Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kesulitan peserta didik memahami materi pembelajaran biologi khususnya pada materi psikotropika. Penyebabnya adalah materi yang terlalu banyak, materi terlalu rumit dan banyak istilah yang membingungkan. Proses pembelajaran yang masih searah (teacher centered) dimana guru masih mendominasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran padahal seharusnya proses pembelajaran sudah mengarah kepada (student centered) agar peserta didik lebih aktif, kreatif, dan kritis. Hal ini juga sejalan dengan penggunaan kurikulum yang berlaku saat ini yaitu Kurikulum 2013, pada Kurikulum 2013 peserta didik dituntut untuk dapat belajar secara aktif, mandiri, dan mempunyai keterampilan berpikir. Salah satu jenis keterampilan berpikir yang dapat dikembangkan dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu keterampilan berpikir kritis. Selain itu model pembelajaran yang diterapkan di SMA Negeri 9 Padang kebanyakan belum menerapkan model pembelajaran sesuai kurikulum 2013. Peserta didik membutuhkan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya sehingga mudah dalam memahami materi pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing adalah salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat mempermudah peserta didik memahami materi pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka peneliti melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing tentang materi psikotropika terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 9 Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experiment, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas. Kelas eksperimen dengan perlakuan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan kelas kontrol dengan perlakuan model pembelajaran langsung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, berdasarkan pertimbangan rata-rata nilai ulangan tengah semester yang hampir sama. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes soal essay sebanyak 10 soal. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol yaitu dengan rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen (80,46) dan kelas kontrol (72.32). Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji independent sample t-test dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing tentang materi psikotropika terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 9 Padang. Abstract

Kurikulum Tahun 2013 menuntut peserta didik untuk dapat belajar secara aktif, mandiri, dan bepikir kritis. Salah satunya pada pembelajaran biologi dirasakan perlu adanya kemampuan berpikir kritis. Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan kemampuan yang digunakan untuk memahami konsep, menerapkan, mensintesis dan mengevaluasi informasi yang diperoleh. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang tepat. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis adalah adalah model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Randomized Control-Group Pretest Posttest Design. Sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA 1 (untuk kelompok kelas eksperimen dengan model Discovery Learning), XI IPA 2 (untuk kelompok kelas kontrol dengan model Direct Instruction). Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data hasil penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif kemampuan berpikir kritis. Data diperoleh dari tes soal sebanyak 5 soal esai yang sebelumnya sudah di validasi dan di reliabilitasi. Penelitian yang dilakukan memperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning berpengaruh positif pada kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi jaringan tumbuhan.

Abstract

Technology and information in the era of the Industrial revolution 4.0 greatly affects all aspects of life in the field of education. The use of technology in the learning process makes students more active in learning. Likewise with the 2013 curriculum which requires students to study and seek information about independent learning materials. Therefore, learning media is needed that can increase interest and motivation to learn. One of the media that can be used is interactive multimedia based on Android. This research was conducted to test the validity of the integrated Android-based interactive multimedia on the protist material for class X SMA to be developed. This multimedia was developed using three stages of a 4-D model, namely define, design, and develop. The object of this research is interactive multimedia based on Android integrated in protist material for class X SMA. The multimedia was validated by 2 biology lecturers, FMIPA UNP and 1 biology teacher at SMAN 12 Padang by providing a validation questionnaire. The results of this study are interactive multimedia based on Android integrated in the protist material of class X SMA has an average value of 83,26 and is included in the valid category.

Abstract

Learning media is a tool that can help the teaching and learning process and serves to clarify the meaning of the message conveyed, so as to achieve better and more perfect learning objectives. One of the learning media that can be developed is the learning module.Modules are teaching materials that are completely designed to help students learn independently. Module development must be in accordance with the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum learning, namely the scientific approach or scientific approach. Scientific approach-based modules can provide understanding to students in recognizing, understanding various materials using a scientific approach, learning is directed to encourage a scientific approach to find out from various sources through observation, not just given by the teacher. This study aims to produce a module based on a scientific approach about motion system material and to determine the level of validity of the module. This type of research is research and development. This study will use three stages of the 4-D development model, namely the stage of defining, designing and developing. The module was validated by 3 validators, namely two biology lecturers, FMIPA UNP and 1 biology teacher at SMAN 1 Pantai Cermin using an instrument in the form of a validity sheet. The results of the validity show that the module based on a scientific approach on the motion system material is declared to be very valid after being validated by 3 validators with an average percentage of 85.72% with a very valid category

This study aims to determine the development of e-learning learning media using Edmodo with a scientific approach to the material circulation system for class XI SMA/MA which is valid. The research subjects were two biology lecturers at Padang State University and one biology teacher at SMA Negeri 14 Padang as validators of e-learning learning media using Edmodo. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and descriptive quantitative. Feasibility testing is carried out by means of product validation by experts. The instrument used to collect data is in the form of a validation questionnaire. The validity questionnaire is a measuring tool used to assess the validity of the product that has been made. The results of the validation on e-learning media using Edmodo were 87.68% with a valid category. There are 4 aspects that are assessed from e-learning media using Edmodo, namely aspects of content feasibility, linguistic aspects, presentation aspects, and Edmodo media aspects. Abstract

The low problem solving skills of students is caused by the ongoing learning process that is not yet fully centered on students and the learning model used is not optimal and varied. This study aims to determine the problem solving skills of students in class X IPA SMAN 1 Matur. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students of class X science at SMAN 1 Matur in the academic year 2021/2022. The research sample was students of class X IPA 1 as the control class and X IPA 2 as the experimental class. Sampling using total sampling technique. The instrument used is a question sheet in the form of an essay question consisting of 6 questions. The results showed that the problem-solving skills of the experimental class were higher than that of the control class with an average pretest of the experimental class (66.71), the posttest of the experimental class (77.84), the pretest of the control class (59.13) and the posttest of the control class ( 68.55). Data analysis was carried out by using paired sample t-test which showed that the significant value of the sample class was <0.05, namely 0.00. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of applying the RANDAI learning model to the problem solving skills of students in class X IPA SMAN 1 Matur.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum requires students to have 21st century skills known as 4C (critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration). For this reason, teaching materials are needed that are in accordance with the demands of the 2013 curriculum such as Student Activity Sheets (LKPD). This study aims to create a 21st century skill-oriented Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) on animal tissue material for high school. This type of research is research and development research and development (R & D) to produce valid and practical LKPD. The subjects of this study were 36 students of class XI SMA N 2 Tebo Regency as well as two lecturers and two biology teachers as validators. The results showed that the object of this research was the Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) oriented to 21st century skills on animal tissue material for high school. Overall obtained an average of 90.9% with very valid criteria. And the average practicality test by teachers is 95.4% with very practical criteria and by students it has an average of 93% with very practical criteria. This shows that the 21st century skill-oriented worksheets can be used in the learning process. The implications of this research are expected to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ada di SMAN 5 Tebo yaitu model pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi, sehingga pembelajaran belum berjalan dengan optimal, dan kompetensi belajar peserta didik masih rendah khususnya pada materi psikotropika. Problem Based Learning (PBL) adalah suatu model pembelajaran yang mengangkat permasalahan nyata, sehingga peserta didik mampu menerapkan permasalahan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental semu (Quasi Experimental Research), dengan rancangan penelitian Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil secara porposive sampling diambil berdasarkan nilai rata-rata yang hampir sama. Kelas eksperimen dilakukan model pembelajaran PBL dan kelas kontrol dengan perlakuan model pembelajaran langsung. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa kompetensi pengetahuan peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol yaitu dengan rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen (71,48) dan kelas kontrol (60,36). Perbedaan perlakuan pada kedua kelas juga mempengaruhi kompetensi sikap dan kompetensi keterampilan peserta didik. Hasil kompetensi sikap peserta didik menunjukkan pada kelas eksperimen rata-rata nilai lebih tinggi yaitu 80,56 sedangkan pada kelas kontrol yaitu 74,40. Pada kompetensi keterampilan rata-rata nilai pada kelas eksperimen yaitu 81,25 dan pada kelas kontrol yaitu 71,43. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran PBL tentang materi psikotropika terhadap kompetensi belajar peserta didik Kelas XI SMAN 5 Tebo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of parents and the motivation to learn Biology of Class XI students at SMA Negeri 7 Padang, how much contribution is made and the results are significant or not. This research was conducted on June 20, 2022 – August 31, 2022 2022. The sample is 50 in one class. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling or a balanced sample. In this study, samples were taken with a total of 25% of the total population. The data in this study were analyzed using a simple Pearson Product Moment correlation formula, then a t-test was performed to determine whether or not the relationship was significant. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data obtained were analyzed using techniques. The research instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a table. This method was chosen because it is in accordance with the research objectives to be achieved. The results showed that there was a correlation between the role of parents and the motivation to learn. The results showed that the role of parents was 86.75% with very good criteria. Learning motivation is 88.29% with very good criteria. The value of r = 0.263 coefficient t_count is 2.465> 2.00, so it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between the role of parents and the motivation to learn Biology of Class XI students at SMA Negeri 7 Padang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Color is an element of beauty. Bright colors are very liked by children. However, not all children know the names of colors in Arabic with limited learning media. The use of flannel board media is needed in learning to recognize colors in Arabic. This study aims to describe the use of flannel board media in improving understanding of color in Arabic. The type of research used in this research is qualitative. The research subjects were groups B1 and B2, with a total of 43 students from the Tholabul Hikmah Kindergarten Taman, Pemalang. The method used in this study is experimental research. The results of this study are the percentage of students' initial ability to recognize colors in Arabic by not using flannel board media is 18.15%. While the percentage of students' ability to recognize colors in Arabic after using flannel board media is 25.12%. Then there is an increase in understanding from not using a flannel board by using a flannel board by 6.97%. It can be concluded that the students' ability to understand colors in Arabic using flannel board media has increased greater than before using flannel board media.
