Abstract

This study examines how destination image and perceived risk influence hikers’ revisit intention, with tourist satisfaction as a mediating variable, in the context of Mount Prau hiking route via Patak Banteng. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected online through a Google Form questionnaire distributed to respondents who had hiked the route at least twice, ensuring adequate experience for evaluation. The analysis employed PLS-SEM to assess measurement validity and to test direct and indirect relationships among constructs. The findings indicate that destination image significantly strengthens tourist satisfaction and directly increases revisit intention. Tourist satisfaction also plays a crucial role in shaping revisit intention and mediates the effect of destination image on revisit intention, indicating that revisit intention is largely driven by how hikers evaluate their actual experience after visiting. Conversely, perceived risk does not significantly affect satisfaction or revisit intention, and satisfaction does not mediate the risk–revisit relationship. Practically, strengthening emotional-visual impressions, improving facilities, managing crowding, and reinforcing safety management are strategic priorities to enhance satisfaction and sustain revisit intention for nature-based adventure destinations.

Abstract

By taking into account the capital adequacy ratio, bank size, and financial leverage, this study seeks to examine the impact of asset management risk on the financial performance of Indonesian banks. Purposive sampling was used to choose 32 banks that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2024. Panel data regression was used to analyse the data. The findings indicate that while financial leverage has a large negative impact on financial performance, interest rate risk, credit risk, and the capital adequacy ratio have a considerable beneficial impact. The financial performance of banks is not significantly impacted by liquidity risk or bank size. Abstract

This study examines the effect of online promotion and product quality on consumer buying interest at Fenny Aneka Shop Palu. Primary data were collected by questionnaire from 75 consumers selected through purposive sampling and analysed using multiple linear regression. Online promotion and product quality each have a positive and significant effect on buying interest, and jointly explain 31.2 per cent of its variance, with online promotion carrying the larger coefficient. Online promotion widens market reach and gives a more interactive, personal experience, while good product quality raises consumer trust and encourages repeat purchase and recommendation.

Abstract

Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) has become increasingly relevant in digital marketing and consumer behavior, yet existing research remains fragmented across psychological, social media, and marketing perspectives. This study systematically reviews FoMO research published in ABDC-ranked journals from 2016–2026. Using a domain-based systematic literature review and PRISMA approach, 27 articles were analyzed. The findings identify three major themes: consumer psychological characteristics, social media and digital environments, and digital marketing persuasion strategies. FoMO emerges as a central psychological mechanism linking these factors to consumer behavior. The study proposes an integrative framework and directions for future research and responsible digital marketing practice.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of live streaming, flash sales, and positive emotion on impulse buying among Generation Z TikTok Shop users in Purwokerto. Using a quantitative approach, data from 110 respondents selected through purposive sampling were analysed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that live streaming (β=0.370), flash sales (β=0.280), and positive emotion (β=0.243) positively and significantly influence impulse buying, explaining 57.6% of its variance. Live streaming is the strongest predictor. These findings imply that TikTok Shop sellers should prioritise interactive live streaming and attractive time-limited promotions to stimulate impulse purchases.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of audit committee competence, size, and meeting frequency on audit report lag among industrial-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2022–2024. Using purposive sampling, it analyzes 162 firm-year observations from 54 companies based on annual reports and audited financial statements. Multiple linear regression indicates that audit committee competence and committee size have negative and significant effects on audit report lag, whereas meeting frequency has a positive and significant effect. These findings suggest that expertise and larger committees accelerate audit completion, while frequent meetings may signal complex reporting issues that prolong the audit process. Keywords:  Audit Report Lag; Audit Committee; Competence; Number of Members Competence; Meeting Frequency

Abstract

This quantitative study examined how work-life balance, work-family conflict, and emotional exhaustion relate to job satisfaction among 102 Generation Z female employees in Semarang using SmartPLS. Work-life balance improved job satisfaction, whereas work-family conflict unexpectedly showed a positive direct association with it. Work-family conflict raised emotional exhaustion, while work-life balance had no significant influence on it. Emotional exhaustion lowered job satisfaction. Mediation testing showed that emotional exhaustion did not transmit the effect of work-life balance, but fully transmitted the effect of work-family conflict, on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study addresses inconsistent findings by examining the effects of capital structure, company size, and profitability on company value among financial-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2023–2025. Using a quantitative associative design, annual financial statements from 25 purposively selected companies were analyzed through panel-data regression in EViews. The random-effects model shows that company size and profitability positively and significantly affect company value, whereas capital structure has no significant effect; jointly, the three variables significantly affect company value. These findings imply that managers and investors should prioritize asset management and profitability when enhancing or assessing company value. Abstract

This study examines the effect of service quality and hospital image on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as a mediating variable. Data from 250 patients of hospitals in Central Java were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4. Service quality and hospital image significantly influence patient satisfaction, and satisfaction strongly predicts loyalty. The direct effects of service quality and hospital image on loyalty are not significant, indicating full mediation, which is confirmed by the specific indirect effects. Patient satisfaction is therefore the key mechanism linking service quality and hospital image to patient loyalty in Indonesian healthcare.
