Abstract

This action research is generally aimed to prove the relationship of limb length to running speed in grade 4 students of SD N 003 Rambah. The type of this research is correlation with the sample of fourth grade students of SD N 003 Rambah which amounts to 11 people with sampling using totalsampling.The data in this research were obtained from the measurement of leg length and 40 meter test run. Data analysis using product moment correlation and liliefors test for data normality test. After analyzed data obtained r value of 0.756 with rtabel = 0.632, it means rhitung = 0.756> rtabel = 0.632 and it can be said that there is a long leg with speed running 40 meters students of class IV SD Negeri 003 Pasir Pangaraian.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the power of storytelling in the embodiment of language behavior of preschoolers. This is due to storytelling is very important for children's language perkambangan. In addition, through storytelling, preschoolers can provide various forms of verbal and nonverbal responses typical as an expression of language behavior, both at the time before the fairy tale is told, when told, and after told. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of depth jump exercises on the muscle limb power of athlete volleyball Lintau asset. This research is a quasi-experimentalresearch. Population in this research, which is athlete of volleyball of Lintau Asset which amount 35 people. The sampling was done by purposive sampling with 20 persons. Data retrieval is done by vertical jump test. Data analysis and hypothesis testing of research using t-test with significant level α = 0,05. The result of data analysis showed that there is an effect of depth jump exercise on explosive muscle power of athlete bolavoli Lintau asset with titung (2.73)> ttable (1,729), and also increase of explosive ability of leg muscle from 78.4 average to 79.9.

Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain a description of the process of improving the skill of writing text to speech with mind mapping Elementary School sixth grade students Rambah 006. The method used was classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages of research, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research data is the result of observation of the actions of teachers and students in learning, fieldnotes and student learning outcomes. Data from teacher activity observation and field notes were analyzed qualitatively. Data from learning to write text to speech and the observation of student activities were analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that mind mapping is used as a tool in learning can enhance the activity and student learning outcomes in writing the text of the speech. The learning process with the help of mind mapping to help students generate ideas and ideas principal explanatory, and connecting those ideas into coherent sentences and coherently. Thus, learning to write text to speech using mind mapping to make students think critically, logically and systematically. Meanwhile, the factors that impede learning to write text to speech with the help of mind mapping is not maximized classroom management and a lack of mastery of student’s vocabulary.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas ketiga aspek estetika sastra Melayu Klasik dalam cerpen Bujang Jauh karya Benny Arnas. Bujang Jauh merupakan cerpen yang terbit di surat kabar harian Tempo pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2011. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ketiga aspek estetika sastra Melayu Klasik dalam Bujang Jauh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskripsi analisis yang meliputi deskripsi, klasifikasi, dan analisis. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu seluruh aspek estetika sastra Melayu Klasik ada dalam Bujang Jauh kecuali proses psikologis kelima pada aspek ketiga, yaitu keindahan menjadi pelipur lara dan penghibur hati setelah melalui bahaya. Oleh karena itu, cerpen Bujang Jauh tidak dapat diakui memenuhi syarat-syarat estetika sastra Melayu Klasik, namun kualitas estetikanya melebihi hikayat dan syair percintaan yang hanya untuk kepentingan psikis dan hiburan belaka.

Abstract

The novel is a literary work that is not only textual could be assessed in terms of the intrinsic structural approach, but it can also be assessed in terms oflinguistic linguistiknya. Kajian in which there are studies that examine pragmatic language activities in the world nyata.Dalam this case, researchers examineddata pragmatics textual contained in Padang Bulan novel and Love in In Glass. This study aims to (1) describe the type of speech acts expressive, (2)describes the strategy tells used in speech acts expressive. (3) describe the context of a situation which affects the use of strategies recalled in the speech actsexpressive. The research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of the leg muscle power with the velocity sabit kick martial arts athletes PGRI University of Palembang. Themethod used is quantitative method using saturated sampling technique. The study population was martial arts athlete PGRI University of Palembang of 20people. The data analysis technique used is the product moment correlation and t test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between leg muscle power with a sabit kick velocity of ≥ rtabel rhitung = 0.622 = 0.468. Hypothesis testing results showed that t = 3.399 ≥ table = 1.734. Then the leg muscle power has a significant relationship to the velocity of the sabit kick martial arts athletes PGRI Palembang University of 38.68%, and the remaining 61.32% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' understanding of the material formulation of Pancasila on the subjects of civic education. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of the study were the sixth grade students at SDN 002 Rambah, amounting to 27 people. The results showed that in Cycle I Meeting I the average acquisition value is 57.93, while Cycle I Meeting II average value is 65.37. In Cycle II The first meeting of average score was 73.37 in cycle II The average meeting of acquisition value was 80.37. In this cycle students have actively participated in discussions and disciplines in completing tasks, so that students as a whole can understand the material well.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop and produce the student worksheet on Guided Inquiry by several criteria such as valid, practical, and effective. This research was conducted in SDN 002 and in SDN 003 Rambah. The development model used is the model 4-D comprising the step of defining, designing, development and deployment. The results of the study at the planning stage is obtained syllabus, lesson plan, and student worksheet that is designed to follow the steps Guided Inquiry learning model. The results of the study at this stage of development the validity test data showed that the average percentage of Syllabus is lesson plan is 87.5%, the average percentage of implementation lesson plans is 83%, the percentage of student worksheets of validation of the instrument was 86.2%, the percentage of student worksheets of validation media is 90%, the percentage of student worksheets of validation material was 83% and the percentage is 90% validation language. Implementation of test result practicalities of lesson plan percentage is 88.9%, the questionnaire responses of teachers is 87% and student questionnaire responses was 92.6%. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the test results obtained from the student activity by 85.9% and the percentage of aspects of the knowledge obtained by percentage of 89%, the assessment of students attitudes to the average percentage of 88.1%. This research resulted in the Guided Inquiry-based science learning with the criteria of very valid, very practical and effective
