According to Ministry of Investments’ and the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Boards’ data, Small Micro and Medium Enterprises (“MSMEsâ€) have contributed Rp 8,574 trillion 61% of the value of Gross Domestic Product (“GDPâ€). Looking at the potential of MSMEs that can support the national economy, the Indonesian government has begun to shift its focus to empowering MSMEs. One of the root causes that hinder the efforts to scale up the MSMEs is about capital. This is exacerbated by the condition of the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 that has reduced the possibility and opportunities for MSMEs to raise capital. Along with the recovery of MSMEs in Indonesia after COVID-19, the Indonesian government has provided diverse economic stimulus. One of them is by issuing Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 57/POJK.04/2020 of 2020 which essentially regulates Securities Crowdfunding (“SCFâ€). The regulation has been updated to accelerate the empowerment of MSMEs in Indonesia through the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 16/POJK.04/2021 of 2021. This study uses normative juridical methods through a secondary data approach, aiming to break down and analyze how the financing model and implementation of SCF regulations will support MSMEs. This study has resulted that the role of SCF regulation has strategically supported MSME activities in Indonesia through various facilities.

Various cases of religious disproportionality, such as the destruction of religious sites, often occur in Indonesia. This is certainly one of the obstacles for Indonesia to become a developed country. Religion is part of Human Rights (HAM) which must be respected and protected. Based on the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the state has an obligation to guarantee religious harmony. Indonesia has officially legalized six official religions. The People's Movement for Human Rights Education launched the concept of Human Rights Friendly Cities in 1997 with the concept of cities that are inclusive, fair and non-discriminatory. The concept was then developed by the World Forum on Human Rights Cities which is held annually in Gwangju, South Korea. The government's role is very influential in maintaining religious harmony, the government has made various efforts, including by issuing laws and regulations and establishing Religious Harmony Forums (FKUB) in various provinces to maintain religious harmony. The research methodology is library research and observation.

Paket C merupakan salah satu jenis Pendidikan Luar Sekolah yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM dan sederajat dengan SMA. Paket pembelajaran C membutuhkan pendekatan yang sesuai. Pendekatan andragogi yang tepat dalam program paket pendekatan Andragogi sangat dibutuhkan. Prinsip-prinsip ini digunakan karena mayoritas siswa melakukannya. Orang dewasa memiliki cara belajar yang berbeda, sehingga pendekatan andragok harus digunakan untuk memungkinkan siswa melakukan ini Kesediaan untuk belajar. Dalam hal ini, dapat dirumuskan sebagai Bagaimana menerapkan pendekatan andragogi, Bagaimana motivasi siswa di Paket C serta Pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Andragogi. Penerapan konsep andragogi oleh tutor setara paket C berfokus pada motivasi warga belajar, sehingga memotivasi warga belajar untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran dan mendorong keterlibatan yang tinggi dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tutor sebaya pack C menggunakan konsep andragogi dalam memotivasi pembelajaran pack C. Ada hubungan antara pendekatan andragogi agar menjadi tutor yang sukses. Tutor perlu mengembangkan kreativitasnya untuk menggunakan referensi. Dari sudut pandang teknis, pengorganisasian ide sangat konsisten, lengkap, dan mudah dibaca dan dipahami. Menerapkan Rujukan manajemen pembelajaran Efektif untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Peserta.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran terpadu model nested terhadap keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas sasaran 1 dan sasaran 2. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu sasaran 1 sejumlah 25 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan sasaran 2 sejumlah 20 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan posttest only control design. Teknik non probability sampling digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes essay berjumlah 5 butir soal. hipotesis di uji dengan uji t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil uji hipotesis uji-t pada dua kelas menunjukkan ð‘¡â„Žð‘–ð‘¡ð‘¢ð‘›ð‘” > ð‘¡ð‘¡ð‘Žð‘ð‘’ð‘™ yaitu 2,115 > 1,681 yang menerangkan adanya pengaruh pembelajaran terpadu model nested pada keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi di sekolah dasar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yaitu adanya pengaruh model nested terhadap keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi di sekolah dasar.

Kurikulum merupakan suatu program pendidikan yang direncanakan dan dilaksanakan untuk mencapai sejumlah tujuan pendidikan. Suatu kurikulum akan mampu berperan sebagai alat pendidikan jika sanggup merubah dirinya dan menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan-perubahan yang ada. Salah satu usaha perbaikan kualitas pendidikan adalah munculnya gagasan mengenai pentingnya pendidikan karakter dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Untuk penyempurnaan pendidikan karakter Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Mendikbud) Nadiem Anwar Makarim telah menjadikan Profil Pelajar Pancasila sebagai salah satu Visi dan Misi Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengembangan kurikulum 2013 dalam melaksanakan pendidikan karakter bermuatan profil pelajar pancasila di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Subjek peneitian ini ialah salah satu guru kelas VI di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa tujuan pengembangan kurikulum 2013 dalam melaksanakan pendidikan karakter profil pancasila ialah sebagai upaya perbaikan pembelajaran dari dampak ketertinggalan/ perbaikan pembelajaran pasca pandemi covid-19, pengembangan kurikulum dalam pelaksanaan pendidkan karakter profil pelajara pancasila yaitu dilaksanakannya berbagai program pembentukan karakter, mengintergrasikan nilai-nilai karakter dalam berbagai kegiatan, termasuk dalam proses pembelajaan yang lebih banyak dilakukan secara kolaborasi, serta kegiatan proyek yang dilakukan sesuai dengan tema proyek penguatan profil pancasila yang telah ditentukan pada setiap semester.

The word Ulul albab if interpreted linguistically consists of two words that both contain good meanings, namely: the word Ulul and the word Al-albab, here the word Ulul means someone who has/has something different from the word Al-albab, namely someone who has/has many meanings. From the meaning of the word, we can take the meaning of Ibn Kathir where he stated that Ulul Albab is a person who has perfect reason and intelligence within him. From here the pronunciation in Ulul Al-bab does as many as 16 repetitions in the Qur'an. However, literally the meaning of ulul al-bab is still in public which is only explained briefly and not in depth, because it is only explained literally that ulul al-bab is someone who has reason and intelligence in him. In writing this has a goal which is a form of writing in the description of the understanding of the nature and also the characters in ulul albab. In this writing we use an easy method where we take the literature review method, which is to explore various reference sources in the form of books and journals. Therefore, the results of the research that has been carried out show that an ulul al-bab person is able to manage the time he has with the 2 earliest activities, namely thinking/thinking and also remembering, therefore from these two activities together and in tandem to be able to always remember Allah SWT in any situation and anywhere. In the Indonesian translation itself, the meaning of the word Ulul Al-bab is very often used, because Ulul Al-bab is very often interpreted as "Man who has reason" and also "Man who has intelligence in his life. The Muslim character itself which is considered competent to build a good soul in the Qur'an is referred to as a community that has Ulul Al-bab adab.

Academic ethics is the noble standard to which all scholars must adhere in thinking, acting, acting, and acting as intellectuals in the pursuit of their scientific agenda and in relation to their environment and educational institutions. Values. The purpose of this research is to clarify academic ethics concerning the environment and educational institutions, educational environments, educational institutions, and cases of academic ethics concerning the environment and educational institutions. This type of research is qualitative because it is subjective and draws conclusions from observations. The research findings are that academic ethics related to the environment and educational institutions need to be embedded in each student's mind in order to consistently communicate positive things related to teaching.

Education Management Information System is a combination of human resources and information technology applications to select, store, process, and retrieve in order to support the decision-making process in the field of education. Researchers realize the importance of adopting information systems practices combined with technological advances. The purpose of this study is to find out how information systems are meant as support for education management decision making. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that the information system supporting education management decision making greatly utilizes all the potential of facilities / facilities and infrastructure as a stepping stone in the application of education management information systems. Stages in Management Information Systems 1). Management Information System Data Collection Process, 2). Management of Management Information Systems, 3) Deployment of Management Information Systems. Specifically, the development of an education driver's license can provide improvements in educational services, namely, policy-making considerations on the customer satisfaction process in a determination of meeting educational quality standards that include basic services and auxiliary services.

Based on ethics research, the interaction between teachers and students is very necessary because it greatly influences their behavior. In order to become teachers who are expected to fulfill the tasks assigned to us, we must surrender to God Almighty. In addition, the relationship between teacher and student is also one of the factors that influence the success of teaching Islam. Ethics is also a dimension that deserves attention because ethics is the core of educational goals. Ethics are rules, norms, rules or procedures that are often used as guidelines or principles for someone to carry out actions and behaviors that are very important for the lives around us, because they apply to our daily behavior. Ethics guides a person or group in behaving and acting. As educators, teachers must be able to set an example in ethics and communication. To be successful in learning, teachers must provide students with approaches appropriate to their situations, where diversity is important.

The background of the problem in this article is the need to analyze the strategies for developing teacher professionalism in the context of school-based management at the elementary level in the digital era. The aim of this article is to analyze the strategies, benefits, challenges, and impacts of using technology on the development of teacher professionalism within the context of school-based management at the elementary level in the digital era. This article employs a qualitative research method, utilizing interviews with five teachers and analyzing recent literature. The research procedure involved structured interviews with teachers involved in professionalism development, as well as data collection and analysis using thematic coding. The findings and discussions indicate that strategies for developing teacher professionalism through technology utilization in the context of school-based management at the elementary level in the digital era have been identified. The challenges include limited access, inadequate training, and privacy concerns. However, the benefits include access to extensive educational resources, global collaboration, and increased student engagement. The use of technology also has a positive impact on improving the quality of teaching and the efficiency of school-based management. As a recommendation, support and collaboration among schools, government, and stakeholders are necessary to ensure effective and equitable utilization of technology in the context of elementary education.
