Biblio Couns : Jurnal Kajian Konseling dan Pendidikan
The Biblio Couns Journal is a scientific journal in the field of Counseling and Education studies. The journal is published in three editions published a year, namely march, july, august. Biblio Couns is published by the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra, and in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Guidance and Counseling Associations (ABKIN) with E-ISSN: 2620-3103. The purpose of the journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the field of counseling and education in all settings. The scope of the journal includes applications of school counseling, mental health, assessment, supervision in counseling, sexual harassment, violence supplementary counseling, multi-cultural counseling, crisis intervention, trauma counseling, ITC in counseling, career counseling, spiritual counseling, marriage and family counseling, counseling and psychotherapy, counseling in all backgrounds; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2018.

Mayoritas studi tentang pemulihan pecandu narkoba selama ini banyak dilihat dari pendekatan medis. Artikel ini membahas pendekatan agama, seperti pemberian dakwah yang berkesinambungan, terapi Islami dan penguatan spiritual yang mendorong terjadinya konversi pada residen narkoba di panti rehabilitas Sibolangit Centre Sumatra Utara. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara terbuka terhadap 6 orang residen dan 2 orang pegawai panti rehabilitas Sibolangit Centre dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman. Menggunakan teori pembiasaan (operant conditioning) B.F. Skinner, kajian ini mengajukan argumen bahwa perilaku manusia bisa dikondisikan. Bagian pertama tulisan ini membahas rutinitas dakwah dan terapi Islami dalam memulihkan residen dari kecanduan narkoba. Pada bagian berikutnya dijelaskan pengalaman spiritual dan konversi yang dialami residen narkoba di panti rehabilitas Sibolangit Centre. Tulisan ini berargumen, bahwa kegiatan dakwah dan terapi Islami yang dilakukan secara rutin, dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran spiritual dan keinginan residen untuk bertaubat. Pendekatan agama merupakan mekanisme penyelamatan jiwa dari kecanduan narkoba.

This research is motivated by the many bullying behaviors in schools, bullying is a desire to hurt someone. In addition, this study was conducted with the aim of testing the effectiveness of group guidance with the homeroom technique in reducing student bullying behavior before and after being given treatment (experiment). This research uses quantitative research methods. This research is a pre experimental design using one group design pretest-posttest design because this design is designed to compare a treatment. In this study, quantitative data were obtained from a questionnaire instrument or a revealing questionnaire of 3.3% bullying behavior. The population in this study were 240 students of class XI MAN Blitar City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, so that the sample of this study amounted to 8 students. The data analysis technique used is the t-test pired sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that a significant value of 0.000 0.05 means that H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted, that is, after group guidance with the homeroom technique is carried out, bullying behavior decreases. This means that group guidance is effective in overcoming bullying behavior in students at MAN Kota Blitar. The conclusion of this research is group guidance with the homeroom technique is effective to overcome the bullying behavior of students of Class XI MAN Kota Blitar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah ada atau tidak pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Pancur Batu Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Pancur Batu Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian korelasional (Correlational Research) dengan karakteristik masalah berupa hubungan korelasional antara dua variable atau lebih. Populasi penelitian Guru SMA Negeri 1 Pancur Batu yang berjumlah 90 orang dengan sampel 72 orang. Instrumen penelitian adalah (1) angket Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah; (2) Angket Iklim Kerja; dan (3); angket Kinerja Guru. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan Statistik uji-f dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Pancur Batu dengan besaran 0,924. Ini berarti bahwa menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang kuat antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru. (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Pancurbatu dengan besaran 0,898. Ini berarti bahwa menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang kuat antara iklim kerja dengan kinerja guru. (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja, terhadap kinerja guru guru di SMA Negeri 1 Pancur Batu dengan 0,628. Ini berarti bahwa menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang sangat kuat antara kemampuan manajerial dan iklim kerja dengan kinerja guru.

This research aims to determine the effect of virtual counseling in helping college students reduce stress during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative study using descriptive statistical methods. The research subjects were students who did virtual counseling. The data were obtained through a virtual counseling implementation questionnaire and the Perceived Strees Scale (PSS 10) instrument. Data analysis used simple regression coefficient test (t-test). The results showed that there was an effect of virtual counseling in helping students reduce stress during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the college student response to virtual counseling showed that 70% were very satisfied, 30% were quite satisfied and 0% were not satisfied. The effect of virtual counseling in reducing the level of stress experienced by students during the COVID-19 pandemic can be seen from the pv value of 0.000 with a percentage of 62.7%. The use of virtual counseling can be said to be effective in minimizing stress during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi antarpribadi terhadap kinerja guru. Dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, Manajemen kepala sekolah dan komunikasi antarpribadi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Survei dengan pendekatan penelitian Kuantitatif.jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 orang. Pengambilan Sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 36,10 %. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Manajemen kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 42,80 %. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi antarpribadi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 37,60 %.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan, manajemen kepala sekolah dan komunikasi komunikasi antarpribadi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 51,20 %.

Self-efficacy is an important motivational variable that has been shown to have a considerable influence on a number of academic outcomes, such as an individual's interest, their task performance, and the amount of effort and persistence they are willing to expend when faced with adversity. The development of research related to self-efficacy shows that there is an urgency to continue to improve self-efficacy in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to deepen the understanding of the importance of student self-efficacy in the process or distance learning. This study uses a literature review method with data collection techniques from articles, books, and proceedings. The results of the study indicate that there is urgency in an effort to improve learning outcomes through increasing students' self-confidence that they are able to complete assignments and participate in online learning activities without feeling excessive anxiety, stress, and academic burnout. The urgency of self-efficacy in students is supported by various studies that show a positive relationship between self-efficacy and psychological aspects of students, and a negative relationship between self-efficacy and student psychological disorders.

This study aims to test the effectiveness of self management techniques in reducing students' maladaptive behavior. The method used is quantitative with pre-experimental design type one group pre-test post-test design. Subject selection is done using purposive sampling method. This research was conducted in MTs Pakel Tulungagung. The population in this study was MTs Pakel Tulungagung students who numbered 31 students, while the sample in this study as many as 7 students who had high maladaptive behavior. The data analysis was conducted using paired sample t-test and hypothesis test using SPSS version 26 application. The results showed significant differences in student behavior changes provided by group guidance services with self management techniques. From the calculation of paired sample t-test obtained significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 0.05 which means Ha received and H0 rejected, meaning group guidance with self management techniques can reduce maladaptive behavior of students in MTs Pakel Tulungagung.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tingkat emosional remaja di SMA ADYAKSA 1 Jambi, penelitian dilakukan pada kelas X IPA 1 dengan menggunakan 1 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa emosi anak pada usia remaja dapat terjadi karna lingkungan keluarga yang tidak mendukung atau bisa di bilang lingkungan keluarga yang kurang baik bisa berdampak pada emosi anak. Emosi pada anak remaja masi sangat tidak setabil dikarenakan pada masa itu anak sedang mengalami masa peralihan dari kanak kanak menuju dewasa, selain itu juga orang tua juga dapat menyebabkan anak menjadi emosional,terlebih jika anak selalu melihat orang tuanya berkelahi, hal tersebut akan membuat emosi anak menjadi tidak terkontrol,selain itu anak juga dapat melampiaskan emosionalnya kepada teman teman disekolah.

The first communication that will occur in the family environment means Family is very, very influential on the formation of a person's communication patterns in the future. The child in the family will not be separated from the dilemma, especially if both parents decide to live life or divorce, then the child will have a different parenting style. This is the beginning where single parents must be able to establish good communication patterns for children. Character in a person is generally in line with their behavior. The most important thing in family communication is to establish a good and effective communication relationship between parents and children, so that children can understand the gist of the concept even though they have different backgrounds. Because of these things, the author is interested in discussing the issue of single parent communication patterns in shaping children's personal character, where the author uses qualitative research methods. This method shows people's lives, behavior, organizational functionalization, social movements, and kinship relationships. Qualitative research uses a natural setting with the intention of interpreting the phenomena that occur and is carried out by involving various existing methods.

Counseling is a process of providing assistance that is not cultureless, bias can occur if a counseling model is applied to various counselees. The Banjar community as a representation of Eastern culture in this case is less familiar with the non-directive and collaborative counseling model. This study aims to examine the therapeutic culture of Batatamba as a local wisdom of the Banjar people, and extract it to build a theoretical basis for Banjar culture sensitive counseling. The research method used is a literature review. Ten key articles were obtained for review after going through the process of selecting keywords, titles, abstracts, and content. The results of the study examine 3 main elements obtained from the Batatamba culture and need to be strengthened by counselors to work with the Banjar community, namely: (1) the charisma/authority of the therapist/counselor as a positive self-quality, (2) public trust in the therapist/counselor, and ( 3) a directive cultural belief-based intervention. Based on the results of this study, further research is recommended to develop a counseling model that is relevant to the cultural characteristics of the Banjar people referring to the 3 elements that have been learned from the Batatamba culture.
