The split attribute in the decision tree algorithm, especially C4.5, has an important influence in producing a decision tree performance that has high predictive performance. This study aims to perform an attribute split in the C4.5 algorithm using the value of the termination coefficient (R2/R Square) which is combined with the aim of increasing the performance of the model performance produced by the C4.5 algorithm itself. The data used in this research are public datasets and private datasets. This study combines the C4.5 algorithm developed by Quinlan. The results in this study indicate that the use of the R2 value in the C4.5 algorithm has good performance in terms of accuracy and recall because three of the four datasets used have a higher value than the C4.5 algorithm without R2. Whereas in the aspect of precision, it has quite good performance because only two datasets have a higher value than the performance results of the algorithm without R2.

Abstract: Environmental damage due to greenhouse gas emissions affects forest sustainability in Bantimurung National Park, Maros. It takes the participation of all parties to overcome this. The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal framework for environmental economic instruments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Bantumutung National Park, Maros. This research method uses explanatory data using secondary data from Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning the Protection and Preservation of the Environment from the Ministry of Forestry and Environment; PP No. 46 of 2017 concerning Environmental Economic Instruments from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry; and Regional Regulation of the Maros Regency Government No 05 of 2009. The Maros district government has played an active role in efforts to reduce greenhouse emissions. This can be seen by funding the P4JH program through the APBD. To maximize environmental economic instruments in forest management, it is recommended to apply for funding not only from the regional budget but also from ICCTF grants. At the provincial level of South Sulawesi, it is necessary to draw up a Governor's regulation that regulates the tagging and scoring budget as a strengthening of the government's role. At the district level, it is recommended to renew the Regional Regulation which regulates the technical implementation of tree planting by civil servants starting from the selection of land locations, types of plants, and the mechanism as a condition for promotion or other matters.

Wireless technology based on the IEEE 802.11 standard and in accordance with the KEMINFO 2019 regulations requires antennas that can adapt to changing environments. Microstrip antennas are a good solution to meet the current technological advancements because they have several advantages, such as a simple design, lightweight, easy manufacturing, and low cost. When designing a microstrip antenna, bandwidth parameters must be observed. The bandwidth of a microstrip antenna is narrow. In order to work properly, some simple techniques can be used to increase antenna bandwidth. This research proposes a reconfigurable microstrip antenna polarization using a U-slot at a frequency of (2.4– 2.485) GHz for WLAN applications. The proposed antenna reconfiguration utilizes two (2) switching mechanisms that can be turned on and off individually or simultaneously. The results of the simulation showed that Ant. 1 and Ant. 2 have a linear polarization (LP), Ant. 1 has a bandwidth of 85 MHz (2.399 – 2.484) GHz, and Ant.2 has a bandwidth of 87 MHz (2.398– 2.485) GHz, both with S-parameter values ≤-9.54 dB. Then, Ant. 3 has a right circular polarization with a bandwidth value of 124 MHz (2.397 – 2.484) GHz, and Ant. 4 has a left circular polarization with a bandwidth value of 87 MHz (2.398 – 2.485) GHz at the Axial Ratio (AR) limit of ≤ 3 dB.
