Abstract

Computer and internet technology encourage learners' autonomy by allowing them to choose the time, place, and circumstances conducive to learning. The application of digital technology has meaningful connections with developing students' learning autonomy and promoting their skills independently. This research aimed to present meaningful information for the readers about the effectiveness of digital technology in promoting students' autonomous learning by answering the two research questions; what kinds of digital technology's characteristics, and which digital technology condition effectively promotes students' autonomous learning. The Simple Literature Review includes seven articles selected from 19 articles in Google scholar, 1.215 articles in Science direct, and four articles in Sinta (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6). The reviewed articles indicated seven apps; Schoology, Multimedia-assisted Instruction (MAI), Information Communication Technologies (ICTs), Memrises, Quizlet, Socrative, Sli-do, and Three-Dimensional (3D). The virtual environments allow students to promote their autonomous learning in such conditions as long-distance learning, classroom learning activities, and self-training activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of attendance (fingerprint) in improving employee discipline at the CV Hikayat Cipta Semesta office. This study uses a quantitative research type where there are two variables, namely fingerprint attendance and works motivation as independent variables and employee discipline as the dependent variable, using data sources including primary, secondary, population, and sample data. . Data collection methods used are interviews, distributing questionnaires to several respondents and documenting data or variables in the form of notes, and so on. As well as using measuring tools in the form of validity and reliability to see the validity and reliability of the research results in Cronbach alpha, then using data analysis methods using multiple regression analysis methods which are used to determine the effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable partially and simultaneously, namely the fingerprint attendance variable. From the results of this study, it was seen partially with the T-test that fingerprint attendance did not significantly affect employee discipline at CV Hikayat Cipta Semesta, while the work motivation variable had a significant effect on employee discipline at CV Hikayat Cipta Semesta. Furthermore, the simultaneous influence test with the F test, shows that fingerprint attendance and work motivation have a significant effect on employee discipline. From the results of this research, it is hoped that it can be useful for all parties, especially in improving employee discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Brand Ambassador on Buying Interest at Lazada. This study uses quantitative methods. The variables that are connected in this study are Brand Ambassador (X) and Purchase Interest (Y). Sources of data used consist of primary data, population observations and samples in this study are consumers. The test was carried out using the help of SPSS 26. The results obtained from this research indicate that partially brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on buying interest at Lazada. Brand ambassador variable has a strong influence. The Adjusted R-Square value obtained is 0.489. It can be said that the contribution of the brand ambassador to the purchase intention variable is significant

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital, firm size, and leverage on profitability in poultry industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2020. The analysis used in this study uses a fixed effect model with panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Intellectual Capital had no significant effect on profitability. Company size has a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA). Leverage (DER) has a negative and significant effect on changes in Profitability (ROA) of Intellectual Capital (VAIC), Firm Size (FSZ) and Leverage (DER) together have a positive and significant effect on changes in Profitability (ROA) in listed Poultry Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2012-2020. The coefficient of determination shows the result of 81.36%.

Abstract

The implementation of Distance Learning for 2 years, caused students to miss the school atmosphere because they were used to using smartphones in the learning process, but when the Covid-19 atmosphere began to be under control, the learning process was carried out again in the classroom, therefore schools had to make changes. changes in the learning process. This study aims to determine the use of the lecture method during the new normal era in performing administrative procedures subject at SMK Negeri 1 Bone. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. There were 7 informants in this study. Data collection is done through interview techniques and observation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the lecture method begins with preparation, namely praying together to avoid Covid-19, conveying learning objectives, and doing apperception. The implementation of learning is directed so that students stay focused on the learning atmosphere, with the focus on students, the learning objectives will be easily achieved. The final stage is carried out with a question and answer session, and concluding, not forgetting that the teacher always reminds students to continue to implement health protocols.

Abstract

The implementation of public services is an effort by the state to fulfill the basic needs of the rights of every citizen to goods, services, and administrative services provided by public service providers. Administrative services in Tanete Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency are still using the conventional system or manual system. This study aims to produce a website-based information system development model for integrated village administration services with the community and Tanete village officials. The methodology used in the study begins with data collection consisting of observation and identification, surveys, interviews and discussions with village officials. Next with the stage of developing an information system. Data was collected by means of observation, survey and document analysis. The information system development stage is carried out at the information system development stage by system analysis and system design. The results of the research are in the form of a web-based program prototype, namely the right technology to provide information on managing integrated village administration services with the community and Tanete village officials. The application makes it easier for the community and village officials to provide village administrative services.

Abstract

Excellent service is closely related to the service business which is carried out in an effort to provide a sense of satisfaction and foster trust in customers or consumers. This study aims to determine the description of excellent service from the A6 aspect in Grapari Makassar. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study to provide an in-depth picture of excellent service in terms of A6. The informants in this study were five randomly selected customers, and one customer service. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview and observation. The data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model consisting of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the excellent service from the A6 aspect has been carried out very well

Abstract

The village has the authority to regulate its own area according to the abilities and potential of the community in order to achieve prosperity and equitable distribution of economic capabilities. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the Effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation Management in Salo Dua Village, Maiwa District, District. To achieve this goal, the informants in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and 2 (two) Communities. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the Effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation Management in Salo Dua Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency has been effective. It can be seen from the results of the study that the Village Fund Allocation in its use is prioritized for office operational costs, village government income and allowances, etc. If you have excess then the funds can be used for development costs. From the results of the study, it can also be seen from the planning process that the planning carried out was carried out with the preparation of a work plan. In the implementation process, the recording and use of the Village Fund Allocation has been carried out properly and on target. Likewise with the administrative process, the Village Treasurer has also done his job well by using the Siskeudes application. The reporting process has been carried out on time. Likewise, the accountability process has followed all stages in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

Implementation can be interpreted as an activity to carry out a policy as outlined in a regulation issued by the government or other state institutions in order to achieve the objectives outlined in the policy. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the implementation of policies in the preparation of financial statements at Makassar State University. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and document review. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that employees in the Finance/Accounting section of UNM, where on average they have understood what is meant by Accrual-Based SAP even though their level of understanding varies. is in accordance with the main duties and functions of each implementer of financial statement preparation, and the preparation of financial statements at the Makassar State University is prepared by the Financial Reporting Accounting Team assisted by the Assistant Expenditure Treasurer (BPP) of Makassar State University and coordinates with the expenditure treasurer, revenue treasurer , salary staff, and others related to the accounts contained in the financial statements.

Abstract

This study was intended to determine student learning models through the digitalization system during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Barru Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with a phenomenological research approach with data sources in this study using primary and secondary data with observation and interview data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of the research for the three aspects that are indicators related to digital learning innovation carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Barru whose overall results are considered to have not created good innovation, so that the learning process implemented at SMA Negeri 1 Barru has not been able to provide stability in realizing higher quality education. quality.
