout learning had validity rate of P>0,01. The reliability test result using Cronbach Alpha was 0,862 for burnout learning and 0,946 in social support scale. Data analysis of the research used Pearson’s product moment using SPSS for Windows version 22.0. The result of the research showed the negative relationship and significant between social support burnout learning of grade XI students SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta, the relationship correlation value was -0,417 as the significance was p=0.000<0,05, means that the higher the social support is the lower burnout learning and vice versa. The determinant value (R square) was 0,714 could be defined as social support gave contribution of 17,4 % against burnout. The rest of 82,6% variable was caused by other variables in this research.

In the 21 century national development not only just on how to improve living standard, but also on all aspects. Therefore the necessary ability is to have intelligence and creativity, personality and life skills. Creativity is important to e developed through learning for the provision of the life by students. One of the alternative learning that can develop creativity islearning that gives space to students to be able to find and build their own concepts. The leraning model that can be applied is the inquiry learning model. This model can develop studeny creativity if supported by a student-cenered learning atsmosphere, so students are free to express ideas and also a learning environment that keeps student active in learning.

Multimodal counseling aims to help counselees solve the problem with the right technique which is based on the human dimension of the dominant modality. This approach views the individual has a threshold of tolerance of frustration, stress, pain, noise, cold, and different pollution. Counseling process considered success when counselees be able to identify the impact of the stress experienced by analysis of BASIC ID; managing emotions; and be able to make plans of action when the incident/ event stressors occur. Adulthood should have a balance career achievement, but in this era of globalization, many adulthood have career imbalance that cause problems. Multimodal counseling is suitable for coping strees of career development in middle adulthood.

This study aims to design and examine the effectiveness of learning assistance program using learning reflective model to improve cognitive skills of upper-secondary students in girls dormitory of Darul Hikam International School Academic Year 2016/2017. This study based on the profile of students’metacognitive skills, the low metacognitive skills of students, and the need for program to improve the students’metacognitive skills. This study uses a quasi experimental method and pretest-posttest control group design. Based on the pre-test given to 48 upper-secondary students, there are 16 students whose metacognitive skills is in low category and the rest is in high and middle category. The 16 student’s then are devided into two groups, 8 students as the control group and 8 students as experimental group. The research finding shows there is metacognitive skills improvement of experimental group after following the leaning assistance program using reflective learning model. Therefore, it can be concluded that the learning assistance program using reflective learning model proven effective to improve students’ metacognitive skills.

This research has a background by a phenomenon of culture shock, is a lack of ability individual to adjust themselves with different circles of culture. The theory used in this research uses Ward's theory, et al. The purpose of this research is to explore a culture shock profile the settled foreigner student off West Java, Indonesian Education University in academic year 2016/2017. The quantitative approach with descriptive method is used in this research. The sample of this research is surfeited sample that make the population as a sample in this research. The result of this research that a culture shock profile the settled foreigner student off West Java, Indonesian Education University in academic year 2016/2017 is in a moderate shock category, that make individual has realize about the different between reality and hope, it marked by so many problems happen and will be developing a set of problems for themselves. The highest culture shock experienced the settled foreigner student of PPG SM3T off West Java that happened in affective dimension is higher shock category. The result of this research should be used for basic opinion in process to make a guidance and counseling program in campus. The research recommendation is to give over to Indonesian Education University, Education Psychology and Guidance Department and next research.

This study aims to design and examine the behavior modification program using a technique token economy to improve responsible behavior of children in kindergarten Ar-Rahman Sukahening District of Tasikmalaya District Academic Year 2016/2017. Behavior modification program designed by the study of the symptoms of lack of responsible behavior, the factors causing low responsible behavior, their lack of responsible behavior, and the need for programs to improve the behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach with quasi experimental method and pretest-posttest control group design. In general, the behavior of the responsibility for early childhood and kindergarten groups Ar-Rahman Sukahening District Academic Year 2016/2017 in middle category. There is a difference between the value pretest nd post-test children after the program. Thus it can be interpreted that behavior modification programs through effective technique token economy to improve responsible behavior of children.

Procrastination refers to delaying the task of timely completion. Procrastination is a common behavior, especially in school settings and in student behavior. Academic procrastination is one of many types of delaying behavior that almost everyone shows from time to time. Academic procrastination is regarded as a domain-specific form of self-regulation failure. The purpose of this study is to describe the tendency of academic procrastination of students of Mechanical Engineering Education Department class of 2014, 2015, and 2016 with, gender and GPA. This study was conducted as a condition to obtain a Bachelor of Education degree. The research method used in this research is quantitative approach with descriptive research design. The instrument used in this study is to adopt the instrument developed by Solomon and Rothblum in 1984 called Procrastination Academic Scale Students (PASS). The results of research on mechanical engineering department students found that academic procrastination tendency is at the level of sometime procrastinator. The highest level of academic procrastination in the class of 2014, and no significant differences were found based on gender and GPA on student academic procrastination.

Creativity is an essential element necessary in education. When teacher or lecture create a responsive classroom environment students are less apprehensive about their creative expression and sharing those idea in class. A responsive classroom environment is optimized when teachers or lectures are respectful of unusual questions, unusual imaginations and un usual ideas. Teachers or lectures can create a supportive environment for creativity by encouraging students to see creativity as learned process. A problem posing method, encourages students to ask questions, explore a range of answers and to solve problem in many way.

This research is held based on the fact especially at Muhammadiyah University of Tasikmalaya there are students who choose college while working in order to continue higher education. Students who are college while working and college students who are just college (not working) in this case have the same goal of successful lectures. Self regulation learning can play a role in achievement. But in the process of achievement, students will face problems in achievement, such as expectations of low expectations of success, avoidance of failure, task delays, too perfectionistic tasks, high anxiety, and apathy toward learning at university. The purpose of this study is to determine the general picture and the difference of self-regulated learning on students who work with students who are not working FKIP Umtas students. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach with descriptive method. The sampling technique used purposive non probability sampling. The instruments used were collected through a questionnaire. The result of the research shows that General Regulated Learning of FKIP UMTAS students is in the high category with the percentage of 79.60% of the population. Based on the data analysis results obtained significance value of 0.800, more than the significance level of 0.05 then Ho accepted. This means there is no difference between working with the unemployed. This means that students who work have Self Regulated Learning that is not different from students who do not work.
