Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh luas lahan, biaya benih, biaya pupuk, biaya pestisida dan biaya tenaga kerja terhadap pendapatan petani padi sawah di Desa Kalangkagan dan Ginunggung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dengan responden sebanyak 41 orang petani. Hasil penelitian secara parsial adalah variabel biaya tenaga kerja (X5) sendiri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan luas lahan (X1), biaya bibit (X2), biaya pupuk (X3=) dan biaya tiket (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan petani padi sawah di Desa Kalngkangan dan Ginunggung.

Abstract

Anggaran merupakan rencana keuangan yang disusun untuk periode tertentu, biasanya satu tahun. Anggaran memiliki peran penting dalam kegiatan usaha, termasuk dalam konteks pengembangan usaha. Penyusunan dan pelaksanaan anggaran yang baik dapat membantu usaha untuk mencapai tujuannya, baik tujuan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penyusunan dan pelaksanaan anggaran dalam konteks pengembangan usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan studi kasus pada usaha Gogos Pao-pao “Khas Makassar”. Jenis penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi, display dan verifikasi data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gogos Pao-pao “Khas Makassar” telah memiliki proses penyusunan dan pelaksanaan anggaran yang cukup baik. Proses penyusunan anggaran dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan melibatkan istri dan kedua karyawannya. Anggaran disusun berdasarkan target penjualan dan biaya yang diperkirakan. Pelaksanaan anggaran dilakukan secara ketat dengan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala. Namun, terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat diperbaiki dalam proses penyusunan dan pelaksanaan anggaran di Gogos Pao-pao “Khas Makassar”. Salah satunya adalah perlunya peningkatan akurasi dalam memperkirakan biaya. Selain itu, perlunya dilakukan analisis terhadap potensi risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian target anggaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi dan kontribusi pajak air tanah serta kendala dan upaya dalam meningkatkan realisasi penerimaan Pajak Air Tanah di Kabupaten Banggai selama periode 2018-2020. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan focus penelitian terhadap potensi dan kontribusi Pajak Air Tanah terhadap penerimaan pajak daerah Kabupaten Banggai. Lokasi penelitian berada di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Banggai.Penggalian potensi Pajak Air Tanah di Kabupaten Banggai menghasilkan presentase yang baik pada periode 2018-2019 karena mengalami kenaikan dan pada periode 2019-2020 mengalami penurunan. Adapun potensi yang belum tergali sebesar 2.641.856.175,4. Kontribusi pajak air tanah paling besar adalah 0,47% yaitu pada tahun 2019 sementara itu pada tahun 2018 sebesar 0,11 dan tahun 2020 sebesar 0,46. Hal ini memerlukan upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan potensi dan kontribusi Pajak Air Tanah sehingga meningkat pula penerimaan daerah Kabupaten Banggai.Kata Kunci : Pajak Air Tanah, Potensi, Kontribusi

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Camat Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dikantor Kecamatan Nuhon Kabupaten Banggai, Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden dari 45 populasi. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya, juga telah diuji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi normalitas, asumsi Multikolinearitas. dan asumsi multikolinearitas, Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima karena menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis positif signifikan. Berarti Kepemimpinan Camat memberikan kontribusi yang nyata terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational demands on employee burnout, as well as to determine the influence of family support on employee burnout at PT. Inocycle Technology Group in Gowa Regency. The research method used is quantitative with validity and reliability tests as data analysis methods. The classic assumption test involves the data normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this research, with hypothesis testing consisting of a partial significant test (t statistical test) and the determinant coefficient (R-Square). The research results show that organizational demands (X1) have a positive and significant influence on employee burnout at PT. Inocycle Technology Group in Gowa Regency. This means that if organizational demands are high, employee burnout levels will increase; conversely, if organizational demands are low, employee burnout tends to decrease. Family support (X2) turns out to have a negative and significant influence on employee burnout. In this context, a high level of family support can reduce the level of employee burnout, while a low level of family support can increase the level of employee burnout.

Abstract

The aim of this research is a type of quantitative research with the aim to know the impact of training and work experience on the productivity work of employees of PT. Indonesia Power UJP PLTU Barru. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from the shared questionnaire and related to the program being studied. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instruments used in this study used the likert scale method. Then the result of the research data used statistical calculations through the application SPSS. The result of the study showed that the training margin (X1) of labour productivity (Y) is 0,005< 0,05 and the tvalue 2,920 > ttable 1,667 with a positive regression coefficient value of 0,221, which means there is a positive and significant influence on employee productiveness. While work experience (X2) of work productivity (Y) is <0,001 < 0,05 and tvalue 5,704 > ttable 1,667 with a positive regression coefficient value of 0,647 which means there is a positive and significant influence between work experience on employee work productiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of co-worker support and work motivation on employee performance at Yakes Telkom Makassar. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and data collection techniques through questionnaires. This research uses a non-probability sample, namely a saturated sample, where the entire population is used as a sample, namely 32 respondents at Yakes Telkom Makassar. The analysis technique used in this research is an interactive model with respondents, where the data interpretation is then regulated using data analysis techniques, in this case SPSS. The results of this research show that the variables of co-worker support and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Yakes Telkom Makassar employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work quality and supervision on the performance of Yakes Telkom Makassar employees. This research was conducted using quantitative approach methods and data collection techniques through questionnaires. This study used a non-probability sample, namely a saturated sample, where all populations were sampled, namely 32 respondents at Yakes Telkom Makassar. The analytical technique used in this study is an attractive model with respondents, where the interpratation data is then regulated using data analysis techniques in this case SPSS The results of this study show that the variable of work quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Yakes Telkom Makassar employees, showing that the better the quality of employee work, the better the performance of employees in completing the tasks given. Supervision (X2) did not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, showing that even though supervision was not carried out on the employee kinerj, they were still able to complete the work given.

Abstract

This research aims to determine what factors influence the level of community compliance in paying land and building taxes in Lontos Village, East Luwuk District. Based on the research results, it was found that income, tax services and tax knowledge simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes in Lontos Village, East Luwuk District. The influence of income, tax services and tax knowledge is positive, which means that the greater the income, tax services and tax knowledge, the higher the level of taxpayer compliance in paying PBB.
