Abstract

Kecenderungan global dalam pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan untuk demokrasi yang secara luar biasa berpotensi mempengaruhi pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan pada negara-negara yang menganut faham demokrasi konstitusional. kecenderungan global itu adalah komponen-komponen yang saling berinterelasi, pengajaran konsep-konsep inti secara sistematik, analisis terhadap studi kasus, keterampilan-keterampilan pembuatan keputusan, analisis komparatif, keterampilan partisipatoris dan kebajikan warga negara melalui kegiatan-kegitan belajar, penggunaan buku sumber, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kebajikan-kebajikan warga negara, dan menghubungkan antara isi dan proses dalam belajar mengajar pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kebajikan-kebajikan warga negara. Berdasarkan kecenderungan global, kajian tentang kecenderungan global dalam pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan cukup berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan pada tingkat persekolahan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed at describing the realization of moral values within folklore of "Golan Mirah", originated from Nambang Rejo village, Sukorejo, Ponorogo. The moral value is reflected through plot and figures' character. Practically, the data were gathered through the following steps: (1) reading and re-reading the object carefully, and (2) taking the note any relevant findings. The result of study showed that "Golan Mirah" folklore contained moral values, as follows: (a) human and God relationship, (b) human and human relationship, and (c) relationship within individual. The relationships between human and God were realizad through (a) believe in God, (b) praying, and (c) doing shalah. The relationship among humans were realizad in giving advise, and friend to friend advise. The relationship within individual were realized through patience and sincerity.

Abstract

Based on interviews to custom character, the author identifying there is a change of values in the village of Tanjung Harapan, Seputih Banyak Central Lampung Regency. The community used to be acquainted with local values and can run these values, now this value has already started to fade. The community began living individual in the association. This research aims to know the influence of the social environment and teen attitudes toward change values in the village of Tanjung Harapan , Seputih Banyak Central Lampung Regency. Research methods using quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques using question form. Data processing used formula Product Moment, which is then followed by the formula Sperman Brown.Based on the results of the research that has been conducted on the influence of the social environment and Teen Attitudes toward Change Values in the village of Tanjung Harapan ,Seputih Banyak Central Lampung Regency, then it can be inferred that there is an influence significantly between attitudes towards social and environmental values. The social environment has a role as a vehicle of non formal education in the framework of the establishment of the attitude of adolescents in associating and communicating

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to deepen social phenomena related to issues of religious tolerance, culture and the role of the media. Nowadays, the existence of printed, electronic, or social media is regarded as a consideration of a study. The fundamental reason is that media is currently the most important part in publishing the handling of religion, ideology, and social religious move cases within society. Generally, media is capable of stirring the order of society life. Therefore, this study has fairly important scope, specifically, in the role of publishing the moral principle of Divinity and Humanity and the practice of religion and culture tolerance. In this case media is assumed as a part of agents and social controllers, particularly in informing the value of religious freedom and protection in the community. Abstract

This writing aim for describe precident and vice precident general election in Indonesia democration research methods that use is normative juridical. Research result show there is incompatibility between the precident and vice precident regulation election general system, regulation in article 6 UUD NRI 1945 as weel in article 2 law number 42/2008 about Precident and Vice Precident Election with democration that apply in Indonesia, can seen if. Next in article 6 A paragraph 1 UUD NRI 1945 determine that precident and vice precident selected in one candidate pair with direct by poeple’s, conditions direct selected by the poeple’s if reviewed on philosopical contradictory with number 4 Pancasila essence. Historically Indonesia is an eastern country that has a high spirit of mutual cooperation. This means that the soul of mutual-mutuality and togetherness must be embedded in every Indonesian nation that is manifested in the form of indirect democracy. On sociological remember large Indonesia region And the enormous population and geographical conditions that exist, will certainly be more effective and efficient if the presidential election and vice president by the people's representative agencies because it will be more simple and easy to do and does not take a long time and high costs.

Abstract

This study aims to explore that the values of local wisdom based on indigenous people. In addition, to develops the character of civic disposition in Kuta Village and its implementation in the level of schooling. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with case study method. The data was collected by the study of literature, interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that two part of main data.  First of all, the values of the character within the indigenous village of Kuta is reflected in the art, the adage (proverb Sunda), and outlook of life, which consists of a soft character, orderly, efficiency, and discipline. Moreover, mutual love, mutual maintain, teach each other, sincere, obedient or submissive, visionary (thinking ahead), responsible, dedicated, loyalty, sympathy, empathy, compassion, tolerance, sacrifice, devotion, faith and piety, simple, humble, appreciative health, thoughtful, and constructive thinking. Secondly, the implementation of the values of local wisdom in the level of schooling can be through the subject of Civic education, integration in every subject, habituation (habit) of the school and in extra-curricular integration.

Abstract

The maturity of university students and academic people in Bandung is still not good enough. There are some university students who can't accept the political difference or deliver their political aspirations well. They sometimes deliver their political intentions by doing anarchics actions. This way will lead to the danger of our country's unity since university student is the part of our country's future. Referring to this case, it is necessary to create the university students into the persons that have adequate political maturity. The material of democracy education in citizenship education is the solutive way to ask the university students to do polite political actions. The implementation the democracy values can help the students to have political maturity.

Abstract

The subjects of Pancasila and Citizenship Education are implemented so that every citizen knows about the rights and obligations in running the life of nation and state. As a nation with a long history of struggle for independence, the love of the country, patriotism and nationalism must remain in every soul of Indonesian society. As the development of the era and technology, the values are increasingly decreasing, especially among school-age adolescents. The purpose of this study is to understand the implementation of learning discovery learning method in PPKn subjects in Junior High School 1 Jenangan Ponorogo Regency and to understand how to form civic skills through discovery learning method. This research method is descriptive qualitative first, to understand to comprehend implementation of learning discovery learning method in class VIII subject of PPKn at SMP Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo Regency. Second, to understand how to form civic skill through discovery learning method in class VIII subject of PPKn in junior high school 1 jakarta Ponorogo regency. Implementation of learning discovery learning model in PPKn subjects in class VIII SMPN 1 by: 1) Stimulation (stimulation / stimulation), 2) Problem statement (statement / identification problem 3), Data collection (data collection). 4) Data Processing (data processing). 5) Verification (verification). 6) Generalization (drawing conclusions / generalizations).

Abstract

The aims of this study were to analyze multicultural educational policy for non-Islamic students at Kupang Muhammadiyah School. The researce use qualitative method. Subject of research was determined of technic of purposive sampling such as school environement, curriculum, teacher/headmaster and students at SMA and SMK Muhammadiyah Kupang. Meanwhile, the data was collected through in-depth interview, observation, file note, and document. The research uses qualitative method in one circle to analyze data among collection, organization, reading/memo, description, classification, interpretation, and visualization. As a result, the study found multicultural educational policy at SMA and SMK Muhammadiyah Kupang can be showed on recognition of the rights of the students, namely: schools as ideology Islamic approve students from whole religions, non-Islamic female students are not required to wear the hijab, schools provide religion teacher for each religion, and dismissing students on every religious holiday. On the other hand, multicultural education policy at SMA and SMK Muhammadiyah Kupang can be categorized into hidden curriculum, because it was not found multicultural word in curriculum even vision and mission, but multicultural values are supported by the teacher and headmaster.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to look at the environmental protection efforts undertaken by the government from the perspective of the constitution and education of Citizenship. The method used in the writing of this article is Library Research, which collects data from scientific articles, research reports or other things relevant to the topic. From the results of this study can be seen that the actual environmental protection already exists in the Indonesian Constitution that is in article 28H paragraph 1 and article 33 paragraph 4 of the 1945 Constitution. While the education of citizenship protection can be seen from efforts to awaken the responsibility of citizens related to environmental sustainability and apply the 18 character values in KDP learning. There are also adiwiyata programs integrated in PPKn subjects.
