Abstract

The purpose of this research are to: examine empirically the effect of customer satisfaction to trust on customer, the impact of security to trust on customer, the impact of the customer satisfaction to repurchase intention on customer, the effect of security to repurchase intention on customer, the effect of trust to repurchase intention on customer, the effect of customer satisfaction to repurchase intention through trust as intervening variable on customer, the effect of security to repurchase intention through trust as intervening variable on customer of Elevenia website online. This research used survey methods for collecting data. The object of this research is 200 respondents who had purchased in Elevenia website online for a period of one year backward. This research used SPSS software version 22 and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) LISREL version 8.7 for data analysis. Hypothesis testing showed that: the customer satisfaction has a positive effect and significance on trust, the security has a positive effect and significance on trust, the customer satisfaction has a positive effect and significance on repurchase intention, the security has a positive effect and significance on repurchase intention, the customer satisfaction has a positive effect and significance on repurchase intention through trust as intervening variable and the security has a positive effect and significance on repurchase intention through trust as intervening variable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: to examine empirically the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction on Express taxi, to examine empirically the effect of fare to customer satisfaction on Express taxi, to examine empirically the effect of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty on Express taxi, to examine empirically the effect of service quality to customer loyalty on Express taxi, and to examine empirically the effect of fare to customer loyalty on Express taxi. Data collection using survey methods. Sample of this study are 200 respondents who have using services of Express taxi more than two times in last three months. Data analysis using SPSS version 23 and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) LISREL version 8.7. Results of hypothesis testing showed: service quality have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, fare have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction have positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality have positive and not significant effect to on customer loyalty. fare have positive and significant effect to on customer loyalty. Rated fit model with value of RMSEA 0.043, value of RMR 0.043, value of CMIN/DF 1.88, value of NFI 0.96, value of NNFI 0.98, and value of CFI 0.98. The results of this research beneficial to transportation company, especially Express taxi in Jakarta, to create better strategy in improving customer loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of the research are to: test empirically influence of price to brand image on customer satisfaction Gojek, test empirically influence of service quality to brand image on customer satisfaction Gojek, test empirically influence of price on customer satisfaction Gojek, test empirically influence of service quality on customer satisfaction Gojek, test empirically influence of brand image on customer satisfaction Gojek. This study used confirmatory factor analysis. The research was conducted in State University of Jakarta and used purposive sampling techniques, while the data collecting technique used questionaire, SPSS and SEM LISREL for data processing. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage, dividend and financial leverage on the firm value of Indonesia non financial sector companies, the influence of capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable on dividend and financial leverage of Indonesia non financial sector companies, and the influence of capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable on the firm value through dividend and financial leverage as intervening variable.The results show that the capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage, dividend and financial leverage have significant influences on the firm value of Indonesia non financial sector companies. The capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable do not have significant influences on dividend. The capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable have significant influences on financial leverage.With path analysis, the result show the The capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable do not have significant influence on the firm value of Indonesia non financial sector companies with dividend and financial leverage as intervening variable.Keywords: Capital Labour Intensive, Investment, Managerial Ownership,Operating Leverage, Dividend and Financial Leverage, Firm Value.

Abstract

This research aimed to discover the impact of external environment and Total Quality Management implementation on company performance in order to create competitive advantage in PT. ISM Bogasari Flourmills. This research is an associative explanatory research with quantitative method. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data collected by spreading 122 questionnaires to employees of PT. ISM Bogasari on chief officers level, assistant manager level, and manager level. Sampling method used is Proportionable Stratified Random Sampling. The result showed that external environment with indicator of complexity, dynamics and environment carrying capacity, has positive and significant impact on company’s performance. Total Quality Management implementation with indicators of costumer focus, continuous refinement and staff training program, brings positive and significant impact on company’s performance. The company’s performance with its indicators of efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability, has positive and significant impact on the creation of competitive advantage. The Research also proved that external environment and Total Quality Management Implementation directly affect the creation of competitive advantage. Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility of Muslimah fashion business "Amalia Boutique" by analyzing from several aspects including the legal aspects, environmental aspects, market aspects and marketing, technical and technological aspects, and aspects of human resource management, and financial aspects. Object of this study is "Amalia Boutique", is engaged in the business of fashion Muslimah. The design of this research is a descriptive study using qualitative techniques.Primary data collection techniques in this study is the observation to determine the location of Muslim fashion boutiques and stores in South Jakarta and the observation of the use of hijab. As for the secondary data obtained by researchers obtained from several sources such as the BPS, books, reports, journals, and the internet.The results of the analysis of the feasibility study "Amalia Boutique" is feasible when viewed from the sixth aspect. Abstract

The purpose of the research are to: 1) Test empirically influence of working motivation on performance employee, 2) Test empirically influence of working ability on performance employee, 3) Test empirically influence of working discipline on performance employee, 4) Test empirically influence of working motivation, ability, discipline on performance employee. This study used multiple regression analysis. The research was conducted in Sales and Marketing Department of PT Pionirbeton Industry with population of 43 workers, while the data collecting technique used questionnaire and SPSS version 20.0 for data processing. The result show a significant influence of working motivation on performance employee, working ability on performance employee, working discipline on performance employee. Working motivation, working ability, and working discipline on performance employee, The study found that a of the performance employee as dependent variable is influenced by motivation, ability, and discipline. Abstract

This research head for analyze the effect of inter variable to answered set problems how is strategic alliance and strategic planning to improve company performance for create competitive advantage. This research gives theoritic and managerial implication concern pace which have to take by PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Food Seasoning Division to improve their company performance for create competitive advantage which got from product strategic alliance and strategic planning. Population in this research is manager, supervisor, and coordinator staff at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Food Seasoning Division. And Sample of this research is seventy three peoples. Answer data from respondent afterwards it’s analyzed with research model which developed from theoritical frame using path analysis. From the result of data analyze five hypothesis are accepted. Strategic alliance proven has an positively and significant effect for company performance, strategic planning have an positive and significant effect for company performance, company performance have an positive and significant effect for competitive advantage, strategic alliance proven has an positively and significant effect for competitive advantage, and strategic planning have an positive and significant effect for competitive advantage. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of profitability, liquidity, sales growth, operating leverage and tangibility on capital structure: evidence from manufacture firm listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. The sample using in this study is 41 companies. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis (unbalanced panel) with fixed effect approach. The result show that profitability and liquidity have negative and significant effect on capital structure. Sales growth and operating leverage have positive but not significant effect on capital structure. Tangibility have negative and not significant effect on capital structure. Abstract

Based on the condition and circumstance of quality of work life at the Secretariat of the Coordinator Ministry for Economic Affairs, Jakarta, which is based on preliminary research show its not satisfactory, the purpose of this study was to: (1) determine the influence of organizational culture on quality of work life, (2) the effect of career development on the quality of work life, (3) the effect of the work environment on the quality of work life, (4) the effect of compensation policy and benefit on the quality of work life, and (5) the effect of employee attitudes to job towards the quality of working life. Methodologically, the research approach is a quantitative approach. The method research instrument is a questionnaire containing 89-point declaration from the six latent variables in the study, using the Likert Scale 1-5. The independent latent variable is the quality of work life, while independent latent variables are organizational culture, career development, work environment, compensation policy and benefit, and employee attitudes to work. Location of the study at the Secretariat of the Coordinator Ministry for Economic Affairs, Jakarta, with a population of 116 employees.Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with software SmartPLS 3. The result showed that the fifth independent variable only one influential positive and significant on the quality of working life Which means the fifth independent variable having value predictive (predictive relevance) on the quality of working life.Meanwhile the fifth regression variable indepedenshow different results: ( i ) insignificant between cultures organization with the quality of working life, ( ii ) there is a positive connection between development and significant career with the working life , ( iii ) insignificant between the workplace with the working life , ( iv ) insignificant policy of compensation and benefit with the working life; ( v ) insignificant between the employees to the quality of working life.
