Abstract

This study aimed how to make strategic objectives in BLKI Semarang with Structured SWOT Approach, ISM and ANP, the result known that learning and growth perspective has the biggest weighted from three others perspecitves about 0.971, is related by BLKI Semarang to emphasize capability itself in intern organization for enhance needfull thing about industrial worker in Indonesia especially in Center Java, for three others weighted which are 0.013 for internal business process perspective and finance perspectiv, and last weighted of 0,003 for customer perspective. There are 19 strategic objectives been made, insist of 4 strategic objectives for internal bussiness process perspectives, 3 strategic objectives of finance perspectives, 4 strategic objectives for customer perspectives, and last 8 strategic objectives for learning and growth perspectives. Therefore the biggest global weighted of whole strategic objectives which is strategic objective of membangun kegiatan berbasis kompetensi yang berwawasan industri terkini from learning and growth perspective.

Abstract

In general, planning supply use the information from combination varying capacity and inventory to plan the aggregate rates of production by time period for groups of product. This research objective is PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera’s (TPS) that produces wafersticks. In the company sometimes occured the wafersticks product can be not fulfilled. This is happened because waferstick inventory unstable. This causes problems that PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera (TPS) was less capable to fulfill the market’s demands. To solve this PT TPS should be managing the working hours, workforces, production capacity and finished goods inventory, they are called aggregate planning. This research are determine safety stocks, planning supply and material inventory planning.Managing supply of waferstick product is started by forecast the demand. The forecast result is used to estimate safety stock of waferstick. Then the forecasting result and safety stock become of input Integer linier programming model to determine aggregate planning. The aggregate planning is used to find optomal lot size of waferstick raw material. Then lot sizing become input Planned Order Receipt in the Material Planning Requirements (MRP). Forecast method used to forecast the demand is decomposition, this method is he best method find estimation demand because it have more less MAD than the other. The determination of the safety stock is actually more accurate with the 90% by Romy & Yuli waferstick safety inventory is 1106 cartons and 2364 cartons for Pio. From aggregate planning there is back order in 13 th is 11 cartons. The planning cost for Romy & Yuli waferstick Rp 625.670.902,33 and Cost for Pio waferstick Rp 1.462.296.180,00. Waferstick material planning by optimal lot size between 695 kilograms up to 8487 kilograms by waferstick materials cost is Rp 6.315.520,00.

Abstract

This paper proposes design and development of below knee prosthesis using quality function deployment (QFD) to return the balance of human body so the patient can do their daily activities. In this method, design and development based on the voice of customer. The result of design and development is below knee prosthesis using insert silicone socket, cuff rubber suspension system, adaptor rotator ankle, jaipur foot and stainless steel pylon as strengteness. It is hope, that this below knee prosthesis be able to accommodate the user’s need and want.

Abstract

Company can utilize Quality Award model to measure and evaluate efficacy of its quality managementimplementation. Three model which is often used is Deming Prize (DP), Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA), and European Quality Award EQA). EQA is newest development model. Dutch Quality Award (DQA) is appreciation of quality in Dutch which its development follow EQA. Case Real how to measure quality management in company is given to describe way of utilizing Quality Award to measure and evaluate efficacy quality management implementation in company X .

Abstract

Wide scope of the newspaper circulation not further becomes increased values that can be stronger the market. When the newspaper likely cone be “attendant” a limited community (local), newspaper will to try appear as superior and established in market community that will be reach. The research is done to know segments, target and position of Solopos newspaper as the basic of their marketing strategies. Data intrepetation is done through survey with questioner methods that spread to Solopos’s customer in fifthten village chief in Surakarta. The methods of processing data using multivariate analysis i.e. cluster analysis uses to find out the customers’ group based on their similar perception, Multi Dimensional Scaling Analysis and Correspondence Analysis used to mapping the position of Solopos among its competitor. Output of this research is that Solopos customer grouping into three segments, with different characteristics i.e. occupation, income, and position in family. First segment consist of customer which has more interest on news completely, style language, price agree with quality and easy to get its. Respondent in second segment inclined negative characteristic to some part of the attribute. Third segment more interest on headline, actuality, factuality, and inexpensive price and appropriate to ship the product. Position mapping show that the position of brand’s point is far from each other. It means that customer’s perception on each newspaper is differently or each brand has its uniqueness. Furthermore, known that Solopos has specialty on service and promotion. Based on the result of data analysis, Solopos would be able to be offered for community’s group of first and third segment, because of the specialty that is service. The design of marketing mix includes maintaining the quality and price, increasing the promotion and service that are Solopos’s specialty.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) has been recognized as foremost business strategy that can improve business process, save costs, enhance company’s revenue. This strategy application spans all range of businesses from manufacturing to service company. In order to be successful, SCM requires full commitment from corporate executive, supported by thorough strategic and tactical planning. In this report, we audit current supply chain status of PT XY and aim to identify some processes where ineffective operations are being carried in its supply chain activities. The company currently struggles to hold their position in overseas market from vicious competitors from China and Vietnam. Therefore, XY wants to make better and more rapid supply chain decisions in response to volatile customers demand and increasing supply costs. Based on the findings of XY business situation, we recommend process improvements in supplier relationship, product development, transport management, procurement activity and customer relationship management, which will increase XY customer service level. We also propose supply chain information system (SCIS) implementation in production planning, inventory control and distribution which will improve XY supply chain processes, support critical strategy decision and give significant advantages over its competitors.

Abstract

Peta evakuasi sangat penting bagi suatu rumah sakit. Hal ini dikarenakan untuk mengurangi resiko saat terjadi bencana (gempa bumi) dan sebagai syarat akreditasi untuk memperoleh akreditasi suatu rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun peta evakuasi dan penandaannya. Dengan perancangan peta evakuasi, diharapkan dapat terpenuhi salah satu syarat akreditasi rumah sakit dan memudahkan penghuni bangunan rumah sakit dalam mencari jalan tercepat saat keadaan darurat atau keadaan bahaya. Terdapat dua tahap dalam perancangan peta evakuasi. Tahap yang pertama ialah perancangan alur evakuasi dengan menggunakan Algoritma Floyd-Warshall untuk menentukan lintasan terpendek. Tahap kedua ialah penandaan peta evakuasi. Tahap pertama terdiri dari enam tahap, yaitu pembuatan block plan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Kebumen, penentuan letak titik berkumpul (assembly point), penentuan node, pemilahan titik berkumpul (assembly point) untuk masing-masing ruang, penentuan jarak masing-masing ruang ke titik berkumpul (assembly point), dan penentuan alternatif evakuasi. Tahap kedua merupakan perancangan penandaan peta evakuasi. Dalam hal ini, warna dan bahan penandaan peta evakuasi sesuai dengan Rumah Sakit Islam Surakarta. Penandaan peta evakuasi dibuat dari bahan acrlylic dan dipasang sepanjang jalur evakuasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 40 ruang yang dapat langsung ditentukan lintasan evakuasinya dan 35 ruang ditentukan lintasan terpendeknya dengan menggunakan Algoritma Floyd-Warshall. Dari ketiga puluh lima ruang itu, 16 ruang menuju titik berkumpul sebelah utara, 5 ruang menuju titik berkumpul sebelah barat, dan 14 ruang menuju titik berkumpul sebelah selatan. Sehingga titik berkumpul sebelah utara menampung 39 ruang, titik berkumpul sebelah barat menampung 19 ruang, dan titik berkumpul sebelah selatan 17 ruang serta peta evakuasi telah disusun dan akan dipasang di tempat-tempat strategis sepanjang jalur evakuasi.

Abstract

Performance measurement is important to business organization both manufacturing or service industry, and education. Performance measurement considers all activities and satisfies stakeholder’s requirements. The aim of his research is to design performance measurement in a Department in X University using Integrated Performance Measurement Systems (IPMS) method. IPMS is a performance measurement method that considers stakeholder’s requirements and measure performance integrally. IPMS method generates Key Performance Indicators (KPI) from stakeholder’s requirements by four steps, that are; identification of stakeholder’s requirements, development of external monitor, objectives establishment, and identification of KPs. Each of KPI has difference significance to performancemeasurement system. The significance of each KPI is counted by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This research results 7 performance measurement perspectives that consist of 15 objectives. The objectives can be measured by 57 KPI (consist of 43 main KPI and 24 sub KPI)

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2005 Universitas Negeri Sebelas Maret Surakarta telah memiliki suatu layanan on line melalui portal Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) untuk setiap fakultas di UNS. Sistem ini merupakan fasilitas bagi civitas akademik UNS untuk mengakses berbagai data akademik melalui internet dari manapun dan kapanpun. Cukup dengan mengunjungi website: http://siakad.uns.ac.id pengguna dapat mengakses biodata dan berbagai data akademik seperti KHS (Kartu Hasil Studi), KRS (Kartu Rencana Studi), jadwal kuliah, dan berbagai informasi akademik lainnya. Secara kontinyu, pihak pengelola SIAKAD TI UNS telah berupaya memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi pengguna, namun ternyata masih sering muncul keluhan terkait dengan penggunaannya. Keluhan-keluhan dari pengguna ini belum terstruktur sehingga pihak administrator sulit untuk memformulasikan solusi yang tepat dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan atribut usabilitas persepsi pengguna SIAKAD TI UNS. Penelitian ini terdiri dari lima tahap. Tahap pertama yaitu penelusuran daftar atribut awal usabilitas SIAKAD yang diperoleh melalui studi pustaka. Tahap kedua yaitu identifikasi atribut tambahan dari reponden. Tahap ketiga adalah penentuan atribut penting dengan menggunakan analisis asosiasi dengan uji Q Cochran guna mendapatkan atribut dengan bobot kepentingan sama. Tahap keempat adalah analisis faktor yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan faktor baru dengan metode ekstraksi Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dan rotasi Varimax. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 27 atribut usabilitas persepsi SIAKAD TI UNS yang dapat dijelaskan oleh 8 faktor yaitu faktor Kemudahan dan Keterandalan (Simplicity and Reliability), Ketersediaan fitur (Feature Availability), Kualitas informasi (Information Quality), Efisiensi (Efficiency), Kecepatan Tanggap dan Kemudahan dipelajari (Responsivness and Learnability), Kecepatan dan Ketersediaan record (Acceleration and Record Availability), Kesiapan Akses dan Penanganan Masalah (Accessibility and Problem solve), Konsistensi dan Kemanan (Consistency and Security).
