Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of campus infrastructure in supporting student performance at Universitas Majalengka and to formulate strategic recommendations for infrastructure optimization based on students’ experiences and perceptions. The study employed a qualitative case study approach using deep interviews as the primary data collection technique. Fifteen students representing different faculties, academic levels, and disciplinary backgrounds were selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis and source triangulation to identify recurring patterns, challenges, and priority needs related to campus infrastructure. The findings revealed that campus infrastructure influences student performance through three main mechanisms: facilitating access to learning resources, enhancing learning comfort, and supporting practical learning experiences. Internet connectivity emerged as the most frequently mentioned infrastructure component supporting students’ understanding of learning materials, followed by classroom facilities, air conditioning, laboratory facilities, learning technology, and library services. For academic productivity, laboratory facilities and internet access were identified as critical resources for completing assignments, conducting practical activities, and accessing academic information. The study also identified six development priorities: internet quality improvement, laboratory development, classroom enhancement, facility maintenance, infrastructure modernization, and equitable facility distribution across study programs. The proposed Campus Infrastructure Optimization Model suggests that digital, physical, practical, and supporting infrastructures collectively enhance academic engagement and student performance. The findings contribute to higher education infrastructure literature by positioning campus infrastructure as a strategic institutional resource influencing student success and educational quality.

Abstract

Agile manufacturing has become an increasingly important capability in contemporary manufacturing environments characterized by rapid technological change, global competition, and operational uncertainty. Despite the growing interest in agility-related research, studies on agile manufacturing remain fragmented and are predominantly concentrated in developed countries. This study aims to systematically review and map the development of agile manufacturing research through a hybrid approach combining Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric analysis. Data were collected from the Scopus database using agile manufacturing-related keywords in titles, abstracts, and keywords. The selected articles were screened based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria following the PRISMA framework. Bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to identify publication trends, influential authors, institutional affiliations, country contributions, and keyword co-occurrence networks. The findings indicate that agile manufacturing research has experienced significant growth, particularly during the Industry 4.0 era, with major contributions originating from India, the United States, and the United Kingdom. The keyword network highlights strong associations among agile manufacturing systems, lean production, Industry 4.0, manufacturing systems, and dynamic capabilities. However, research remains largely focused on technological and operational dimensions, while human-centered and context-specific studies, particularly in emerging economies such as Indonesia, are still limited. This study contributes to the literature by providing a comprehensive overview of the intellectual structure of agile manufacturing research and identifying future research opportunities related to workforce agility, sustainability, digital transformation, and organizational resilience. The findings offer valuable insights for researchers and practitioners seeking to enhance manufacturing competitiveness and adaptability in dynamic industrial environments.

Abstract

Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior (GOCB) is a key construct in supporting environmental performance across various industrial sectors. This study employs a systematic literature review (SLR) based on the PRISMA framework, analyzing 45 articles (2016–2026) to understand the mechanisms linking Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices, green leadership, employee motivation, and environmental outcomes. Results indicate that GOCB is influenced by individual capacity, social interactions, HR practices, and transformational green leadership. Training, rewards, and organizational culture play a crucial role in fostering voluntary pro-environmental behavior. Cross-cultural analysis highlights variations in the effectiveness of GOCB mechanisms according to geographical and regulatory contexts. This study also emphasizes the dominance of quantitative methods and the need for qualitative or mixed-methods approaches to understand the dynamics of pro-environmental behavior more deeply. Key contributions include a synthesis of GOCB mechanisms, cross-theoretical integration (AMO, SET, Social Learning Theory, COR), and the identification of research gaps in developed and cross-cultural contexts. Future research is recommended to use mixed-method designs, expand the scope of industries and regions, and incorporate cultural and institutional variables to strengthen theoretical models and practical applications.

Abstract

Digital transformation has encouraged organizations to implement Digital Human Resource Management (Digital HRM) to improve the effectiveness of human resource management. However, the implementation of Digital HRM also increases job demands, such as time pressure, job complexity, and the need to adapt to digital technologies. This study aims to analyze the relationship between job demands and Digital HRM and to identify research gaps within organizational and SME contexts. The study employed a systematic literature review (SLR) using a structured review approach. Articles were collected from reputable international databases, including Scopus, ScienceDirect, Emerald, Springer, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, SAGE, and Google Scholar covering the period 2020–2026. The selection process followed the PRISMA framework and resulted in 70 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using descriptive and thematic approaches. The findings indicate that job demands are a critical factor influencing the effectiveness of Digital HRM implementation. High job demands may increase psychological pressure, burnout, and employee resistance toward digital systems when not supported by adequate organizational support. Conversely, digital training, managerial support, and technological infrastructure contribute positively to the successful implementation of Digital HRM. This study highlights the importance of managing job demands to support sustainable digital HR transformation, particularly in SMEs.
