Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Negeri 001 Rambah in the 2021/2022 academic year. The research model is Quasy Experiment and the researcher chose a Quasi Experiment Design research design with the type of pretest-posttest. The population in this study was all fourth grade students at SD Negeri 001 Rambah in the 2021/2022 academic year which consisted of 44 people who were divided into 2 classes. Taking the experimental class and control class using the Random Sampling technique (random class). The sample in this study amounted to 44 students. Class VI B as the experimental class used the Practice Rehearsal Pair method and class VA as the control class used the conventional method. The data collection technique method used is the questionnaire method. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test that has been carried out in the experimental class and control class, it is obtained that TCount is 0,012798646 T-table is 0,4227 so T-Count < TTable, which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is significant effect between the Practice Rehearsal Pair methods on students' learning motivation in the thematic learning of Class IV SD Negeri 001 Rambah.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student thematic learning outcomes through the application of the Problem Posing approach. Preliminary data on student learning outcomes are still low, as evidenced by 36 students only 25% of students who complete and 75% of students who do not complete below the KKM 75 are determined by the school. This research is classroom action conducted in 2 cycles, consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 0710 Aliaga IV, Hutajara Tinggi District. Data collection techniques using tests and observations. The research instrument used observation sheets and learning outcomes test questions. The results showed that before the implementation of the Problem Posing approach in thematic learning, 25% were completed, 75% were incomplete. After doing research on learning outcomes in the first cycle of meeting 1 obtained 63.89% of students completed, in the first cycle of meeting 2 increased to 69.44% of students who completed, in the second cycle of meeting 1 obtained 88.89% of students completed and in the second cycle of meetings 2 increased to 88.89% of students completed. Abstract

Kemandirian dan motivasi belajar siswa dapat berdampak pada pendidikan karakter. Siswa yang belajar secara mandiri berkembang menjadi individu yang dapat mengatasi tantangan di kelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana kemandirian dan motivasi belajar siswa dapat mempengaruhi pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Ikhlas Uwemagari Kabupaten Buton Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yaitu ex-post facto. Penelitian ini bertempat di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Ikhlas Uwemagari Kabupaten Buton Selatan. sampel penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas V sebanyak 16 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial digunakan untuk menguji hasil melalui analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat kemandirian siswa berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendidikan karakter, selanjutnya bahwa motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendidikan karakter, serta kemandirian siswa dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh parsial terhadap pendidikan karakter

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the snowball throwing method. The basis of this research is the unsatisfactory student learning outcomes, meaning that there are still many below the KKM (65) that have not reached the expected target. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were students of class xii.ipa.2 SMA Negeri 1 Rambah. Techniques in data collection using tests and observations. The research instrument uses observation sheets and learning outcomes test questions. The results showed that before the implementation of the Snowball throwing method in physical education learning there were still many students who were under the KKM (65). After doing research on learning outcomes in cycle 1 meeting 1 obtained 86.0 and learning completeness reached 74.6% or there were 21 students out of 30 students who had finished studying. In cycle 2 increased by 82.2 and from 30 students who have completed as many as 26 students and 4 students have not achieved complete learning. So classically the complete learning that has been achieved is 96% (including the complete category).

Abstract

Smoking is a behavior that can have a negative impact both for smokers and for the people around. Various government policies have banned smoking in schools. However, the smoking behavior is still easily found in a number of schools. The study aims to know the percentage number of schools where teachers smoke in school area, to know the students' perceptions of teacher smoking behavior in schools and to know the understanding of headmasters towards smoking-free areas in schools. The research was conducted in Tobelo Selatan District, North Halmahera Regency in June - September 2020. The data was collected by in-depth interviews with 60 randomly interviewed students and 10 headmasters from elementary to high school levels. The results showed that 80% of schools have teachers who smoke in schools, all students disagree with the smoking behavior of teachers in schools, and all headmasters do not know of the no-smoking areas policy in schools.

Abstract

This research is designed to help improve teacher discipline in carrying out teaching activities and in line with teacher professional ethics. The research in the form of a School Action Study (PTS) was conducted in two cycles, each of which was conducted in two sessions. Each cycle consists of four phases, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection technique was done by filling out the observation form during the action research. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of professional ethics development by the principal is very helpful for SMP Negeri 5 Speed teachers to further improve their self-quality and performance management in terms of discipline awareness. Implemented in the teaching and learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

Kondisi nyata yang terjadi di SMK Negeri 2 Rambah Kabupaten RokanHulu , berdasarkan hasil pengamatan terhadap pembelajaran PAI di kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Rambah, guru selalu menggunakan metode ceramah yang lebih terpusat pada guru yaitu lebih banyak guru yang aktif dan siswa yang pasif. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan hasil belajar siswa banyak yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimun (KKM) ≤ 75. Dari hasil pra siklus ditemukan hanya 4 siswa (20%) siswa yang tuntas. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan tindakan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Demontrasi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus dimana setiap siklusnya dilaksanakan 2 kali pertemuan, setiap pertemuan dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui 4 langkah yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar PAI dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Demontrasi pada siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Rambah semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap pra siklus hasil belajar siswa yang nilainya telah mencapai KKM (≥ 75) hanya sebesar 20% (4 siswa). Pada siklus I pertemuan 1 setelah peneliti menerapkan metode pembelajaran Demontrasi sebagai metode pembelajaran, hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 30% (6 siswa) dan pada siklus I pertemuan 2 hasil siswa yang tuntas menjadi 50 % (10 siswa). Pada siklus II pertemuan 1 persentase hasil belajarnya juga meningkat yaitu menjadi 80% (15 siswa) dan pada siklus II pertemuan 2 semua siswa sudah tuntas yaitu 100%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran Demontrasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation achievements of character education programs in classroom, extracurricular and out-of-class habituation at SMP Negeri 12 Cirebon City. This study uses the application of character education in schools because teachers are not paying attention to students at this time. The method used in this research is descriptive. Data collection is using interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Sources of data were obtained from school principals, homeroom teachers, educators/teachers, students in grades VII, VIII, and IX as well as representatives of guardians of students from grades VIII and IX. The results of the study indicate that the character education program has achieved very good results implemented by school residents and has implemented character values ​​in schools. Judging from the implementation of character education programs, these advantages and obstacles achieve maximum results in implementing character education programs. Overall the character education program has met the standard criteria, but there are several focuses that need to be improved including, 1) the principal to make a decree for the team implementing character education tasks, 2) teachers to further improve the application of character values ​​in school daily activities, 3) Students carry out character education programs held in schools well and participate actively, 4) Parents give special attention to their children by educating through habituation of good attitudes and behavior in everyday life.

Abstract

The purpose of the research in this article is to develop a student self-assessment instrument in learning biology. In addition, to determine the correlation of the results of the assessment conducted by the teacher and self-assessment by students. The method used is Research and Development (R & D) with a trial class, namely XI MIPA 2 SMA N 103 Jakarta. The Self-Assessment Instrument for Measuring Student Attitudes and Activities consists of (A) Cover, (B) Introduction Page, Table of Contents, and Guide Information, (C) Introduction, (D) Questions and Answer Sheets, (E) Score Calculations, (F) Closing and Bibliography. The questions consist of 19 questions using a rating scale with indicators: Spiritual Attitude, Honesty, Discipline, Responsibility, Tolerance, Environmental Care, Curiosity Attitude, Critical Thinking Attitude, Perseverance, Thoroughness, Cooperation, Creativity, Observing, Interpreting and Associating, Asking a question, Formulating tentative hypotheses or conjectures, Using tools and materials/performing scientific activities, Applying concepts, and Communicating. Based on the Spearman Rank Correlation Test, there is no match (correlation) between raters X (students) and raters Y (teachers). However, students stated that it was effective as a form of self-reflection

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of the 21st century has had a huge impact on student learning activities. In biology, it is not just learning to memorize but learning that requires high understanding and requires participants to have creativity, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills by following the demands of 21st century skills.For the problems in the learning process to be solved, it is necessary to develop the creativity of participants by providing a learning experience. One approach to learning is considered to provide students with STEM-based learning. This study aims to develop a STEM-based LKPD Learning Media on valid and practical MIPA SMA/MA Class X Ecosystem Materials. The development of the media uses three stages of 4-D models: define, design, and develop. The object of this research is STEM-based LKPD on Ecosystem Materials for Class X MIPA SMA/MA. This product was validated by second lecturers of the Biology Department, FMIPA UNP, and 1 Biology teacher at SMA Negeri 4 Pariaman, then a practicality test was carried out by 1 Biology teacher and 30 students in Class X MIPA at SMA Negeri 4 Pariaman. The results of the validation of the STEM-based LKPD that were developed showed an average value of 90.91 with a very valid category. The results of the STEM-based LKPD practicality test showed an average score of 87.91 from teachers in the very practical category and 89.85 from students in the very practical category.
