Abstract

The purpose of this research are: to know the description of product quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction of Toshiba Notebook Users and Acer Notebook Users, test empirically the influence of product quality toward customer satisfaction of Toshiba notebook users and Acer notebook users, test empirically the influence of service quality toward customer satisfaction of Toshiba notebook users and Acer notebook users, test empirically the influence of product quality and service quality toward customer satisfaction of Toshiba notebook users and Acer notebook users. Object of the research consist of Toshiba notebook users who has came to service center Toshiba and Acer notebook users who has came to service center Acer.The result of descriptive test shows that product quality and service quality Toshiba and Acer still less so that customer satisfaction also less. The hypothesis test shows: there is significant influence from product quality toward customer satisfaction; there is significant influence from service quality toward customer satisfaction; there is significant influence from product quality and service quality toward customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of the research are: to know the description of product attributes, variety seeking, and brand switching decision of handphone Nokia to Samsung Smartphone, test empirically the influence of product attributes toward brand switching decision of handphone Nokia to Samsung smartphone, test empirically the influence of variety seeking toward brand switching decision of handphone Nokia to Samsung smartphone, test empirically the influence of product attributes and variety seeking toward brand switching decision of handphone Nokia to Samsung smartphone. This is a quantitative research, descriptive and causal design, collecting data by survey method. Population of this research is visitors of Outlet Okeshop ITC Roxy mas, Central Jakarta who use Samsung smartphone and had use handphone Nokia before. Analysis of the research was conducted using SPSS. The results of the t test shows the product attributes and brand switching significantly influence the significance value, and variety seeking toward brand switching are also significantly influence. The results of F test simultaneously indicates product attributes and variety seeking influencing significantly to brand switching. And the result of determination analysis in this research shows the variation of variables product attributes and variety seeking could explained brand switching together. While the remainingare explained by other variables that are not included in this research model. Keywords: product attributes, variety seeking, brand switching

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui deskriptif experiential marketing, persepsi harga dan loyalitas pelanggan DHL pada service point Pancoran. 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing pada loyalitas pelanggan DHL. 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan DHL. 4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing dan persepsi harga secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas pelanggan DHL. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pelanggan DHL selama satu tahun. Total sampel 211 responden, menggunakan non probability sampling method. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode penelitian ini adalah konklusif. Hasil dari uji t pada pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dikatakan berpengaruh signifikan yaitu X1 ke Y (0.000), dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan juga berpengaruh signifikan yaitu X2 ke Y (0.000) yang mana keduanya tidak lebih besar dari 0.05. hasil dari uji f experiential marketing dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (0.000). dan hasil uji determinasi pada experiential marketing, persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yaitu sebesar 28.7%. Abstract

This research is performed on order to test analysis the influence of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER) toward Return On Asset (ROA) On Foreign Exchange Banks In Indonesia Period 2010-2012. Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling, samplewas accured fromforeign banks in Indonesia. Data analysis with multi liniearregression of ordinary least square and hypotheses test used t-statistic and Fstatistic, a classic assumption examination to test the hypotheses.Based on normality test, multicolinearity test, heterosskedasticity test andautocorrelation test were not found variables that deviate from the classical assumptions, this indicatethat the available data has fulfill the condition to use multi linear regressionmodel. This result of research show that variable LDR and NPLpartially have positive influence but not significant toward ROA. Variable OERpartially have negative significant influencetoward ROA. Variable LDR, NPL and OER simultaneously have significant influence toward ROA. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Institutional Ownership, Firm Size, Profitability, and Business Risk on Manufacture Firm Debt Policy Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample using purposive sampling. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with fixed effect approach. The empirical results show that institutional ownership and firm size have positive and significant effect on debt policy. ROA have negative significant effect on debt policy, but business risk have negative and not significant effecton debt policy. Simultaneous test showed that institutional ownership, firm size, profitability, and business risk effect the debt policy. Abstract

Comparative analysis of performance bank devisa BUMN and bank devisa Swasta. Thesis, Jakarta: Finance Concentration Management, Program Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. Researchers aimed to determine the performance bank devisa BUMN and bank devisa Swasta by using the ratio Capital Asset Management (CAR), Return On Asset (ROA), Retrun On Equity (ROE), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The samples used were four banks devisa BUMN and four banks devisa Swasta status go public. The data used in this study were obtained from the Annual Banking Financial report. The method of analysis used in this study is a descriptive analysis, test Outliers, and Normality Test Data Test different using paired sample t-test. The results of the analysis using a paired sample t-test between the results obtained bank devisa BUMN and bank devisa Swasta generally have a difference except for Capital Asset Ratio (CAR). The results of this study there was no difference between banks devisa BUMN and bank devisa Swasta. This study also shows that bank devisa Swasta have CAR greater than CAR bank devisa BUMN. keywords: Capital Asset Ratio (CAR), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR).

Abstract

The purpose of these research are: 1) To know the description of the motivation, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and working period at the State University of Jakarta. 2) To know the influence of motivation which had been controlled by working period on job satisfaction at State University of Jakarta. 3) To know the influence of organizational commitment which had been controlled by working period on job satisfaction at State University of Jakarta. 4) To know the influence of motivation and organizational commitment which had been controlled by working period simultaneously influence on job satisfaction at State University of Jakarta. The analysis conducted in this research is descriptive and explanatory analysis. The study was conducted on civil servants at seven faculties in the State University of Jakarta, while the techniques of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and the data being processed using SPSS. The regression shows that there is influence between motivation which had been controlled by working period towards job satisfaction and there is influence between organizational commitment which had been controlled by working period towards job satisfaction. Motivation and organizational commitment which had been controlled by working period simultaneously influence job satisfaction with significance value. Abstract

The purposes of this research are 1) to know description of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, working period, and turnover intention 2) test empirically influence of job satisfaction toward turnover intention 3) test empirically influence of job satisfaction controlled by working period toward turnover intention 4) test empirically influence of organizational commitment toward turnover intention 5) test empirically influence of organizational commitment controlled by working period toward turnover intention 6) test empirically influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment toward turnover intention, and 7) test empirically influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment controlled by working period toward turnover intention. The object of analysis is employees of PT NET Artidaya using simple random sampling method. The data was collected by using questionnaire and cultivated. The result of t test for job satisfaction is an effect between job satisfaction toward turnover intention. The result of F test for job satisfaction controlled by working period there is an effect between job satisfaction controlled by working period toward turnover intention. The result of t test for organizational commitment there is an effect between organizational commitment toward turnover intention. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of institutional ownership, firm size and corporate governance on earnings management in manufacturing firm. The sample using purposive sampling. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with random effect approach. The empirical results show that institutional ownership and firm size have negative and significant effect on earnings management, but the board of commissioners and the audit committee have negative and not significant on earnings management. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Free Cash Flow, Return On Assets, Total Assets Turnover, and Sales Growth on Manufacture Firm Dividend Payout Ratio Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2008 - 2012. The sample of several companies on Manufacturer Firm listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research model in this study using panel data analysis (unbalanced panel) with fixed effect approach. The empirical results show that ROA have positive and significant effect on DPR. As for, free cash flow, and TATO have negative significant effect on DPR, but sales growth have negative and not significant effect on DPR. Simultaneous test showed that free cash flow, return on assets, total assets turnover, and sales growth significant effect on dividend payout ratio.
