Abstract

Konstitusi Republik Indonesia, UUD 1945, menjamin perlindungan hak asasi manusia tanpa diskriminasi, termasuk hak asasi perempuan. Namun, dalam praktiknya, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara norma konstitusional dan realitas sosial yang dihadapi perempuan Indonesia. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana UUD 1945 mengatur hak asasi perempuan serta sejauh mana implementasi norma-norma tersebut dalam kebijakan, hukum positif, dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui pendekatan yuridis-normatif dan analisis terhadap berbagai kasus serta kebijakan nasional, ditemukan bahwa kendala budaya patriarki, minimnya penegakan hukum, serta ketimpangan akses terhadap keadilan menjadi faktor utama yang menghambat terwujudnya kesetaraan gender. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya harmonisasi regulasi dan penguatan institusi penegak hukum untuk menjamin perlindungan hak-hak perempuan secara efektif.

Abstract

This study was carried out to explore the application of Pancasila as a paradigm for strengthen tolerance among ethnic groups of students at Nurul Huda University Sukaraja. The method used is a qualitative methode with a descriptive approace through interviews and case study with some of student of Nurul Huda University who come from different ethnicities. The results of this study indicate the high attitude of tolerance among students at Nurul Huda University which is based on a sense of compatriots' fate so that the longer the relationship, the higher the sense of tolerance and solidarity that is created. This study prove the application of Pancasila as a paradigm in the attitude of tolerance carried out in the campus environment in terms of accepting opinions between students, not offending, having an attitude of helping each other, high sense of solidarity, respecting each other despite being of different ethnicity, and acting wisely in making decisions.

Abstract

The emergence of the discourse on the use pg Indonesian as the second language of ASEAN as Indonesia's response to the proposal of Malah as the second language of ASEAN by Malaysia has triggered a threat to the position of Indonesian as the national identity of the Indonesian Nation, as well as providing opportunities and motivating factors for Indonesian in launching its vision to become an international language. This article was compiled using the literature study method, namely with a qualitative approach by examining sources related to the Indonesian language as a national identity which was then used as a point of fire in studying this discourse. So thatit can be seen how the condition of appropiateness for one of two languages to be used as the second language of ASEAN, where Indonesian language dominates in its role as national identity.

Abstract

Assessment is an effort that can be done to find out what will happen that has been achieved by educators in the learning process. Assessments carried out by educators can be in the form of learning achievement assessments and learning assessments. The activity of controlling the determination of quality and guaranteeing learning for various kinds of learning components in every path and level of learning is a form of accountability for the implementation of education which is an assessment of learning. The test is a number of tasks that must be done or a set of questions that must be answered for students to measure the level of understanding and mastery of the required range of material and according to specific learning objectives. Abstract

In the development of increasingly advanced technology, the term society 5.0 has emerged. In society 5.0, people are expected to utilize technology in every aspect of their lives. With the development of advanced technology, there is a threat of cyberattacks that can take over computer systems or retrieve data unlawfully. So in responding to this, action is needed from the community and the government. People need to understand all forms of cyberattacks and their impact. And people need to protect themselves from cyberattacks. Not only the community, the government have a role in protecting population data and other sensitive data. In this case, the government needs to take preventive measures and strengthen the country's cyber security system.

Abstract

In this modern era, it is very easy to access information media with today's technological sophistication. Tiktok is one of the information media that is easily accessible to all groups with different goals. Tiktok can affect changes in a person's behavior which has a huge impact on the private individual from using this TikTok application. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Tiktok social media on high school and vocational students as an increase in love for the homeland through traditional food displayed in videos in Tiktok. The research method used in this article is quantitative method. The type of research conducted is associative research. Associative research aims to determine the influence between two variables. The research variable aims to determine the influence of social media. From the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that SMK students know more about traditional klepon food with a final percentage of 70%. In the second study we found out that SMK students wanted to make traditional klepon food after watching the video presented with a percentage of 53.3. Whereas in the third study SMA had the most values stating that traditional klepon food was very interesting with a total percentage of 60%. Then in the fourth study, SMK had the highest score stating that the tiktok video presented made students want to buy traditional klepon food with a final percentage of 60%. Meanwhile, in the fifth and sixth studies, there was a quite far comparison where high schools felt very proud of traditional klepon food and felt that klepon should be a typical Indonesian food with a percentage of 90% and 96.7%. The results of the calculation using the Likert scale are included in the criteria strongly agree with the calculation results contained in 80-100%. Keywords: TikTok; Traditional Food; Learning Media

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara pola komunikasi keluarga dengan pembentukan karakter mandiri pada anak usia remaja di Kampung Ngemplak Sutan Mojosongo Surakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kampung Ngemplak Sutan Mojosongo Surakarta. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari remaja di Kampung Ngemplak Sutan dengan jumlah 65 responden. Observasi dan kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Korelasi product moment dari Pearson digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola komunikasi keluarga dengan kemandirian remaja. Dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment pearson r xy sebesar 0,818 dan r tabel 0,244, berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dijelaskan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak karena r hitung 0,818 > r tabel 0,244. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola komunikasi keluarga dengan pembentukan karakter mandiri remaja di Dukuh Ngemplak Sutan Mojosongo Surakarta. Kata Kunci: Hubungan, Pola Komunikasi Keluarga, Kemandirian remaja. ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between family communication patterns and independent character formation in adolescent children in Ngemplak Sutan Mojosongo Hamlet Surakarta. This research was conducted in Ngemplak Sutan Hamlet Mojosongo Surakarta. The sample used consisted of adolescents from Ngemplak Sutan Hamlet with a total of 65 respondents. Observations and questionnaires were used to collect data. Pearson's product-moment correlation was used to analyze the data. The results show that there is a significant correlation between family communication patterns and the independence of young people. Using the Pearson product-moment correlation test r xy of 0.818 and r table 0.244, based on these results, it can be explained that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected because r count 0.818> r table 0.244. The conclusion of the research is that there is a significant relationship between family communication patterns and the formation of independent character of adolescents in the hamlet of Ngemplak Sutan Mojosongo Surakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine a correlation between understanding diversity and attitudes of tolerance at the tenth-grade students of SMA N Colomadu in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research was conducted at SMA N Colomadu. The population in this study was 322 students. The sampling technique was through proportional random sampling. The sample was 40 students. Data collection techniques were through questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used was the product moment correlation test using SPSS Statistic 27. The result of the study showed that the r-count value was greater than the r-table 0,913 > 0,312 at a significance level of 5% So, the hypothesis that stated there is a positive and significant correlation between understanding diversity and the attitude of tolerance of student in class X SMA N Colomadu in the 2024/2025 academic year. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan politik memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter demokratis dan meningkatkan kesadaran politik pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pendidikan politik dalam membentuk karakter demokratis untuk meningkatkan kesadaran politik siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pendidikan politik yang diterapkan di SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembentukan karakter demokratis siswa, yang tercermin dalam peningkatan sikap toleransi, partisipasi dalam diskusi kelas, serta pemahaman terhadap hak dan kewajiban sebagai warga negara. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan kesadaran politik siswa yang ditunjukkan melalui minat mereka dalam mengikuti perkembangan politik dan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan berbasis demokrasi di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan salah satu sektor vital dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia berkualitas. Namun, pemotongan anggaran pendidikan oleh pemerintah sering menjadi isu kontroversial. Pada Februari 2025, kebijakan Presiden Prabowo Subianto yang mengalihkan dana pendidikan sebesar $19 miliar untuk mendanai program Makanan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) memicu protes besar-besaran dari mahasiswa melalui gerakan "Indonesia Gelap." Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak kebijakan tersebut terhadap mutu pembelajaran, kesejahteraan tenaga pengajar, dan akses pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan analisis berita. Hasil kajian menunjukkan kebijakan ini berpotensi menurunkan kualitas fasilitas pendidikan, kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik, serta aksesibilitas pendidikan tinggi. Gerakan "Indonesia Gelap" mencerminkan keresahan mahasiswa terhadap masa depan pendidikan nasional. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan, anggaran, kebijakan, mahasiswa,akses ABSTRACT Education is one of the vital sectors in developing high-quality human resources. However, government budget cuts in education often become a controversial issue. In February 2025, President Prabowo Subianto’s policy to reallocate $19 billion from the education budget to fund the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program triggered widespread student protests through the "Dark Indonesia" movement. This article aims to analyze the impact of the policy on learning quality, teacher welfare, and access to higher education in Indonesia. The study uses a qualitative approach through literature review and news analysis. The findings indicate that this policy has the potential to reduce the quality of educational facilities, teacher well-being, and accessibility to higher education.
