The issuance of Permenhub RI Number 12 of 2019 encourages various two-wheeled special rental transportation companies (also known as online transportation or ride-hailing), to carry out coaching, supervision, and compliance with traffic safety. This article explores the implementation of safety protection policies for specific rental transport users around the world as a benchmark based on a literature review on the Scopus database in the 2015-2023 publication year. The results of the thematic analysis identify five categorization issues: Driver safety, passenger safety, company/operator obligations, transportation policies, and factors causing accidents. The results of the analysis found that the main cause of accidents in special rental transportation is fatigue caused by the absence of a maximum limit of passengers that drivers can serve every day. In addition, special rental transport drivers are considered inadequate due to lack of driving experience, limited participation in traffic safety education, and low awareness of safety education and information.

Terdapat 6 Puskesmas BLUD di Kabupaten Pandeglang, dari 6 Puskesmas tersebut hanya Puskesmas Kaduhejo yang mengalami penurunan pendapatan dan SPM dari tahun 2019 ke tahun 2022. Pendapatan Puskesmas Kaduhejo dari tahun 2019 ke tahun 2022 merupakan yang tertinggi pada tahun 2020 sebesar 93,62% dan terendah pada tahun 2022 sebesar 65,59%. Capaian SPM Puskesmas Kaduhejo terendah pada tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2022 adalah pelayanan kesehatan balita (26,46%) dan suspek TBC yang mendapat pelayanan kesehatan sesuai standar (39,5%), sedangkan tertinggi adalah pelayanan kesehatan penderita gangguan jiwa (92,39 %), sedangkan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan no. 4 Tahun 2019 tentang Standar Teknis Pemenuhan Mutu Pelayanan Dasar pada Standar Pelayanan Minimal Bidang Kesehatan, pencapaian SPM harus 100%. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas perubahan pola pengelolaan keuangan pada Badan Layanan Umum Daerah Puskesmas Kaduhejo belum maksimal karena masih ada hal-hal yang belum terpenuhi dan masih ada beberapa kegiatan yang belum terakomodir. dalam kuantitas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sinergi Polres Kolaka dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak dalam penanggulangan kekerasan terhadap anak. Kekerasan terhadap anak merupakan permasalahan serius yang memerlukan penanganan terpadu dari berbagai pihak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi kedua lembaga telah terlaksana namun masih belum berjalan dengan baik, ditandai dengan koordinasi penanganan perkara, sosialisasi pencegahan kekerasan, dan pemberian pendampingan hukum dan psikologis bagi korban yang terkendala penolakan alokasi anggaran dalam menjalankan tugasnya. sosialisasi. Perlunya sinergitas antara kepolisian dan pemerintah daerah dalam penanganan kasus kekerasan terhadap anak perlu ditingkatkan dengan membuat MoU yang mencantumkan pembagian kerja masing-masing pihak. Pemerintah daerah melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Kolaka hendaknya melakukan sosialisasi dengan memasang spanduk yang mencantumkan nomor kontak yang dapat dihubungi masyarakat jika mengetahui adanya kekerasan terhadap anak yang terjadi. Selain itu, diperlukan kerja sama masyarakat untuk lebih proaktif dalam melaporkan kejadian kekerasan terhadap anak di lingkungannya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami dinamika kolaborasi antar lembaga dalam penanganan kekerasan terhadap anak dan diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penanganan kasus kekerasan anak di daerah lain.

The My Like application is an application designed to manage human resources quickly, efficiently and effectively. In application development, government employees and agencies can access various important information through an application that simplifies the process of managing administrative services by providing alternative solutions that are sent or managed via accounts created quickly, using administrative service technology, this research uses qualitative methods to explain the implementation of the mylike application in Bone district. Qualitative methods are methods that focus on in-depth observations and produce more comprehensive studies. Data collection techniques in this research use library research. The data source for this research is the website, the My Like Bone application is able to improve employee performance and provide accurate information and knowledge that employees need. Based on the results of the analysis with the availability of the My Like Bone application, ASN employees will be increasingly advanced in using increasingly advanced technology, and will simplify all aspects of city and regional management and improve human resource development.

The aim of this research is to analyze the results of the community satisfaction index survey regarding provincial road public services in the Pandeglang-Lebak III development work area (WKP). This research was analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a combination of accidental sampling techniques, the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a total of 196 respondents using provincial roads. The research methods used are the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Statistics Index (CSI) methods. The results of the research show that the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method obtained results from 32 questions, of which 3 questions were in quadrant I (High Importance, Low Satisfaction), while 16 questions were in quadrant II (High Importance, High Satisfaction), while 9 questions were is in quadrant III (Low Importance, Low Satisfaction) and there are 4 questions in quadrant IV (Low Importance, High Satisfaction). The results of the Customer Statistics Index (CSI) analysis obtained a CSI result of 83.25%. This shows that people using provincial roads in the Pandeglang-Lebak III development work area (WKP) are in the Good criteria. based on the criteria in the interpretation in PERMENPAN RB No. 14 of 2017.

Efforts to move the state capital from DKI Jakarta to East Kalimantan are precisely between North Penajam Paser Regency and Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Twitter is present as one of the popular social media and the most effective source channel of communication and information. Problems related to the relocation of the capital of Indonesia (IKN) arise due to various narratives and opinions from the public on social media, especially on Twitter through various hashtags. Some people have responded and rejected this policy. Therefore, this research emerged because of a narrative on social media Twitter in the form of hashtags related to the transfer policy of the national capital (IKN). The purpose of this study is to find out what are the narratives on Twitter social media in the form of hashtags supporting and rejecting related to the transfer policy of the Indonesian capital and the percentage of people who accept or reject these narratives. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. There are descriptions of various perspectives and narratives that appear on Twitter social media in the form of hashtags related to the transmission policy of the Indonesian capital city, reflecting the complexity of the issue in society. From the Communication Content on Twitter Based on data analysis using hashtags, it shows that the Indonesian people, both the government and the public are very enthusiastic in campaigning for the IKN to inform the issue of the relocation of the National Capital City (IKN) in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the Implementation of Household Waste Management Policy by the West Aceh District Environmental and Sanitation Service. This study also discusses what are the obstacles in its implementation and suggestions for solving all the challenges faced. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and in this study the authors also used a case study type of research. In collecting data the authors used the method of observation, interviews, as well as documentation and data analysis techniques using data reduction methods, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the Implementation of Waste Management Policy, especially Household Waste in West Aceh District, has been carried out by West Aceh DLH, this is evident from the fulfillment of all collaborative indicators according to Van Horn and Van Meter. The obstacles faced in its implementation were internal and external constraints. The internal obstacles faced are understanding of human resources, facilities and infrastructure that are outside the responsibility of DLH, mutations of employees/tasks and external constraints faced are the character of the community. Education is fundamentally important and greatly needed by every citizen, and education must be implemented evenly and fairly for every citizen because enriching the nation's life is one of the goals of the Republic of Indonesia. The policy of the zoning system for the New Student Admission (PPDB) initiated by the government is an effort to reduce the gaps between schools that are categorized as superior and those that are not yet superior. This research was conducted to determine the success of the implementation of the zoning system policy for PPDB at the junior high school level in Bogor Regency, as well as the challenges faced and the efforts made by policy implementers. The method used was descriptive qualitative method with George C. Edward III's theory focusing on four dimensions: Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The implementation success of the SAMISADE program in Megamendung Village has been observed to be effective, evidenced by in-depth interviews with informants, supporting documents, and the results of the zoning system implementation for PPDB at the junior high school level in Bogor Regency. Difficult road access and long travel distances in several areas of Labuhanbatu Utara Regency have become the main obstacles for the community in obtaining public services. In response to this issue, the Head of the Labuhanbatu Utara District launched an integrated service innovation through the "Bupati Ngantor di Desa" program. (Bung Desa). This program focuses on providing public services in one location for one day to improve community accessibility to government services. This article aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Bung Desa program as an innovation in improving the quality of public services in Labuhan Batu Utara Regency. This research uses a literature study method that includes searching for scientific references through Google Scholar and news sources related to the Bung Desa program. Relevant articles are classified based on publication year, keywords, and journal content, while news is categorized according to source, relevance, and publication time. The research results show that the Bung Desa program adopts the principles of New Public Management (NPM) and has had a positive impact. This innovation not only improves service accessibility even to remote villages but also encourages community participation in development. The success of this program is influenced by several factors, such as the awareness and capability of the apparatus, implementation regulations, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. However, improving road infrastructure remains a priority to support smooth accessibility. In addition, the publication of schedules and activities of the Bung Desa program through official media, such as the local government website, needs to be improved to expand the reach of information to the public

Every government agency requires an effective human resource management system to ensure the availability of qualified employees. This research aims to analyze the implementation of job analysis at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) of Garut Regency, specifically in the Water Resources Sector. Several identified issues include the failure to collect rainfall data by the UPT in each sub-district, the mismatch between employees' educational backgrounds and job specifications, and the incomplete achievement of some work programs in 2021. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach through direct observation, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and document analysis at the Garut Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR). The research results indicate that based on four dimensions of job analysis, several improvement steps are necessary. First, the head of the UPT must be committed to proposing improvements to the rainfall measurement instruments to support performance indicators. Second, the mismatch in employees' educational backgrounds can be addressed through training to enhance competencies or by providing opportunities to pursue higher education. Third, more intensive supervision and in-depth evaluation of program implementation are necessary to improve the quality of field activities
