Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of video learning physics for business and energy based on Microsoft Office PowerPoint. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) which is limited to the Development stage. The research instrument used was a validation questionnaire sheet where 3 validators were used to test the feasibility of the material, media, and language. In addition, other research instruments used were in the form of a readability questionnaire that was distributed to students. The data analysis technique uses the Ideal Standards. The results showed that the average score of the feasibility test by the validator was 99.6 with the "Good" category and the results of the readability test by the students were 44.9 with the "Very Good" category, so the learning video developed was included in the appropriate category. to be tested. The product of this research can be used as an independent learning medium for students.

Abstract

This study aims to find the right theoretical approach for real pendulum oscillations with large angles and include the air damping factor. Video of real pendulum oscillations were analyzed using Tracker software, to obtain experimental data. The real pendulum motion equation is modeled by a second order nonlinear differential equation by including linear damping, quadratic damping and damping on the pendulum string. The pendulum motion equation is solved by the 4th Order Runge-Kutta method then the results are compared with the experimental data. Modeling by considering quadratic damping and string damping is closer to the real phenomenon of pendulum motion than only considering linear damping.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the generative learning model on physics learning outcomes in class XI IPA 1 SMAN 15 Konawe Selatan. This study uses an experimental method with a non-equivalent control design research design, in this design there is a pretest and posttest for the experimental and control classes. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, namely class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class and class XI IPA 2 as the control class. The results showed that there was an effect of the generative learning model on physics learning outcomes after treatment in the experimental class and control class with tcount > ttable or 2,7 > 2,005. So it can be concluded that the effective generative learning model can improve student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the discovery learning model assisted by LKPD based on a scientific approach to the learning outcomes of physics in fluid materials. The method used is a pre-experimental design, with a research design of one group pretest-posttest design. Based on the research that has been done, the average pretest score for learning outcomes is 71.40 in sufficient criteria. Meanwhile, the posttest average of students' learning outcomes was 81.25, indicating that students' learning outcomes were in good criteria. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing with the paired sample t-test, showed the value of sig. 0.000 which means <0.05, meaning that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students before and after being given treatment. And the results of the n-gain test to determine the increase in student learning outcomes obtained the average learning outcomes before and after learning using the discovery learning learning model has increased in the medium category. This shows that the discovery learning model assisted by LKPD based on a scientific approach is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contextual-based instrument of the game assisted by the kahoot quiz to measure students' critical thinking skills. The design in this study is Research and Development with a limited trial on 10 students of class X-Mipa 2 and a broad trial on 30 students of class X-Mipa 5. The data taken in this study are content validation by experts, validity, reliability , level of difficulty, and differentiating power, questionnaires on student responses to the instrument, and tests of critical thinking skills. The results showed that the percentage of appropriateness according to material experts was 93.33% and media experts was 81.05% with very feasible criteria. Student responses to the assessment instrument received a positive response from all students. Critical thinking ability as measured by the instrument got an average score of 64 with good category. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that the contextual-based instrument assisted by the Kahoot quiz is used to measure students' critical thinking skills

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of intensity and duration of exposure to the ELF magnetic field on the density of silken tofu. The type of research used is experimental research with Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The research sample consisted of 5 samples of the control group (without exposure to the ELF magnetic field) and 36 samples of the experimental group (exposed to ELF magnetic fields of 600µT, 900 T, and 1200 T for 50 minutes, 100 minutes, and 150 minutes). Measurement of research data was carried out at 0 hours before exposure and at 10, 20, 30, and 40 hours after exposure. The results showed that exposure to the ELF magnetic field could affect changes in the density value of silken tofu. This is evidenced by the graph of the density value in the control group measurement which decreased more sharply than the experimental group which tended to maintain the density value. The intensity of the ELF magnetic field which is effective in maintaining the density value of silken tofu is at 1200 µT with an exposure time of 100 minutes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of applying physics learning based on problem based learning at SMA Negeri 1 Suak Tapeh. The method in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from observations and interviews with physics subject teachers and documentation. In analyzing this research, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion were drawn. The result of this research is the physics learning process still uses conventional learning models by way of lecturing to students but there is an approach that uses other learning models but not completely. learning with problem based learning models, the implementation of the independent curriculum has been implemented, but the PBL model has not been fully implemented due to the curriculum transfer process. PBL is in accordance with collaborative learning in solving existing problems in accordance with physics learning. The application of problem-based learning models in physics learning is only part of the teachers who apply it to achieve better learning such as physics learning which studies natural phenomena, as well as the surrounding environment so that it is feasible to be implemented in learning. process. learning. The problem-based learning process is based on the application of Pancasila profile learning by producing projects that start from solving problems related to the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the value of the damping coefficient in water for a ruler using three types of materials and two different oscillation directions. The research problem is how the damping coefficient of several types of solids oscillates in water. The type of oscillating solid is a ruler whose materials are made of aluminum, iron, and stainless steel with varying lengths and widths . The research method used is an experiment with a water sample at a temperature of 200C with a viscosity value of 1,00 mPa.s found in the faucet of the physics laboratory of the University of Sanata Dharma Yogyakarta. The data collection tool used is Video Logger Pro, which is considered to be accurate in measuring attenuation for each time it makes observations on each type of solid. Based on the results of the study by swinging the ruler in different oscillation modes at a declination angle of < 10 0, with variations in length being cut 9,5 cm, then each of them was cut back twice with the next 2 cm in length, creating three variations in length. Cut the width variation from the initial 2,6cm wide, then cut the next 0,3cm width twice so there are three width variations. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the smaller the moment of inertia, the smaller the value of the damping coefficient

This type of research is a mix methode with a multiphase design research design. This research was conducted at the Physics Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar. The results showed that the content validity test conducted with the Gregory test showed a validity level of 0.9 and the construct validity test obtained 28 valid items and 12 invalid items, while the reliability test using Alpha Cronbach obtained 0.6045 (quite reliable). From the results of the analysis of the quality of the questions obtained as many as 11 good grains, as many as 20 grains are enough and as many as 9 grains are not good. The impilation of this lamp is a question that has good quality and is good enough to be used as a question bank, while the question item that is not good should be revised
